Account Deletion Request

This page lets Trex Plus app and website users request permanent account deletion without signing in. It is provided for Google Play Console compliance and support review.

• Submit the form using the email address linked to your account whenever possible.
• Our team reviews requests, verifies ownership, and confirms deletion status by email.
• Core account and profile data — including saved addresses, wallet balance and history, wishlist and cart — is deleted after verification. Some billing, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained only where required by law.
• If more information is needed, support will contact you before processing the deletion.
