Random shutting down after one year
System randomly shuts down after 5 min of operation, called thereafter sales department, reached some local chetan service provider in kolkata, 090625579 , had no solution to the problem…. He got his service charge for the visit…. Rest no accountability…

i received this with power chord but shipped power chord to when i talk to him computer is working fine i also upgraded with a sdd and gt710 so i have a hdmi out if dont have gpu then you have to use vga which does not support audio or yoy have to buy display cable aka dp this pc fast can do most of your task value for i am using this on my tv i also bought wireless keyboard mouse total cost is 8500 computer cost was 6600

Have used it for 6 months now…looks like new. Have had no problems at all, except for BSOD about a week ago, which was due to a software update. Performance is quite good, only issue is bootup is longer than that of a laptop.

As per specs genuine product and small wear and tear, rubber bushings missing, apart from that overall product is excellent.Comes with pre installed Microsoft windows and office 2016, login was fast and driver is provided as soft copy in HDD. This comes with display port and VGA connector if your monitor supports only hdmi then user display port to hdmi converter.

First of all I don’t know why so many negative comments. I was hesitating because of that. But went ahead. The PC is just as described. Works perfectly fine. Meets all the specs- the CPU is Intel i 4570, quadcore, 3.2Ghz. Memory 8 GB is adequate. A 500GB hard disk. And windows 10 Pro. On the whole a good package. One small thing- you have to arrange 2 cables yourself, they are not provided in the box. Power cable and Display port to HDMI cable to connect a monitor.This is the first day and am glad it is working just fine. Now have to see how reliable it will be. Though looking at the condition, it looks reliable. I would recommend it.Now about those have faced problems- it could be a bad piece or it could be they were not conversant with the proper use of this PC. You need to be somewhat familiar with the basics of computer to setup on your own. For instance, the disk comes with Windows 10 Pro installed. You need to create the other partition for your data etc. by formatting the unallocated space. Otherwise some may think is it a smaller HDD than specified. WIll update in a few weeks and report how it continues to perfrom.
