This monitor is not 10 bit colour depth this is only 8 bit colour depth………..
Monitor is jjust awsome bt bt bt its ips pannel only 8 bit colour depth which is very dispointable thing in whole monitor when u use this monior your colour experience below average u see the red colour not purely red and the white not purely white if u want to increase its 8 bit colour depth into 10 bit depth colour sp then u can use a nvidia basic 2 gb or as u want graphic card then u go o the nvidia control pannel and u can easly convert 8 bit colour depth to 10 bit colourr depth bt the overall monitor is just mind blowing i like this monitor thankyou

Best in class till 12k Budget using with Macbook air m1 review after 6 months.
I have searched for many monitors and my many friends has different monitors from hp, dell, msi etc.What i found is till 13-15k Every monitor is FHD no monitor is 2k. So you almost get similar resolution on every other monitor under 15k.Only difference between others is some may have good speakers, although this has louder than dell p series which are for 12k.If you are looking for USB Hub and height adjustments then only go for those monitors in price segment of 10k to 15k. Otherwise picture quality is just similar only slight difference is there.I am using it with my macbook air m1 (2020 model). Not faced any issues. works perfectly. MSI monitor have some issue with pixels that you can solve by downloading display link software.Cons: The power cord is 16 AMP which is not idea size in every house hold. Either contact support to get replaced cable I saw some people got that. Or just purchase 16AMP to 6/5AMP converter worth 200-300 from local store.

Just received today and found perfect. However, 15A power cable is a drawback with this item, 6A powercable would be also fine. Otherwise overall this is nice product.I’ll repost my review after 1 month of uses.

This Monitor Benq GW2490 provides MUCH MORE than what its priced at Rs. 8698 as of 25-Feb-2024. This is a 100Hz IPS panel, and auto brightness sensor. The colors are great. So ya you can go on and buy this monitor its the best 🙂

I have worked on many monitors (Dell, HP, Acer) in office and home. Never had a Benq. I will get this out of the way, my favourite brand is Dell (I have bought around 10 products). I was torn between the Dell (2717H), Viewsonic and Acer. For some reason I never had a good experience with products of HP.My requirement was a 27″ monitor. I am not a serious gamer only play casual games from time to time. The main purpose was to do programming and watching videos (and reading). This monitor suits perfectly.Pros:- Excellent display. It had a bit of light bleed on top right corner but it was just the glass a bit out. I just pressed it in and the bleed was gone.- Good contrast and viewing angles. I have not played any FPS games till now but overall the experience till now (10 days) has been smooth and consistent. The 5ms response time is good enough for me.- Although it is a 1080p display, the text and videos appear sharp, no pixelation or ghosting. Colours are uniform and even.- Bluelight filtering is good. Helps when reading a long book / article and puts less strain in the eyes.Cons:- The Eyecare feature is a bit aggressive. The display becomes too bright for the surrounding light. I just switched it to standard and set the brightness and contrast to levels I am comfortable with. The day/night light in my room doesn’t differ much so I don’t need to change the settings.Other monitors with similar features were around or over 20k, I got this for 17k. Overall a very good budget monitor. It also has 3 years warranty which is good and tells that I can expect a pretty long life from this.Let me know if you need to know more.

2 years and still going strong!
I got this in January 2022 and even after 2 whole years, this monitor is working as good as new.It has great picture quality, good color reproduction and a handful of features and settings to change through. We can keep 8 profiles all with our own settings (and they are pre-defined such as movie, game, photo, sRGB, Eco, user, Low Blue Light and standard)The speakers arent’t really useful but I’ve connected my external speakers to the monitor’s headphone out port so that I can easily switch between my earphones and speakers with laptop sound settings, and apps like Discord, Teams can be individually configured on top of it.An amazing experience with this monitor! All worth it.

Best Budget All-rounder
If you are looking for a budget monitor for your everyday needs, be it for office work, watching movies & serials, casual gaming and more, this is one of the best one you are going to find at this price. Period.I mainly use this for casual gaming and it works like a charm. Colors are punchy & the 60hz refresh rate is smooth like butter. The only downside are the two in-built speakers, but I’m sure everyone must be using external speakers anyway, so that’s hardly an issue.All the other addons like the eye-care technology and blue-light filter are a great touch and only add to the overall appeal of the monitor.
