The sound is overall good except that the bass is not very high, but serves the purpose well on laptop as the built in laptop speakers are not usually very loud. This is made in India and I prefer it over any Chinese speaker like F&D which didn’t last very long. I have now connected it to my TV. I would say that it is totally worth buying it. This is one of my best purchases. If you specifically want to listen to loud music with high bass, look for a more powerful speaker – at least 15 watts with woofer.

the speakers are quite good to be used as desktop speakers – general usage . the MOST IMPORTANT FACTOR for me was – that they are MADE INDIA – almost all the other speakers are made in china – which is a BIG NO for me . thank you for the made in India product .
