I knew the steps to install the software and was waiting for the software. The licence I received is genuine and I was able to add it to my account successfully and activate it.At first I thought the activation code would be emailed to me like we get for all softwares. But I got a notification that the product was shipped.When I got the shipment, it had the invoice and a small card slightly bigger than a visiting card requesting to open their website and follow the instructions to get the licence key online. I followed the instructions and got it in a few seconds.Only suggestion I would provide is that they email the licence key instead of going about this the round about way. We can get the software faster instead of waiting for it and practically doing the same thing.

A great product as usual from Microsoft, but the annual subscription charges are quite a bit on the higher side me atleast. Microsoft should consider reducing the O365 annual Subscription rates so that quite a lot of of them would actually go for authorised versions instead of taking up the pirated ones.

This is my second year getting this product and though the price has changed marginally, it still remains good value in terms of the family wide productivity gains we have all gained out of this.Email ‘delivery’ occurs within ~30 mins of ordering this. Simply follow the instructions and enter the code to renew your O365 subscription for another year.I do miss the days you just purchased a one time official Office license and that was it but everything is a subscription now and the features hidden behind the paywall are just too useful to not give in. Getting access to the full fat Office applications across both Windows, iOS and Android devices in our family is a huge boon. Being able to jointly edit family documents like an Excel sheet makes it a lot easier with helping elder members in the family (this has been a huge benefit). Same elders have benefitted from a lot of the smart suggestions and auto fixes available in Word to give an eg.The 6TB of OneDrive available across the family is also very handy, when it comes to storing all our photos and documents. Given so many providers are nickel and diming with their cloud storage options, having this generous allowance and the reassurance of having material backed up is a plus for sure.Ultimately in terms of just giving in to a rolling subscription or just purchasing a 1 year subscription each time, I haven’t done it long enough to really say if I’m saving any more money by doing so. I guess I’m more comfortable with a one off purchase than being locked into a rolling subscription where the provider could hike prices at any time.

Considering the price , I was very doubtful about genuinity of the Product Key . I took a risk as the price was so low. Actually you don’t get MS Office Home & Student 2019 at that price. Once Followed the initial steps , I needed to visit Microsoft site to redeem the Licences Key & get the software installed. Since I had a previous version of Office installed , i need to uninstall , redo the installation & activation couple of times. My family subscription was about to end in September 10th 22, and I got a decent offer. Took the risk or else I would have to pay 6199 for automatic payment. After buying this my subscription extended to 10th September 23. So, I am happy with the purchase. Please note that if its 5199 look for card offers and then buy. Beyond that cost, it’s not advisable. I got it for approximately 4800 that means 800 per head for 6 users.

Product is good as we get the latest suite from Office for a reasonable cost. However I found Outlook 2016 a little lesser user friendly compared to Office 2013. For example I was unable to link my earlier pst file with it so I had to create a new pst and use the old pst as an additional one.

I purchased Office 365 Home for 6 users. When I received the product code, I was a bit shocked that it did not work. Errors like “Product code not active, please contact seller” can be very unnerving. It even makes you think you have been duped. Thankfully, the vendor had provided a set of contact details anticipating that there may be issues. I contacted the vendor and Mr. Deepak Chaudhary was extremely helpful. Apparently this is an issue due to Office 365 Home getting upgraded to Microsoft 365 family and is a known issue. He was able to get Microsoft help me with getting the subscription working. Please note that Microsoft works Mon-Fri 10 am to 6 pm IST hence contacting the toll-free number on a weekend does not help. I am quite satisfied with the product and though there was an initial hiccup, the product is genuine and the issue is satisfactorily resolved with help from the seller.

Good buy. The process of uninstalling the old office and then installing this new edition is slightly cumbersome. But overall is was smooth.

Product requirement not cleary mentioned
Seller response is excellent. However, the supported operating systems are not cleary mentioned in the product details. This version of MS Office is not supported by my macbook air MacOS 10.12 Sierra. I’m very disappointed. It seems I need to upgrade my MacOS to atleast 10.13. I asked for refund but the seller didnot yet make the refund.

I have ordered this product twice, once in October 2019 for INR 3500, and second October 2020 for INR 3990 to renew.I got a box edition with a key card inside on the first order, but only got a key card for the second order. Works the same, however.You don’t get any installation disc or anything, it is pointless anyway. You only get a key for your Office 365 (now known as Microsoft 365). You can use this on a Windows PC or a MAC.There’s instructions at the back of the card, which says to open up the site (office.com/setup) and follow a 2 step process which requires you to input the key and other basic details. Do note that you need to have an Office account, which can be created free of cost. After the redeem is done, you will be given an option to install which downloads a setup and the rest of the installation goes as it does with any other software.What you get:1. Office 365 for 6 people, 1 year each starting at the same time. You can add who to share with in the same link as setup (it gives an option after the redeem).2. Apps you get: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher, Outlook, Access, OneNote. You can also use Forms (online only). I was also confused whether I should buy it from a 3rd party since Microsoft says that it is always better to buy license from them directly. But there is no discount and it is available for INR 4999.Had my doubts about this, but still went ahead after reading the reviews. It is genuine and works and the subscription got extended by a year. It gets linked to our Microsoft account and can be managed from their website easily. If you renew your subscription before the expiry date, it would still count dates from the actual expiry date. Eg: expiry/ renewal date is 20 and you renew it on 15, it would be extended till 20th of next year and not 15.The item got delivered in a day itself. It is not a scratch code, the code is clearly visible on the Pin card.Would recommend this to everyone. Save your 1200 and 1300 rupees, and buy from here. Cloudtail is the seller I chose.

