Crucial drive is really crucial….
Extremely good quality product. Can be easily and inconspicuously carried in pocket as it is very lightweight and small & thin in size. To top it up the transfer speeds are fast and it doesn’t heat up like my other similar drives.

The SSD is quite small n cute ,performs well enough and I tried transferring file size of around 5gb ,the work done in 25s . So far no issues , can work around with OS files, useful for programming,can store large data bases with efficient n fast file transfer. The 1050 Mbps per second may vary depending upon USB ports of mobile,tab & windows as well as Iphone/ Mac devices. It slightly warms up in neglible amounts but no issues other than that. The functionality is satisfactory for mediocre & high end users selectively for gamers,content creators & people who use large DB. And lastly ,the price is affordable and it feels like we own usb otg or mini pendrive in our hands. It doesn’t has direct NVMe connection,but houses it internally instead works with usbc gen 2 also same with DDR 3 . It’s portable , durable compared to HDD but again it depends on individual requirements and tasks.

Es ridÃculamente pequeño.He tenido mala suerte y no me lo reconece ni mi iPad Pro M4 ni un portátil con windows 10 que tenia por ahà y lo enchufe por si estaba formateado em ntfs pero tampoco lo reconoce.Lo quiero para el iPad asà que lo he devuelto y estoy pensando en pedir otro. Son demasiado caros para lo que ofrecen y si uno viene mal a saber lo que te puede durar otro que sà funcione.

A very good external SSD which rises upto 70mbps in my 10 years old i36006 laptop. Bought it for 10.5k. satisfied.

working as expected. but …
the disk is working fine the response is good and speed is very decent (did not feel any lag for the work i do viz. coding )the reason i reducted 2 stars – teh cable enclosed is faulty and will disconnect from the mac. which would hang all the applications.it would reconnect once you replugged. lost a lot of time and frustration. once the cable was changed its working.but will monitor for futher use

Excellent small SSD drive that works blindingly fast on a computer using a Thunderbolt 4 USB connection.If using for the Xbox X/S be aware that you need to separately purchase a full size USB A port adaptor (USB 3.0 upwards) to connect. Again, for Xbox use, the drive will need prior NTFS formating on a computer before formating for game use on the Xbox itself. NOTE: You CANNOT play games designed specifically for X Box X/S directly from this drive – only older 360 games etc. You can store the Xbox X/S games, but you to need to transfer to the Xbox internal or expansion card memory to play (hence only 3 stars).

I’m impressed with the speeds. I’m using it in APFS format, and it’s exceeded my expectations so far. The only concern is that it’s heating up more than I expected after crossing the 500GB mark.

Excellent SSD, until you try to copy data
Crucial X9 seems to be well-built and has worked very well so far. In fact, I like the small form-factor and build quality that I purchased another one a month later.But there is a crucial flaw in Crucial X9. File copy is excruciatingly slow. I think up to 50-70 GB it has no problem. But when I try to copy 200 GB from another SSD to Crucial, it takes almost an hour. That kind of speed ridiculous and unthinkable for an SSD. I shoot videos in RAW and every time if I have to wait for an hour to copy files, then it kind of defeats the purpose of purchasing an SSD
