Lo utilicé para armar mi primer pc gamer, hasta ahora todo bien, y todo fue facil de ensamblar viendo tutoriales, ya que en mi caso venía sin manual, solo se me complicó al momento de instalar el ssd ya que el seguro es de plastico y nunca había visto algo parecido.

Bastante buena la motherboard, pci-express 4 para graficas, 2 ranuras para ssd nvme, aunque creo que solo una es pci-e 4, lo demás todo perfecto, la uso con una fuente de poder msi 80 plus de 650w, ryzen 5 5600g, rtx 3060 12gb, 4 modulos 8gb de ram a 3200 mhz, 1tb nvme, disipador de torre y va de perlas todo, muy recomedada, aparte de que tiene sus antenas de wifi y cables para ssd

I bought this board to replace the stock steel legend board that had a burned out ssd slot that didn’t work I had been using. This board works totally fine, no problems yet after about three-four months of fairly regular use. I just wish that it had more fan slots. My pc uses three fans in the front and one in the back of the case (along with cpu and gpu fans) and this board doesn’t have enough fan slots for all four, leaving my middle front fan off. This doesn’t have any effect on the pc but just is a little unsightly to me, I’ll get over it though.

Hello People, So I decided to build my own gaming computer. I picked up this motherboard for the maximum Ram capacity ( 128 gig ). Also, best feature is no more old school hard drives. I installed to SATA M.2 2 TB hard drives and got it done right the first time. The machine is super-fast and runs the games flawlessly. MW3, Rainbow six siege are my go to games, but I’ve played Halo and most other shooter games and its great. Steam stinks lol but what can ya do. I would say this is an amazing buy and you will not be disappointed.

I’ve had this for about 9 months now, I hardly ever think of it, but saw I haven’t reviewed it yet. It’s doing it’s job as intended, I’m using a 5600x cpu with a rx6750xt gpu so I can enable SAM which is nice when playing games for extra performance. I would recommend this unless you want something with better looks.

Okay, you wanna hear about my anecdotal experience? I plucked a 5600G in this and was expecting a full weekend of Windows reinstalls and such BS since I was replacing a 4th gen i5. Well, the freaking motherboard posted on the first boot and Windows drove all drivers after two reboots. I may have to give Microsoft some credit for this bit, hey, whatever. I updated the BIOS in five minutes and then updated to Win11 without a tragic story to tell. It worked.More anecdotal evidence? A bought a Gigabyte board because the last one worked without problems for seven years. So I bought another Gigabyte board. Incredible, heh?Wanna have some more nuanced context? Well the BIOS interface is kinda meh. The app center is awful. Guess what? I use those for a few cumulative minutes each year so I don’t care.

Board comes with all you need and it is a great looking board. Two m.2, smart fan 6, Addressable RGB, PCIe 4.0, GbE, BT, 4 Sata connections – all you need for a gaming rig. Good documentation and the Gigabyte website is easy to manage. I got one of the latest AMD APU, the Ryzen 5 550GT and the motherboard came with a bios that fully supported right out of the box. Windows recognized the board & CPU and negotiated all the driver installations. I went back through and ensured the latest drivers were installed. Board runs like a champ.

The motherboard is very solid, and it works quite well. The only issue I have is with the SATA ports and how they interact with he GPU slot. On the previous motherboard I was replacing, the SATA connections came off laterally, meaning the GPU did not interfere with them, but with the new vertical ports, even 90 degree cables interfere with the GPU. This gets even worse if you are using more than 2 SATA drives, as there is not enough room to use more than 2 90 degree SATA cables and if you don’t use these 90 degree cables, again, your GPU simply will not fit. Solid board, but with the modern market, consider a better SATA arrangement if youhave a 30- or 40- series Nvidia Card.

I was nervous I’d have to flash the bios incase the manufacture didn’t update the bios as time went on but thankfully Gigabyte has done so!

Just finished building my new PC build (my third PC I built so far), it worked right out of the box with the coming with the latest BIOS update that supports my new CPU: Ryzen 7 5700g. I was almost afraid I would have to use my old 3200g from my previous build to flash the BIOS, but no, it booted without any problems. Just got done installing Windows 11 on a 500 GB m.2 SSD, along with all driver updates and everything so far is running smoothly. Re-using my 32 GB of G.SKILL RAM (only 2400mhz, will upgrade or OC later), my old 1660 Super GPU will be put in tomorrow after I dust it off and the old PC will be off to the garage. The B550M is a great motherboard and very affordable. It took me quite a long time to finally find a good mATX board to go with my Ryzen 7 5700g and this is that board. Highly recommended for those of us like me needing a budget friendly workstation (3ds Max, Mudbox, Wondershare Filmora, Photoshop, Unity, Cura (3d prints)) and great for some modern gaming too!

I think this is a solid motherboard, it comes with USB 3.2, built-in Wi-Fi, and both a PCIEx4 and PCIEx1 when other motherboards double down on the PCIEx1.Those are nice but when you are like me and you put in a decently large EVGA 1070 in this you will notice that the PCIEx1 right below the PCIEx16 is blocked completely and the layout of the SATA connections is unfavorable, to say the least.This is probably only in my specific situation but the PCIEx16 is simply too close to the others below it as it blocks the x1 completely but still allows the x4 to be used with the caveat of blocking one fan from the GPU because it’s still too close, I have seen other boards with the x16 just a smidge higher in order to prevent this from happening.Another disadvantage of using a GPU like the one I used is the SATA data connections, I can just barely use two of them because the rest are hidden behind the GPU and do not allow enough room for a traditional connection, I could use one of those 90-degree connections but that really doesn’t do anything because they tend to bend down (I have seen one that bends to the right but I simply do not have the time to purchase and test that right now) There are other boards that have the SATA connections lined up at the very bottom of the board which does two things: prevents this specific inconvenience & allows you to tidy up the looks of the wiring if you are interested in keeping your connections much less visible.(Also if you plan on running this with integrated graphics CPU only or if you simply need to connect an HDMI directly to the motherboard, the placement of one of the antennas is directly below the HDMI port which may require the antennas to be forced into a weird position when set up)Evidently, this motherboard best pairs with the use of other smaller graphics cards that are only one fan long.

No fue la versión que recibí porque esperaba conectar por RGB y no tiene. En las imágenes si viene que tiene RGB pero por la versión de la Motherboard, fue lo único que no me gusto pero es muy económica la compre en $ 1,800 pesos.

There is nothing but good awaiting you here. This board performs like a champ. Boot time with a M2 SSD is about 3 seconds and the monitoring software is flawless.Gaming beats some of the best machines out there when coupled with a good graphics card.Very good overall price and performance. Excellent board!

You gotta keep in mind the form factor and had to adjust your casing standoffs accordingly to fit the micro atx form factor.That said manual isn’t provided and you had to download the manual from the net which imo is a hassle.Bios was quite ez to navigate but you gotta bear in mind on the first boot up that your ram speed will be dialed back to the defaults and you gotta adjust xmp settings.Nvme slots you gotta pull those plastic stuff out before chucking in your nvme disk. Other mobo manufacturers should follow this example instead of using screws.Bios updating is quite ez, nothing outta the ordinary.

great mobo for it’s value! Really, REALLY good. Surprised it doesn’t have better reviews, I guess some of the people on here being harsh on it either made a lot of mistakes when building it or didn’t set it up correctly. It’s a great motherboard for the price!
