1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

2. There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.

3. No cancellations are entertained for those products that the trexplus.com marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day, etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

4. trexplus.com does not accept cancellation requests for pre-order items. However, a refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the condition of the product delivered is not good.

5. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

6. In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. trexplus.com believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Return/ Refund Policy

1. We accept return and refund requests only if the product delivered by us is in damaged condition, wrong product sent, product in dead condition or product is defective. Buyers will have 2 days after delivery to inform us in case of any dispute in the order to claim for return or refund. For gaming chairs only replacement is applicable, no refunds will be there for gaming chairs. If the seal of the product is opened and the product is not faulty then return/refund will not be applicable. The buyer needs to bring the issue to our attention either by emailing us (preferred) or by calling us.

2. If you want to return the product, 2% will be deducted from the price of the product and after deducting two percent, the remaining money will be refunded to you.

3.If you take your refund money to My wallet at Trexplus.com, 2% charge will not be deducted from your refund amount.

4. Your refund amount will be refunded to your bank account or  your UPI ID or in your Trexplus.com My Wallet. It is up to you to choose how you want to get the refund amount.

5. When the delivery boy picks up your return product from your home or office, if you do not want to return the product, or if you are not available at home or office, your product return will be canceled and you will not be able to return the product.

6. The cost of returning the product will be borne by the customer.

7. If you do not request a product return within two days from the day you received the product, you will not be able to return the product after the two-day deadline has passed.

8. You can take the product to the service center of the company to get the warranty of the product.

9. Products that will not be returned to the products of the banded company, you have to get the warranty from the company or by going to the warranty claim option of Trexplus.com.

10.We will accept the product return in case the product is broken or the product does not work.

11. It can take up to 15 days for your refund amount to go to your bank account.
