I updated / switched my NGAV Internet Security installation to Total Security by just adding the activation code purchased to the existing application. So without uninstalling existing Internet Security application, one can switch to Total Security version. (If you are existing NGAV user). Now my accounts shows 365 days license remaining on Windows 7 OS. It saved a lot of time. Last time I have to uninstall existing NGAV app.Total Security is very good update from Internet Security. It has additional modules such as Password Manager (you can sync between iPhone and PC and no need to buy paid software such as LastPass), it has file vault to keep sensitive files locked in folder, kids safeguard, double firewall among other.Thanks to the seller for prompt dispatch of code (email in 30 minutes). I was able to continue my anti-virus protection.

Gone through NGAV general help but didn’t work. Later on taken help from customer care. The action suggested by them also not working. Then another solution given by them which made license active.1. Enable Tracing. Click on the customer support icon in the bottom left corner of the main NGAV window – Support Tools – Enable traces.2. Reproduce the issue. Try to activate NGAV, wait for an error to reoccur.3. Disable Tracing. Click on the customer support icon in the bottom left corner of the main NGAV window – Support Tools – Disable traces (stop).

First of all if you are dealing with spirituality,Yoga,Ayurved, India is best choice but if you are dealing with tech then certainly not a puna based QUICKHEAL which corrupted my entire laptop and sold to bhangar wala. I dealt with this distributor ARHAM WORLD honestly they are true professional in terms of smooth transition and specially customer support. Once i purchased avi but due to windows 7 it did not support the installation I felt so cheated. I did contact them and raised the issue. They mailed me a new link of software to download and assisted me throughout up till my entire issue resolved.
