Return, Replace & Refund Policy

1. The buyer can return/replace the product within 2 days on the website from the day buyer received the delivery. will accept the product return/replace in case the product is defective, damaged, item missing in the box, wrong product received. (Returns/replace will not be accepted if the customer has purchased these products – Software, Cabinet, Ink, Mouse Pad, cleaning items, PCs & Cable)

2.To return or replace the product, the buyer has to go to and request a return or replace under the return option where the buyer has to provide the order ID and select whether to replace or return the product and then select the reason for the buyer’s return or wants to take a replacement, have given some options here, the buyer has to choose an option (Why buyer want to return/replace the order). Then the buyer has to choose which method he/she wants to get his/her refund, in this case will give 2 options to the buyer, the first is to get the refund in my wallet of, the second option is to take the refund through UPI ID (Phonepe or Google Pay). Then buyer should share with us the unboxing video detailing what the problem is with his/her product. Then buyer has to click on return button. We will check the external request and notify the buyer via email. If the product is non-retainable, return or replacement request will not be accepted. In this case, the buyer can directly contact our customer support executive and explain problem in detail. (Please note that no order return requests are accepted without an unboxing video).

3. If the buyer do not request a product return within two days from the day the buyer received the product, the customer will not be able to return the product after the two-day deadline has passed.

4. For Products that will not be returned/replaced to the products of the banded company, the buyer have to get the warranty from the company or by going to the warranty claim option of the buyer can take the product to the service center of that company to get the warranty for the product.

5. After the buyer’s return or replacement request is accepted. A delivery boy picks up buyer’s return/replace product from buyer’s home or office, if the buyer do not want to return the product, or if the buyer are not available at home or office, then the product return/replace will be canceled and the customer will not be able to return the product. After that, the buyer will be given 24 hours. Within these 24 hours, the buyer has to pack the product himself and courier it to this address. (Bagula Bus Stand Opposite AXIS Bank ATM, Pin. 741502, Receiver. Sourav Dutta, Phone No. 9083527119) In this case the cost of returning the product will be borne by the buyer.

6. If the seal of the product is opened and the product is not faulty then a return/refund will not be applicable. The buyer needs to bring the issue to our attention either by emailing us (preferred) or by calling us. If our return team is not available then the buyer has to send the product by courier at his/her own responsibility to this address (Address. Bagula Bus Stand Opposite AXIS Bank ATM, Pin. 741502, Receiver. Sourav Dutta, Phone No. 9083527119). The cost of returning the product will be borne by the customer.

7. Buyer’s refund amount will be refunded to the buyer bank account or the buyer UPI ID or in the buyer’s My Wallet. It is up to the customer to choose how the buyer want to get the refund amount.

8. If The buyer want to take the refund money to the Phonepe/Google Pay, 5% will be deducted from the price of the product and after deducting 5%, the remaining money will be refunded to the buyer. (Product Return Charge).

9. If the buyer take his/her refund money to My wallet at, a 5% charge will not be deducted from the buyer refund amount. will refund the buyer full amount if the buyer accept the refund amount in Trex Plus My Wallet.

10. The refund can take up to a minimum of 5 days to a maximum of 15 days for buyer’s refund amount to go to buyer’s bank account. If the buyer has initiated a refund on’s My Wallet, the refund will be posted on the’s My Wallet within two to four hours after the product is received our warehouse.


Cancellation Policy

1. After placing the order, the buyer can cancel the order within 24 hours. will not accept cancellation requests after this time limit is exceeded. In the case of Cash On Delivery payment, the buyer can cancel the order even after 24 hours by calling the delivery boy when the order status is out for delivery. If the buyer has placed the order through the Razorpay payment gateway then it is not possible to take order cancellation requests in any way. In this case, if the buyer cancels the order by the delivery boy, the order cancellation fee will be deducted from the product value. (Cancellation charge Rs.500 in this case)

2. If the buyer pays the order through the Razorpay payment gateway then he/she does not have to pay any booking amount.  If the buyer cancels the order by building a custom PC, then he/she will have to pay Rs.1000 cancellation fee. A cancellation fee will be charged if this payment is made through Cash On Delivery and Razorpay payment gateway/google pay/phone pe.

2. No cancellations are entertained for those products that the marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day, etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

3. does not accept cancellation requests for pre-order items. However, a refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the condition of the product delivered is not good.
