This product is very good to me so far.Long backup upto 5 hrs. with modem and router. 12 amp.Three points they need to improve.1- It’s better to have a soft on of switch.2- Provide two seperate power output port and wire.3- Wire must little long, setup with modem with router become mesay due to sort wire.

I had ordered this ups to prevent wifi from turning off during fluctuations and shutdowns. The ups works fine and really reduced the hassle of wifi hanging due to fluctuations. The backup time is also good near about 40 – 50 minutes (depending upon wifi and other parameters). Easy to install and use.

Good backup capacity for 2-3 router like devices
Used one UPS for 3 years and then it stopped working. Ordered one more after 3 years. It is durable and gives good backup to 2-3 router like devices. It gives me 5-6 hours backup for one dual-band router and a PPOE device. In the given price point it is a good product. If you can afford additional spend of 200 rupees Buy with extended warranty.

More features than Resonate or other mini UPSs.
It has a POE out (15v/24v) (10/100 port) as well as USB out (5v) in addition to DC pin out (9v/12v) for barrel connectors of two sizes as well as a splitter included. It plugged the gap for my Mikrotik LHG LTE6 (POE) and my TP-Link OC200 (USB). And, it uses it’s own power cable, no need to use the routers, very convenient in certain situations.

Exceeded the specifications
Been using for few days with TP link WIFI router with 4G Jio SIM. Fully charged and turned power off at 11:30am, the battery finally stopped at 11.25pm. In between there was gaming, casual browsing and a video Zoom call for 4 hours. So, may be, I got a defective piece that is exceeding the said 8hrs back up. So far so good. Hope it does not come below 8hrs backup. Recommended buy for use with 9V routers for long backup.

Nice features and good battery life
Easily powering a TP Link MR 650 v for hours at a time. Great features like USB and PoE. Can switch between 12v & 9v although I don’t have a 9v router. The output DC socket is not a standard 5mm one, since the supplied cable is a short Y cable, you will need a socket adaptor in order to use your own cables. Which has it’s own ups and downs.

#if I found any problem then I will change review for you#LATEST :- When I received UPS, for the very first I have charged for 6 hours then it gave 27 minute back up. After first charge it needs only 4 hours of charging as per manual. I have connected core 2 dou PC.

Using it for secondary monitor backup when power goes for a few minutes until the apartment generator turns on. I don’t have a need for long battery backup – just 5 to 10 mins is enough for me, and it serves that purpose. My work is not disrupted.Usually heavy items like a UPS are not delivered in great condition. Since they get pushed, and shoved and thrown around, I was worried there may be internal damage. However, in the box, the UPS is held in thermocol packaging, so that seems to have kept it intact.When on battery backup, the beeping sound from the UPS is soft enough that it does not get annoying on calls.

Lasted 1.5 years
Purchased 2 of them in a few month interval. Used one for the router it lasted like 1 year. It was on 24×7.Other i used for laptop plus 2 monitor setup. It lasted for 1.5 years. When they died no warning no fluctuations, just dead. No beep no light.

WiFi reception momentary fails on powerfailure.
When on ups when power fails, frequent momentary wifi fails and the router takes time to reboot which results in non availability of internet for online class for children. The battery life can be assessed only if there is prolonged power failure. Will be thankful if the above irritating snag is attended to by the concerned staff. Further the 5v USB output is not charging our smartphones when on UPS mode. Great disappointment.

I always watch reviews before purchasing any product but at the time of purchasing this Artis AR-MINIDC-3 Mini UPS I can’t get proper reviewbut very satisfied with the battery life I charged it 100 percent and turned off the power supply to check how much time it carries the load of my 12W DC WIFI routerbut the result was just shocking it lasts more than 10 hours in just 50% of the battery lifeit is also portable #StronglySuggested

The media could not be loaded.
It is already 1 Hour 30 mins since the power was cut off. Still providing a good power backup to a 32 inch Tv + Mibox streaming video. Tried connecting 32 inch tv with mi box and a PS3 device together and switching to ups when power cut was smooth without any interruptions. So far.. performining good as expected

Very good to have if you live in an area with frequent power cuts. Max I think it provides near about 3 hours rather than 4 when full charged and with no main power backup. Although that might vary depending on usage.

My PC configuration is 450w PSU, intel i5 4th gen, gt740 graphics and 22″ monitor. It gives me backup of 10 to 30 mins depending on usage. 30 mins backup for light usage like web browsing and working remotely. 10 to 15 mins backup for heavy usage like gaming, rendering, etc.Faced little problem with UPS before but after calling Artis customer care, very next day their engineer was at my home to solve the problem. So no issues with after sales services.Good product but overpriced after lockdown. Price is increased to Rs. 500 to Rs.800 approx than that of which was before lockdown, hence one star less.Edit: It’s been more than 3 months I am using this now and had to face multiple problems.*First problem I faced, PC getting restarted automatically when power goes off, their technician came and replaced the motherboard in UPS.*After replacement of motherboard within few days its power button stopped working, PC remained ON even when power button on UPS was off.Description shows it can even work on only micro load such as router. But when I connected only router to UPS, it turned OFF after 2 to 4 minutes, so if you are planning to buy it for you router this isn’t the one.Got it repaired 2 times in 3 months of usage.

After i started using, it stopped working in 2 months..i contacted artis customer care and they asked me to go to centre for replacement… though the centre was far from my place, i hv no complaints as the replacement was done within minutes without any hassles….u can check the service centre in ur city and can go for it….Battery gives backup for around 8 hrs ….happy.

Mixed experience-
It’s dead within 25 days. It only worked when the electricity was there, no more backup. However, I went to the Artis authorised store and got a replacement product within 20 days. Now this one is working fine.

Perfect device for backup power for Routers and Modem. Great battery life too.
A must have product.Pros- 1. Supports two devices i.e modem and router at the same time.2. USB port for mobile charging.3. Power over Ethernet.4. Option to select between 9V and 12V.5. Very compact Size.6. Instant switch to backup. There is restarting of router when the device switches to backup.Cons- Nothing yet.
