It doesn’t have a pci e connector
The product is good but it doesnt have a 4+2 pci connector if u want a normal psu for gaming which your graphics card don’t want extra power connector u can buy this if u have like a 1650 or higher or which requires an extra power connector plz don’t buy u can go for 500l or higher or other brands

1st piece was faulty but replacement was good
(VS 400L) So i order it the first peice was faulty i was disappointed but ordered replacement and 2nd piece was good . As u can see i am using in on my work pc which dont have a high end gpu only gt 610 so i dont need a pcie connector , and this psu(VS 400L), dont have a pcie connector The higher watts models does have but 400 watt one dosent so be careful. About it if u r taking this for a pc which has a graphic card which requires 6pin 8pin pcie connector dont take 400 watt one take higher ones like 550-600 watts. Now about the actual performance the psu fans are very less noisy or silent no sound at all. I would have given it 5 star if it had maybe 1 6 pin pice connector i mean pure 400 watt is not that much low power. It can run a 100-150 watt gpu if 6pin was attached. Verditc- u can fo for it instead of 800rs cheap ones.

Basic power supply for a basic PC
A lot of people seems to be under the impression that these low cost power supplies offer serious value for money which is not always true, before buying a PSU calculate the approx load for the entire build which includes CPU, GPU, Coolers, RGB Fans etc. ideally the total load should be within 65% of the power supply capacity, as the system load increases the PSU will generate a lot of heat which is bad for the unit in the long run.If the PC is used daily for extended hours invest in a bronze rated PSU the least, those are more efficient compared to standard ones and you will be saving on electricity, a 450W bronze rated PSU typically costs around 2500 INRMake sure the PSU has the necessary connectors, not all power supplies come with PCIe connectors for GPU and some only have 4 pin for the CPU, modern motherboards usually requires 8 pin for the CPU, using adapters to convert molex to PCIe is also not recommended as some GPUs requires more power than the molex connectors can supply which can cause random shutdowns, there is lot of debate on the topic but it’s best to use such adapters with low power consumption cards only.Now coming to Ant eSports, they are a reseller selling rebranded products bought in bulk, but they do come with a 2 year warranty (warranty is offered by acrotechindia) but don’t expect much in terms of support compared to companies like Corsair/ Cooler master etc. because they have dedicated manufacturing and testing facilities to ensure the quality and that costs money to maintain which is one of the reasons why they cost more money.If you are on a tight budget, the best place to save money is on the case, Ant eSports SX3 case and cooler master sickle flow fans is a great deal on a budget.Finally, make sure you plug in every thing into a spike guard or UPS, do not use multi pin wall sockets.

Great for the price.
Mind you I’m just running a 77 watt i5 without a gpu so it’s not really pushing the rated power output. But for my use I find this amazingly quiet. Also there’s included cable ties to tidy up your build. Build quality seems nice. If you’re really crunched on the budget like I was then it’s the default choice… But spending 400-500 more you could get a decent 450 watt 80+ certified unit too so keep that in mind

VS550L PSU is value for money product
The build quality is pretty robust.. Love the paint job and honeycomb perforation is decent enough.The 120mm fan is fairly quiet in normal load but humms slightly under heavy load.20+4 pin cable is sleeved with black nylon but sleeve itself is flimsy and doesn’t offer extra retention strength4+4 pin cpu power cable has local split and doesn’t run dedicated 8 cables from the unit so Mobo’s VRM will have to work hard balancing cpu power when in heavy load. The cable is long enough to reach out sockets that are placed in middle of some old gen g41/g31 Mobo’s.PSU doesn’t have local toggle switch to flip the power off leaving user only option to turn off mains supply at source brik.PSU cable has 2 prongs only.. The earthing is inset type I checked with continuity tester which ran fine. The supply isn’t giving electrical shocks like my old one does so psu is neutralizing earth which is fine.. The only caviot with 2 prong cable is user could flip the line and neutrals when plugging to mains supply so inclusion of earth would’ve been niceOverall looks promising and offering great better value for money despite all cons mentioned above.

An economic product with first rate customer service
I bought this product in 2022 and the product failed a month back. However I was pleaseantly surprised by the customer service experience, where a brand new PSU was given. Of course there is a whole process which you have to go, which is necessary, since everything is done remotely (it seems their service centr is in Delhi). However once the replacement was approved it was smooth sailing. Was very surprised that such a economic product can have such good service process.

Average PSU for cheap price
Pros: It’s really cheap, value for money PSU, works okay with Ryzen 5 5500+Radeon 6700 (250W max reading on power meter)Cons: average built quality, passive PFC, average quality wires/length (can’t comparable with Corsair or Cooler-Master) only 2yr warranty, average quality power-cord, only one PCI-E 8 pin connector

Performance Is Top Tier but Build is Not
Performance is truly good. No issues at all. It’s not 80+ so if you are worried about electricity bill you should think again. As I am not worried about electricity bill, so it doesn’t matter for me.CON- The biggest drawback is build quality. I never expected this cheap build from ant. The metal covers of PSU and fan everything is good but the 24-pin connector, Molex, SATA connectors are very poor quality and the plastic used at their tip is very cheap. I have not returned it because I am not going to assemble wires and cables of the PSU every day. It’s a work i or you have to perform once a year so ok. Overall rating is 4 out of 5.

Good low cost SMPS

In my CPU, there are two internal HDDs, one SSD, and a 12V fan.. One of my HDDs was running slow. I thought the HDD was gone, but I thought to try a new SMPS because my old one was 350W.And this SMPS fixed my HDD issue.
