Initially the keyboard was smooth. But after using for 2-3 years, the keys have become harder and it takes a lot of effort to type. One has to hit the keys hard!

Long Term Review, Used more than 6 months
I bought this Dell keyboard around March, and here I am in November, still loving it! The value for money is unbeatable, and the thing is built like a tank. It’s got this cool, sleek vibe, and I’ve got to say, typing on it is surprisingly quiet. I totally recommend it ; this keyboard’s been my trusty sidekick for months now.

I saw this keyboard in a company and I liked the way it looked so I bought it for myself.I use it for gaming and typing. I love it. I can type as fast as 105WPM with this keyboard. The keys are way much easier to reach and there is less chances of a typo. I bought it 8 months ago and to this day, there are 0 keys on this keyboard that are not functional. It also looks good and is comfortable to use.

Nice keyboard, issue on warranty tenure.
Keyboard is nice at this price. However, sticker on front of package box indicates 3 years warranty (see photo) but the back of box indicate its “1-year limited hardware warranty”. What does that mean ??I am unable to locate e-mail address of DELL customer care as I wanted to bring the above to their notice, but nowhere they mention their e-mail id. Hence posting on this blog.
