cheapest and best option upgrade to SSD from hdd
I bought 480 gb version wd green m.2 nvme ssdSpeed was expected. Was suffering system speed and stability with hp 14s Laptop with hdd . M.2 nvme SSD made it lot better since it had m.2 slot out of sata port.I have migrated the os using macrium reflect and it worked super fine.Your are basic user and want cheapest ssd go with wd green. If you heavy user go for wd blue instead because that gives more speed and stability

It wouldn’t detect at first on Android or Windows on a USB casing. Hope it doesn’t act up again. Can’t figure out of the issue is with the casing or SSD.Says for casual use, which left me scratching my head as I bought this to install Ubuntu server 22 for OpenHab on a Raspberry Pi 4. Hope it doesn’t give up too soon as I will be leaving this unattended at my house for monitoring and automation 3000 + km away. It heats up like a frying pan.

I was searching a M.2 NVME SSD for my HP pavilion gaming 15 because it is an HDD variant. IT was taking about 6 minutes to boot up and I was not able to refresh anything after the boot.Then I ordered this WD GREEN NVME SSD 480GB in just 2898rs . The installation was quite easy and I installed it myself . Trust me when my laptop booted with ssd it takes only 6 seconds and I am good to go. Can open any software, can do multitasking easily, play AAA title games . No lag no frame drop just smooth performance . Believe me if you are planning to speed up your PC then add a SSD first . No need to buy Ram .Overall you can go with it (480GB ) if it is under 3000.Cons- You do not get a screw so you have to arrange it by yourself. I used a screw of my back panel of my laptop.

I have it installed in my Asus 14″ Laptop and performance has increased by leaps and bounds.Boot time is less than 15 sec and read/write speed are also too fast as most of my files are on cloud drive.Since I am using all licence softwares (Win 10, office 365) I have never faced any problems since the change from HDD to SSD.I would recommend it for laptop users who have older machines like mine Core i3 and 8gb ram (3 years old laptop with average 8hrs to 12hrs usage daily)Ensure you get it installed from official service center only.

Got this 240GB Varient , my laptop is working very fast, as it was previously on Hard disk I have installed it on Hp-15 da 0389tu, there is Gen 3×2 Capability but it can run This Nvme ,It is recommended please Install a fresh Windows 11 or 10, But before Firstly get your old windows Product key and then use in the newer version.

A good and budget SSD
Installed this in my laptop and toy surprise the Windows 11 installation took 5-10 minutes. The setup is pretty much smooth and we can install ourselves if we take some care. Speeds were good and this made my struggling laptop with a 1TB Hdd usable again. Suggested is that to do a fresh OS installation

Was soll man grißartiges zu dieser M.2 SSD sagen. Sie macht was sie soll, das Notebook läuft.Ob schneller, besser oder sonstige Details kann ich nicht sagen, da ich das ich messen kann und möchte. Ist mir zu viel Aufwand.Die Verpackung ist extrem groß, da würden locker 4-8 Karten passen und leider innen nur Plastik. Dafür 1 Stern Abzug.

This drive works as intended for the most part. The read/write speeds are within the stated ranges for this unit but are very underwhelming when used in actual tasks. My internet still outpaces the downloads of games and I will be upgrading to a 5500MB/s+ drive soon due to this. If you are a light user then this drive should be more than enough for you, but if you have any decent collection of games that will all require updates then I would recommend looking for a higher read/write rated drive as this will definitely become a noticeable choke point.

I use this for an external enclosure that caps out around 1200 mbps sequential read over USB 3.2. Thats twice as fast as an internal SATA SSD but nowhere near the capability of PCIE 4 M.2 drives. This was cheap and had solid capacity and runs my external enclosure at around 800 mbps sequential read, more or less capping it out. I’ve had no issues with load times on this drive as of yet.I’m docking this a star because it is a gen 3 drive, and it won’t be able to utilize the full bandwidth of a gen 4 slot if that is what you are aiming for. This is definitely a slower drive then some other m.2 drives, but for my use case it is more then siffucient.

Wd green sn350 NVMe ssd M.2Bought for my lenovo s145 laptop which takes minutes to boot up now it is done in few seconds ie less than 5,10sec.Couldnt clone hdd to ssd using WD tool where nothing happened other than black screen. Then repaired using bootable usb which will be like fresh installation. So be cautious and take backup…

Só não entendo esses BOs de menos espaço que o informado. São 1Tb (1024 Gbs) e só aparece 938 GB. Até entenderia os HDs porque a agulha de leitura provavelmente não deveria ler 100% do disco, mas agora são memórias. Deveria vir realmente o informado, no máximo uns 64Mb de algum software de segurança.

Llevo muy poco con el producto com para poder dar una opinión mejor detallada. Pero por el par de días que lo he usado, todo ha ido de maravilla, al ser una SSD, el encendido de la máquina está en menos de 2 min (no he tomado el tiempo con precisión). Me pareció bastante bien que lo hayan envuelto con papel burbuja, garantizando su protección, además lo mandan con un gran detalle. Lo único que no me gustó, fue el precio de envió y que aún así tardara un poco en llegar, siendo vendedores de México. A pesar de ello es de los más baratos del mercado.

