The printer cartridge (delivered slightly damaged) was promptly replaced by Vendor. I was not expecting reolacement as return time was over. But soon after i posted my grievance, vendor’s rep ms shifa got in touch with me, assured resolution and within 3 days new cartridge was delivered to my delight.

Packaging : The packaging quality has come down resulted in leaking. Though the customer service team quickly acted and replaced the product. Even the replaced product has a slight spillage and I had to cleanly wipe the cartridge before use. On verifying the old packaging ( likely I had the old packaging which i didn’t throw) vs the new packaging I found the difference and the route cause for leakage. The old one had a polythene wrapper protected with a heavy duty bubble wrap and then packed inside the carton. The new packaging did not have the protection of the bubble wrap and I believe that it is the reason for the leakage. I would recommend this product, because it last for some time and the print output is good

I ordered this toner cartridge for my Canon MF232W printer under speculation that it might or might not fit in. But it was so easy to install at once. The print quality is as good as original Canon 337 cartridge. It is impossible to differentiate. Go for it without a second thought.
