Stick di memoria DDR4 perfetto per “rimpolpare” la memoria di un PC acquistato qualche anno fa quando 8gb di memoria erano più che sufficiente. La confezione è arrivata in poco tempo e in perfetto stato, ben protetto. Contento dell’acquisto e dopo qualche mese posso esprimere la mia piena soddisfazione per la memoria. Unica pecca: non è una memoria da mettere in mostra o da installare in un computer con vetro temperato sul lato perché non è ne RGB ne bella da vedere, è un semplice stick di memoria che fa perfettamente il suo lavoro.

Works without XMP/BIOS changes
THANK YOU to Vivek K. who mentioned in his review that this works by default. So far in my online search this is the only RAM stick that works at 3200MHz out of the box, without changing stuff on bios. Crucial should advertise this memory based on this. Since I have a prebuilt Lenovo desktop with locked BIOS motherboard, I cannot change memory profile to XMP to get 3200Mhz for other RAM modules available online. This works flawless, as advertised. Apart from the slow timings which is necessary when running 3200mhz on jedec profile. Good product from Crucial.

J’ai installé cette barre de RAM en complément avec celle que je possédais déjà (aussi une Crucial DDR4 DIMM de 8 GB mais tournant à 2133 MHz) et ma carte mère étant compatible avec le Dual Channeling (le fait de mettre deux RAMs non couplées ensemble), le tout fonctionne parfaitement à 16 GB 2133 MHz car la vitesse de la RAM doit être la même pour fonctionner – l’alignement de celle-ci se faisant automatiquement – et j’en suis entièrement satisfaite. En revanche, je ferai remarquer qu’il n’est nulle part précisé sur la page qu’il faille activer le profil XMP (eXtreme Memory Profile) pour profiter des 3200 MHz. En effet, la plupart des cartes mères brident par défaut les barres de RAM à 2400 MHz, et il est nécessaire d’entrer dans le BIOS de celle-ci afin de la débrider – chose qui se fait généralement sans aucun risque concernant la RAM.Si vous vous apprêtez à acheter une barre de RAM Crucial sur cette page à une vitesse supérieure à 2400 MHz, je vous recommande d’entrer “activer profil xmp” suivi du nom de votre carte mère que vous devriez pouvoir trouver dans les paramètres (pour ma part, je possède la H110M-DS2 de GIGABYTE) dans un moteur de recherche afin de profiter entièrement de votre produit.

The original stock SK Hynix RAM that came with a Dell Vostro 3681 Slim desktop went defective, which was a rare occurrence. This Crucial RAM was ordered and came quickly in less than 24 hours. It was an exact fit, and the computer was back up and running at the proper speed in less than 15 minutes. The packaging was a nice easy to open plastic packaging that did not require scissors and did not cut my fingers when opening. Opening the Vostro was way more effort than the RAMs packaging. Highly recommend Crucial as a brand for RAM.