Wd green sn350 NVMe ssd M.2Bought for my lenovo s145 laptop which takes minutes to boot up now it is done in few seconds ie less than 5,10sec.Couldnt clone hdd to ssd using WD tool where nothing happened other than black screen. Then repaired using bootable usb which will be like fresh installation. So be cautious and take backup…

I have it installed in my Asus 14″ Laptop and performance has increased by leaps and bounds.Boot time is less than 15 sec and read/write speed are also too fast as most of my files are on cloud drive.Since I am using all licence softwares (Win 10, office 365) I have never faced any problems since the change from HDD to SSD.I would recommend it for laptop users who have older machines like mine Core i3 and 8gb ram (3 years old laptop with average 8hrs to 12hrs usage daily)Ensure you get it installed from official service center only.

Outros HD de 1TB que comprei tinham como tamanho real 930GB. Uma diferença de 41GB, pelo tempo e toda trabalheira para trocar. Resolvi ficar, porém é interessante que saibam desse detalhe. Ao testar no Crystal disk info e Crystal disk mark, mostrou que o HD era realmente novo, zerado, sem horas de uso e a velocidade de gravação ficou em 2400MB/s

The preinstalled HARDDISK inside my laptop was very lag and I couldn’t work on it while opening windows office suite and chrome at the same time. So I just bought this wd ssd hard disk nvme2. After that, the system is super fast in opening and running many apps at the same time without lag. It was a great choice for my laptop’s working efficiency and performance.

Um excelente upgrade em qualquer computador. A muitos anos utilizava SSD, a velocidade de transferência de arquivos e no dia a dia é surreal. O único ponto negativo foi a falta do parafuso de instalação. Ele não veio junto a minha placa mãe e sofri um pouco para encontrar no mercado local da minha cidade, apesar disso era fácil encontrar a venda na internet. Contudo, 15 reais num parafuso + 50 de frete é surreal. Acredito que não seria um custo absurdo colocar o parafuso junto ao NVME, o custo não seria tão alto ao vendedor ou a empresa que fabrica o produto. Este é o único ponto que me fez não dar 5 estrelas pelo produto.

A good and budget SSD
Installed this in my laptop and toy surprise the Windows 11 installation took 5-10 minutes. The setup is pretty much smooth and we can install ourselves if we take some care. Speeds were good and this made my struggling laptop with a 1TB Hdd usable again. Suggested is that to do a fresh OS installation

El SSD viene sin disipador de calor, veo algunos comentarios que indican que sube mucho la temperatura del mismo.Mi SSD anterior dejo de funcionar por no poner un disipador. No sé por qué no se recomienda como buena práctica instalarlo para evitar que se quemen.Actualizaré mi opinión una vez ya instalado el SSD.

Este NVMe SSD es económico y tiene una gran capacidad, pero hay que ser consciente de lo que se compra y para qué.Si vas a usarlo de forma no intensiva, por ejemplo metido en una carcasa NVMe, como un disco duro externo donde almacenas cosas de vez en cuando y a veces los conectas para leerlos… o como un disco duro donde vas a instalar cosas que van a ser principalmente leídas (disco duro externo para la Wii U, una consola, la Raspberry, disco de películas para la TV, disco de copias de seguridad, etc), entonces bien.Pero no lo recomiendo como disco duro principal de un ordenador de uso intensivo.¿Por qué? Porque su fabricante dice que sólo soporta 80 TBW.El término TBW (Terabytes Written) se define como el número de terabytes que pueden ser escritos en un SSD hasta que sus células de memoria se deterioren o agoten. No quiere decir que cuando hayas escrito 80TB en el disco, este vaya a dejar de funcionar, porque estos datos los escribes en diferentes celdas de memoria cada vez. Pero si escribes mucho en el disco, invitablemente determinadas zonas del mismo pueden acabar con el tiempo teniendo muchas escrituras y esas zonas se irán marcando como inválidas conforme pasen su límite de escrituras. Evidentemente, vas a poder usarlo años antes de que esto ocurra, pero ya no son los plazos de tiempo que tienes con otros SSD de la misma marca que en vez de 80 TBW tienen valores de 900 TBW.Yo, por ejemplo, quiero este disco para llenarlo de ISOs, CHDs y ROMs de ordenador y consola para una Raspberry y una MiSTer FPGA. Una vez metidos los datos en el disco, el 99% de lo que se tendrá este disco son LECTURAS, por lo que este SSD me durará casi infinitamente. Apenas haré escrituras cuando vaya a subir ficheros nuevos o cambiar alguno.Para eso, este precio y este aparato están muy bien.Pero no lo compraría para insertarlo en un portátil de trabajo intensivo, por ejemplo.Ten en cuenta que las cosas valen lo que cuestan, y un SSD que es más económico que otros de la misma capacidad, es por algo. En este caso por su TBW de 80TB.Si te ha resultado útil esta opinión, te agradecería que así lo indicaras. Gracias.
