Amazing Shipping. Product is advertised. I recommend buying this in view of the future updates to stability(Yes, it’s not smooth all the time) as it a software product. Package was also in good condition. Windows Hello is hardware dependent. It gave the computer 60% faster boot. Overall I think should be around ₹6000.

2019: I advise you check and ensure you get the version you want (US or UK English) as this resulted in problems with passwords (created in US version) when I was sold a UK version. The keyboard always defaults to the UK version on startup so that you cannot use certain key combinations. No refunds this far in so proceed with caution.2018: I tried at the outset to reset the BIOS to boot from the USB stick but was unsuccessful. I ran the setup.exe file from a browser in Windows 8.1 then and it ran fine and kept all my files. It is really a five-star product and I am sure if I had tried harder I could have done a clean install but the system seems to work fine in any case on this Probook 470 G2.

It is original, genuine Windows. Got registered with Microsoft perfectly fine. If you are getting Windows 10 for significantly lesser price than this anywhere, it may be either fake or a limited OEM version.This software comes on a nicely designed stylish pen drive (not DVDs anymore). Do NOT lose the pen drive. I suggest you make multiple copies of the software on DVDs and/or hard drive and save the Serial number along with them and keep them in a safe place (such as a locker). And do NOT share your software with others even if they are close to you. It might make your software become non-functional if they register the same product with Microsoft.An operating system is not something we buy every time a new version comes from Microsoft. So pretty much this is a long-term purchase for atleast 5 (?) years.Note that this is full retail version, not OEM version which is limited. For differences between both the versions, just do a Google search.Windows 10 is the defacto standard on PCs now. Just note that if you are a video editing professional, Windows 7 or even XP is still preferred. Just do a quick Google search to know why. For everyone else, Windows 10 is the way to go!!FINAL NOTE: It pays to purchase and use original, licensed copy of an Operating System through the official channels. Do NOT get those Rs 100 “CD” copies or quick installs from local computer shops which will create a lot of headache later (and ofcourse make you non-compliant to the law).Hope this helps. Genuine product from seller Online King. My machine is 4 years old but Windows 10 works very well. Robust, haven’t seen any crashes till now. Some device drivers were installed through Windows update, others I had to get it from the manufacturer’s site. Store apps are nicely integrated to the desktop, doesn’t feel out of place like it did in Windows 8. And finally, thank to MS for bringing back the start menu.

Go on the Microsoft site, and the price is Rs.14,000.00, while the seller listed the price at Rs. 6,000.00 only. That means I got an eight thousand Rupee discount. I’m still not able to believe this. It’s genuine, not tampered with (the key is for ONE installation so while activating the product, it would have given me an error message, but the activation was simply hassle free. BUY ONLY LICENSED software, PIRACY is not only illegal, but depends on your Moral Values, which in this day and age, are totally missing.

Used Microsoft media creation tool to create bootable USB to install relevant Windows 10 OS even before the package arrived. Media creation tool is available from Microsoft website. This will download latest updated OS from Microsoft. Then used the product key for online activation when package arrived. Activated instantly. 100% Genuine key.

Original product which installed like a piece of cake. It has all MS windows driver softwares up to date. Will need to install configuration specific drivers after the OS is installed. Twice as costly as OEM license. However it makes sense to have one of these at home if there are multiple users or crash or HDD/SSD replacement and so on.Great utility product.

Made my job of upgrading Windows a lot easier. However, please note the following important point, otherwise the product key won’t work. If you currently have Windows 10 Pro and try to upgrade it just by directly running the setup from the drive, the upgrade will work but it would still be Windows 10 Pro, and the product key (if you’ve bought for Home) won’t work since it’s configured for Windows 10 Home. You need to install the software from the BIOS settings in order to have a fresh install of Windows 10 Home and then the product key would work. The same works vice-versa.

Una vergogna…. me ne sono accorto solo il 2 novembre perchè l’ho installato su di un computer in Bielorussia, presso una scuola di bambini diabetici. Ho fatto veramente una brutta figura. Per fortuna, appena tornato in Italia, grazie all’ausilio di una persona meravigliosa in un call center greco (della Microsoft), sono riuscito a convalidare il prodotto. Quindi, il mio giudizio pessimo è rivolto al venditore mentre alla Microsoft darei 10 stelle (se possibile). Il programma, poi, funziona alla grande.

