Warranty Policy

Last Updated: January 30, 2026

Welcome to Trexplus.com. This Comprehensive Manufacturer Warranty & Service Policy (“Warranty Policy”) is designed to provide complete clarity regarding the warranty coverage, service procedures, and technical support pathways for products purchased through our online platform or offline retail outlet. By purchasing from Trexplus.com, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms outlined herein.

1. Reseller Identity & Warranty Limitation

Trexplus.com formally informs all customers and stakeholders that it operates strictly as a **Retailer** and not a manufacturer. We curate and sell branded computer hardware, peripherals, and software sourced from authorized distributors and manufacturers.

  • Legal Delineation: Trexplus.com does not provide any independent or additional warranty beyond what is offered by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM).
  • Liability Exclusion: As a reseller, we are not liable for any manufacturing defects, performance inconsistencies, or the failure of a manufacturer to honor their stated warranty terms.
  • Reseller Role: Our role is limited to the sale of the product and the provision of a valid Retail Invoice/Bill of Sale which acts as the primary document for all warranty claims.

2. The Retail Invoice: Your Primary Warranty Document

The Retail Invoice (Bill) provided by Trexplus.com is the most critical document required to validate your warranty with any brand.

  • Digital Delivery: Upon successful fulfillment of your order, a high-resolution digital copy of the Invoice is automatically dispatched to the Buyer’s registered email address.
  • Physical Copy: A physical copy of the invoice is also included within the shipping package for your convenience.
  • Validity for Warranty: This invoice contains the Date of Purchase, Product Description, and Serial Numbers (where applicable). This document is the official proof of purchase required by all brand service centers to calculate the warranty period.
  • Retention: It is the Buyer’s responsibility to store this digital invoice safely. Service centers will refuse any service request if a valid proof of purchase is not presented.

3. GST Exemption & Invoice Legality

We would like to inform our valued buyers regarding the nature of our invoicing in relation to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations in India.

  • Exemption Status: As per Section 22 of the CGST Act, businesses with an annual turnover below ₹20 Lakhs (₹2 million) are not obligated to register for GST or issue GST-compliant invoices.
  • No GST Charges: Since Trexplus.com operates below this statutory threshold, we do not collect GST from customers, nor do we provide GST invoices containing a GSTIN.
  • Service Center Acceptance: The retail bill provided by Trexplus.com is a legally valid document. Brand service centers are required to accept this retail bill as proof of purchase for warranty fulfillment. The absence of a GST number on the bill does not invalidate your warranty rights, as the bill confirms the legal transfer of the product from the retailer to the consumer.
  • Regulatory Updates: We maintain strict compliance with Indian tax laws and will update our invoicing procedures should our turnover exceed the mandatory registration threshold in the future.

4. Direct Manufacturer Warranty (DMW) Protocol

All products listed on Trexplus.com carry a Manufacturer’s Warranty unless specifically stated as “No Warranty” in the product description.

  • Service Center Engagement: In the event of a technical defect, malfunction, or hardware failure, the Buyer must directly contact the authorized service center of the respective brand (e.g., ASUS, HP, Dell, Gigabyte, MSI, Intel, AMD, etc.).
  • Proof of Purchase: The Buyer must carry the printed retail invoice received via email from Trexplus.com to the service center to initiate a repair or replacement.
  • Brand Policy: The terms of repair, replacement, or refund are governed strictly by the brand’s internal policies. Trexplus.com has no authority to override a brand’s decision regarding a warranty claim.

5. Warranty Period & Coverage Scope

The duration of the warranty (e.g., 1 year, 3 years, Limited Lifetime) is determined by the manufacturer and is usually mentioned on the product packaging or in the description box on our website.

  • Commencement: The warranty period begins from the “Invoice Date” printed on the bill sent to your email.
  • Coverage: Typically, warranties cover internal hardware defects resulting from normal usage.
  • Limited Warranty: Some products may have a “Limited Warranty” which might cover parts but not labor, or vice versa. Please check the brand’s website for specific model-based coverage.

6. Procedure For Filing A Warranty Claim

If your product develops a fault, please follow these steps:

  1. Identify the Brand: Locate the manufacturer’s name on your invoice or product box.
  2. Find a Service Center: Visit the official website of the manufacturer to find the nearest “Authorized Service Center” in your city or region.
  3. Contact Support: Many brands offer toll-free numbers or WhatsApp support to troubleshoot issues remotely before asking you to visit.
  4. Visit with Invoice: Take the defective product along with the Retail Bill sent to your email by Trexplus.com to the center.
  5. Obtain a Job Sheet: Ensure you receive a “Service Job Sheet” or “Case ID” from the center for tracking purposes.

7. Trexplus.com Assistance (Courtesy Service)

While Trexplus.com is not legally responsible for performing repairs, we strive to assist our valued customers:

  • Invoice Recovery: If you lose your digital invoice, you can contact our support at servicetrexplus@gmail.com, and we will re-send a copy to your registered email.
  • Contact Facilitation: We can provide you with the contact details or website links for various brand service centers upon request.
  • Logistics Support: If you reside in a remote area without a service center and wish for us to facilitate the transfer of the product to the brand, you may ship the product to our warehouse. However, all courier charges (both ways) and handling risks must be borne by the Customer.

8. Warranty Exclusions & Voidance

A manufacturer’s warranty is automatically voided under the following conditions, and Trexplus.com will not be able to assist in these cases:

  • Physical Damage: Any cracks, dents, or broken components caused by drops, accidents, or mishandling.
  • Liquid Damage: Spillage of water, chemicals, or moisture-related corrosion.
  • Unauthorized Tampering: Breaking of the “Warranty Void if Removed” stickers or attempting to repair the item through unauthorized third-party technicians.
  • Electrical Surge: Damage caused by unstable power supply, lightning, or faulty electrical wiring.
  • Burn Damage: Visible burn marks on PCB components due to overclocking or power fluctuations.
  • Software Issues: Warranty covers hardware only. OS crashes, virus infections, or software configuration errors are not covered.

9. Dead On Arrival (DOA) Policy

If a product is found to be defective immediately upon unboxing:

  • 2-Day Window: You must notify Trexplus.com within 2 days of delivery with a mandatory unboxing video.
  • Verification: If the defect is confirmed as an out-of-the-box failure, we will facilitate a replacement through our standard Return/Replace policy.
  • Post-2-Day Defects: Any defect identified after the 2-day window is categorized as a standard warranty claim and must be handled through the manufacturer’s service center.

10. Custom PC Build Warranty

For Custom PC Builds assembled by Trexplus.com:

  • Component-Level Warranty: Each individual component (Motherboard, GPU, RAM, etc.) carries its own manufacturer warranty as per the respective brands.
  • Assembly Support: Trexplus.com provides 30 days of free remote technical support to ensure your system is running correctly.
  • Service Responsibility: If a specific part fails after 30 days, the customer must identify the faulty part and take it to the respective brand’s service center with the individual component invoice provided.

11. Limitation Of Liability

Trexplus.com shall not be held liable for any loss of data, loss of business, or any incidental or consequential damages arising from a product failure. It is the user’s responsibility to maintain regular backups of their data before sending any storage device (HDD/SSD/Laptop) for warranty service. Manufacturers often format drives during repair, resulting in total data loss.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Warranty Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from warranty claims or service facilitation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nadia, West Bengal.
