Seems to work great so far – no dirt or stuff has gotten in it. It is really flat and small and I am actually more afraid of losing it than anything else. I did put a lanyard on it so I should be ok.

These Sony flash drives were a great buy. The price was excellent and the 16GB capacity holds plenty. We picked a few of these up while they were on sale for general file back-up and to transfer a few years worth of digital photos from CDs. For that purpose they are great. They come equipped with an LED light which activates upon this sticks activity. One downside, as some reviewers have pointed out, some in overly critical fashion, is that these flash drives are thinner and they do feel flimsier than some of their competition. If you require these be clipped to a bag or put onto a keychain you may want to consider opting for a more substantially built stick. For average use, however, these offer more than enough storage and durability for an unbeatable price.

I use the Sonly Micro Vault drives as my go-to drives. I have every version of Mac OS installation media on 8GB drives “just in case”. This 16 gig drive is a little thicker than the 8GB models, but does the job nicely where more storage is needed. I used it to update the maps in my car’s navigation system, which needed more than 8GB to hold the entire map update.

I don’t know what Sony did when they produced these flash drives but this is far and away my fastest USB 2 flash drive. It is also my 3rd and 4th ones from Sony. I have used just about every other brand yet this can install Linux quicker than all of the others. Further, it is even fast compared to some of my USB 3 flash drives. That is specifically why I purchased these drives. They are quite simply durable and fast. Love the green light.

Use this for my Sony Blu Ray Disc Player and it has worked great – no problems at all. Just plugged it in the back of the player and it does whatever it does with no fuss or bother.

La pennetta, offre un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.E’ stata scelta soprattutto perchè SONY che ha sempre rappresentato qualità… La pennetta funziona alla grande e non mi ha dato mai nessun problema, anche a seguito di diverse formattazioni, tra MAC e PC.Unico difetto che ho trovato è il materiale. Purtroppo a forza di attaccare e staccare il materiale tende a rompersi e quindi la prima cosa che salta è il materiale sopra i contatti.Questo però non pregiudica assolutamente il funzionamento della pennetta.

Der Stick ist im Zugriff recht schnell und hat schon länger “überlebt” als so manch anderer, den ich schon nach wenigen Monaten entsorgen musste. Zugriff wird durch ein blinkendes LED angezeigt, leider zeigt das LED aber nicht an wenn der Stick noch angemeldet ist.

This USB is pretty amazing considering the price, its one of the smallest USB’s i owned and it has become the most used USB, the only thing i would have to say about this USB is that you have to be careful with it since its too small you might loose it…