Guys what is th use of buying this ,,if ur using genuine windows 7,,8.1,,,,then u can simply and freely upgrade ur so to windows 10,,is it not tell me ,,wasting ur money ,,and one thing I want to tell is the windows 7 is always cast in Microsoft because it will use less virtual memory from ur ram ,,and less graphics ,,second thing is windows 10 uses half of the virtual memory in ur ram speed means if ur using 1600mhz ram it will be converted to 800mhz in case of laptop I am telling next games always look fine in windows 10 because it’s using DirectX 12 version means u will get more fps in games ,,i hope it helped

Pas de chance… la clé reçue était défectueuse, après cinq essais et crash successifs de l’installation, j’ai abandonné… j’ai donc enregistré moi-même le fichier d’installation sur une clé usb maison et utiliser la clé de license fournie. Deuxième soucis, celle-ci était déjà utilisée sur un autre appareil semble-t-il… après un reboot cela semble fonctionner et Windows 10 est activité. Une après-midi pour installer Windows c’est un peu long …

Package came with a sticker containing the product serial number, and an USB drive having the Windows 10 setup pre-installed (32 or 64 bits). Since it’s not an default Microsoft package, you should perform a virus scan on a separate system, before proceeding with the setup.Serial number printed on the sticker had some small letters, which made identifying the serial number harder. After some fiddling, I was able to identify and input the right one.After the first system updates (upgrading to version1803 or newer), at some point the Activation status may be wrong (showing the system as unlicensed/not activated/with wrong serial number). After a reboot, the Activation status should be alright.Please note that this is an electronic OEM license, and you will probably have a little more trouble migrating it to a new hardware, as compared to a retail version (if possible altogether). For my case, it was a good enough solution, given the price difference, and the fact that I don’t plan migrating to a new system for years to come.

In short I was confused by reading other reviews that it takes much time and very hard to install. When I try to install it just took 10 minutes and during the install restart 3 times. And very easy to install. All you just need to do1. Plug the pendrive2. Book with USB3. Put the serial key provided in the box4. Follow the instruction on screen.Bang! Best version of Windows yet.Constantly improving and evolving with every update. The os is an amalgamation of win 7 and 8 and thus has the best features of both. My only gripe is that UI colour scheme is very bland as compared to the aero glass of Windows 7. But functionality trumps aesthetics in win 10.

Now what to write about it, It’s just a windows 10 pro. USB contains all the editions. choose the right edition and the key will work 1000%. box and packing were great. I don’t have to install windows 10 pro as I have used the key on my previous installed windows which was activated on my office license. The license was expired so I decided to buy a new one. USB is little made of low quality but that doesn’t matter.Just activate the windows 10 pro with the key if you already have windows installed, Else just boot the pen drive, Select the correct edition and you will never found a single problem.PS:- DON’T GO ON EMOJIS – IT’S NOT A PAID REVIEW 😛

Je viens de recevoir ma boîte officielle Windows 10 version USB… ah ah… Malheureusement, il s’agit en fait d’une version OEM de Windows (beaucoup moins flexible et donc moins chère que la version USB) avec en cadeau une clé USB vierge dans son emballage et un DVD vierge (le ridicule ne tue pas!!!). Rien à voir donc avec la version USB officielle que j’avais commandé. Retour du produit.

Après achat pour deux PC de développement, j’ai ouvert le premier colis, installé le premier poste Windows. La petite difficulté a été de faire démarrer le PC depuis la clé USB. Néanmoins, après avoir saisi la clé, Microsoft refuse l’activation car la clé serait déjà en service. Pourtant l’emballage était nickel. Après une semaine fastidieuse d’échange avec le support, la conclusion tombe : les pirates génèrent des clés à la volée et ces clés correspondent parfois à une clé déjà imprimée et emballée en attente d’achat. Bref, j’ai demandé à Microsoft une autre licence : refus ! J’ai dû retourner les deux produits au fournisseur pour remboursement. Et le fournisseur devra faire une demande de retour à Microsoft… Quelle galère ! J’ai retourné le tout, mais la Poste a perdu mon colis… Heureusement que j’ai ma preuve de dépôt ! Je ne suis pas au bout de mes galères. En conclusion, il vaut peut-être mieux acheter directement sur le site de Microsoft, ou passer à Linux.

100% genuine product. I installed fresh copy of windows in my new SSD and installation took literally 5 mins to install. But I don’t why pen drive didn’t work in USB 3.0 port. But anyways worked flawlessly in USB 2.0 port. Beautiful new interface. Soon I will install anniversary update then I will update my review. And yes to check whether product key is oem or retail. Simply open command prompt and type slmgr.vbs/dlv. That will show whether windows is retail or oem. I hope my review may help you.WINDOWS 10 ANNIVERSARY UPDATE.I installed anniversary update yesterday. I didn’t have any problem. Update was flawless. No genuine error or glitches.Now edge finally support extensions. I installed ad block extension in edge to block ads. I liked edge but I use chrome as a default browser because I like chrome more than edge, but edge have improved a lot. Web page loads fast and R.A.M. usage is lower than chrome.New integrated dark mode. I liked it. I use dark mode.New activation process. Now we can link product key with ms account. I don’t use it. But I liked the concept to link ms account with product key. But to do so I have to login as ms account all the time. I don’t like to use my ms account as login account. I use local account.I checked fps of games. I found that I get more fps than windows 7. In windows 7 I used get 41 to 55 fps in assassin creed black flag. Now I get 55 to 60. Using zotac 750ti 2gb@ 1600×900 resolution.

It came with a product/activation key which is what I needed, haven’t used the USB yet as I have the Windows installation CD already. The activation went smoothly with the key provided.