1. All was well. But don’t know why the silver covering was already scratched and the 25 digit code was exposed. Was apprehensive… as this code could be used only once and if someone had already used then there would have been problem. I could not have proved my innocence or returned and asked for refund. But then the code was accepted by Microsoft online Download and no problems faced. There is a need to check this issue.2. There was problem in installing the same on MacBook Pro 2019 model with latest macOS Catalina s/w. Had to resolve the issue by calling Microsoft customer care twice.

By all means, a genuine, single user, perpetual license of MS Office Home & Student 2021, so no worries on that front.The e-mail containing the activation key & link came within an hour of placing the order, and from there onwards, downloading the media from the Microsoft site, installation, and activation of the license was a simple, straightforward process.Whether or not it is VFM will depend on which year one buys this 2021 version. Absolutely awesome. Activation key was emailed within 7 minutes of my having placed the order via email by FPC Retail. Quickest delivery in recorded history as far as I’m concerned. All setup instructions were emailed and all one has to do is follow the instructions and you’re good to go! I now have it up and running on my laptop. I got the lifetime Ms office Home and student 2019 product because all I really use is Ms Word, Excel and PowerPoint in the first place. Never used the other stuff such as cloud storage, one drive or outlook etc etc when I had my 365 (extremely expensive) monthly subscription – That was a total waste of money for me and has now been canceled – no more recurring billing, I’m happy to say. Love this product and the swift delivery. Such a joy!

I have seen bad reviews and good reviews. The major problem it seems is this thin paper card with most people who find it fake and weird process to download it. I thought same too when i received this and i agree downloading is a hassle. I mean what is the need of sending this card in the first place when there is literally nothing in it except it tells you to go to that website?? If you eventually have to go to the website and fetch key by entering details. The procedure should be simple, you order and then you can directly go to the website to fetch your key and you put it in office and it should work. The problem is the wait for the order to come when there is nothing in the package!!HOWEVER, whatever key is provided after following steps is GENUINE and NOT fake. So you can relax about the purchase. Excellent purchase for 1899!(Flash sale). I never needed tech support to install so don’t know about that.

If you have a family or friends who require MS Office, Office 365 family is the best option since this has better premium features like 1TB OneDrive storage. I love to use Design Ideas in PowerPoint, which has a wide range of designs and saves time. The OneDrive app with an automatic photo uploading feature is a life saviour, even if your phone stops working or is stolen, data will be safely stored in OneDrive. OneDrive is more affordable than Google Drive and also, we get a bunch of essential office tools.

Superb service. Necessary software even on a Mac. Tried the native applications, and failed miserably I dare say. So, decided to purchase this perpetual license software. Word, excel and PowerPoint is all I need for personal work, all boxes ticked. A bit pricey for my taste, but it will serve me 5 years at the least, so, less than INR 1,600. Installation and license management was very easy. Few clicks and 15 minutes later, the software was downloaded and installed. The license email arrived almost instantly. Very smooth experience.

Foolproof / secure delivery, clear instructions
I see no point in reviewing Windows Office per se. So, I’ll focus on the delivery aspect.The vendor has a foolproof way of delivering the activation key. While I was expecting a sort of scratch card with activation key, all I got was an instruction card, which makes it useful for a couple of reasons:1. If the package is lost or misdirected, then the key is not lost2. Instructions on the card allow you to return / refund the key in case you have not yet fetched your key from the activation site. So, there is a last minute option to “return the software”.So, it’s a win win.Instructions were clear and the I nstallation was easy. If you already have an MS account, installation should be done in 10 minutes (depends on your network bandwidth).This gives 1 lifetime license to MS Office 2019 Home and Student Edition. Purchased it at almost half the price. Should be useful for at least a few years before it becomes obsolete or slow (or maybe an upgrade option would be opened up by then).

An ideal suite of appications for your work
An excellent suite of applications covering practically all aspects of your work. Teams’ addition to the suite is a welcome bonus and as it becomes better day by day, this suite has become indispensable for work.Every day there are improvements tightly integrating each application with each other.the only thing that I didn’t find is the freeform text that was popularised by NOtion and which Google Docs have introduced.hopefully they do it soon to remedy the slight gap in their software

Within 15 minutes of paying for ms office 2019, I got my product key to install office 2019.I must admit it was really quick, I was a bit sceptical about whether should I order it, whether it’ll be a genuine one or not but my fear was gone when I opened my office 2019 edition and started working on it within the next few minutes of my order.Guys, it’s a genuine product, go for it.

This product is authentic
Just as some other reviewers have mentioned, the negative reviews really had me worried. But then I read the more recent reviews – where buyers have vouched for this product’s authenticity. The value for money proposition was very lucrative – so I decided to give it a go. The product arrived on schedule. I think the seller has sorted out the previously reported issues – hence there is a robust retrieval process to get the key. Microsoft has made it cumbersome to download the package (perhaps intentionally) and like some other users, even I faced issues. Then I contacted the What’s App customer care number provided by the seller. The person on that service was extremely helpful and also knowledgeable. Within 3-4 minutes my issue was sorted and the package got installed on my MacBook. I would strongly recommend this product through this seller.

Got my code delivered in 20 minutes, took less than a minute for the renewal.
I purchased “365 Family for 6 Users” via Email delivery option from the seller “FPC Retail” for ₹5299(₹4769 including the SBI Card 10% discount)I bought this for a renewal. The same would have costed me ₹ 6,199.00 had I renewed it on the Microsoft website. Definitely a steal deal !
