Celui-ci est un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Monté sur une carte mère MSI H81M-E34 avec 4 Go de RAM et W7 pro + un SSD 480 Go, je peux vous dire que ça “avance” vraiment. Réactivité exemplaire. pour de la bureautique, de la navigation internet, de la retouche photo, etc…c ‘est largement suffisant. Pour du montage vidéo, là il faudra sortir le porte monnaie pour aller vers un i7.. !

This product is as expected from the intel range of processors. Cool, efficient, and at a reasonable price the i3 4150 is a great little chip. This was utilised in a small home theatre PC build requiring power but cool running and this ticks all the boxes. Plenty of power from the 3.5ghz CPU which is more than enough for any streaming, video, bluray requirements you could throw at a HTPC.

Intel i3 4150 – value for money
Intel i3 4150 is the Haswell refresh line up of fourth generation intel processors. Unlike its predecessor 4130, I went for this product because it is slightly better than 4130 although costing 200 bucks more. Windows experience rating index puts the processor calculations at a respectable 7.2 out of 7.9 The package comes along with the stock fan cooler and a limited three year warranty. Intel i3 series are known for its balance between performance and power dissipation. Having TDP of merely 75 W and peak load of 90-100 W without an onboard graphic card it easily shells out 40-50 fps (with gtx 750ti) on most games on medium settings which is good enough for beginner gamers. I dont see any reason not ti recommend this processor for anyone building his first budget gaming rig. 5 stars for 4150..

I can’t imagine spending more than this unless you have demanding multithreading requirements for work or very high end gaming. Sips power and gets the job done. Even gives me decent FPS with the IGP in less demanding games like Path of Exile. Pair it with a SSD and 8GB RAM and it’s positively luxurious. The only complaint I can think of is that the LGA socket design is pretty stupid and you will want to keep clumsy people away from installing this in the MB.

Un processore come questo basta e avanza per il 90% degli utilizzatori di PC odierni, è anche vero che essendo un boxato difficilmente lo si acquisterebbe per farsi un computer su misura visto che prendere un assemblato di marca entry level ha un costo sicuramente inferiore del comprarsi i singoli pezzi. Io l’ho preso per sostituire una CPU dello stesso socket. Come detto per prestazione e perfettamente adatto all’uso quotidiano della maggior parte delle persone, anche perchè, per ottenere valide prestazioni, è più utile investire in un buon SSD.

Great little processor. Have been streaming lits of Hulu over the past two days and no major hiccups also played some kerble space program on the integrated graphics which isn’t all that intensive. Running Ubuntu. You will not regret buying this processor.

Bought this for a budget ITX gaming system and so far it has done everything as I wanted.Coupled with 8gb of RAM and an r7 260x, the system has been able to play everything I’ve thrown at it.Not noisy and easy to install.Was also considering the G3258, but the 4 cores (2 physical, 2 virtual) seemed better. Might have to upgrade in 2 years, but that’s okay as it’ll be easy to upgrade to an i7.

It’s fast for what market it’s aiming for, you can run photo editing programs like Photoshop easily with this CPU. However, I personally used it for gaming in which is the field where the CPU is leaps and bounds ahead of the competition: AMD. You can easily run the AAA Titles coming in 2015 on High settings as long as you have a GPU good enough as it will not bottleneck it in any way. Of course you cant expect it to shine in video editing its £85 (which is a damn good price.) If you wish to do more demanding tasks like Live streaming or Video Editing you might want to look at the I5 or the I7. However a solid buy which will last me a good year.

I am reviewing the Intel Core i3 4150 processor. It is a dual core processor with hyper-threading which essentially allows the two cores to act how four would in terms of how many threads it can yield. This cpu uses socket lga 1150 and uses the z97 chipset,It supports dual channel ddr3 memory and has smart cache technology, an integrated memory controller, a three year limited warranty, and Intel’s Hd 4400 graphics.Okay,I’ll admit I was a little scared getting a dual core even with hyperthreading. Never have I been more wrong, this cpu is absolutely fantastic. I have an amd r7 265 graphics card and when these two get together there isn’t a game I can’t handle, even crysis and battlefield. The integrated graphics aren’t too shabby for games like minecraft and skyrim either. The 3.5 ghz clock is really nice which is why I didn’t care about it being locked. The stock fan keeps this cpu quite cool and isn’t too noisy.Conclusion: If you can’t afford an I5 or I7 this is your processor.

Montato su di una Asus H97I-Plus e sostituito il dissipatore stock con Noctua NH-L9i.Lo sto utilizzando su di un HTPC e backup server. Pensavo fosse un “processorino” appena sufficiente per il suo compito in realtà si è dimostrato addirittura sovradimensionato 🙂 Assolutamente nessun problema con filmati in 1080p e XBMC (ora Kodi).La temperatura in idle e il dissipatore Noctua resta intorno ai 32-34°C. In utilizzo normale tra i 36-39°C (25-26 ambientale). Il consumo è bassisimo. 20W con 1 SSD su slot M.2 e 2 HDD WD red da portatili. In long idle scende ancora di qualche watt.Sarà anche un i3 ma se siete indecisi e avete paura che non sia potente abbastanza, andate tranquilli. Per uso “standard” va benissimo.

fast shipping and good packaging. used this for building a gaming computer for my son. all went well and this processor, although not the latest, performs admirably at highest game resolutions along with GeForce GTX 960 graphics card. no lagging so far.

This chip makes my computer go faster, not as fast as other chips with bigger numbers on them, but still faster than the one in my old computer.Installing it was easy, It came with it’s own fan and I didn’t even need to mess around with thermal paste. Even with the stock fan, my computer is very quiet and blows cold air out the back.10/10 would install again.

Great chip for the price. I was a little concerned having used an i5 2500K for a fair few years that running at a reduced core count my new i3 based office PC would struggle, but it hardly breaks a sweat. The only downside is the stock fan is quite noisy if the CPU is stressed or maxes out for any length of time.

Only one phrase comes to mind with this CPU: Bang-for-your-buck.This is without a doubt, the best value CPU for gaming available, while keeping decent multi-core performance.For $100 (12/2/14) you can run most modern games about 90% of the speed of processors three times the price.However, if you want to save a little money, sacrificing multi-core performance, for overclockability go with the Pentium G3258.

Great low end CPU. I Bought this when I was first putting my gaming build together, as this is pretty cheap as helped keep my overall build costs down. It can handles most games perfectly well, but will just suffer with huge AAA games.I have since upgraded to an i7, and if you are looking to game and you have the cash to spend I would go with either an i5 or i7.But the i3 is is perfect if you are trying to put together a budget pc with room for future upgrades.

Il miglior processore intel riguardo consumi senza escludere le prestazioni, se non ricordo male ero indeciso tra il 4150 e il 4130 che è appunto il “fratellino minore”, uniche differenze 3,5Ghz vs 3,4Ghz… per pochi euro di differenza vale la pena prendere il 4150.Utilizzato per il gaming con una scheda video di fascia media come la gtx 750 (la migliore gpu nvidia come consumi) si può costruire un ottimo pc gaming dai consumi contenuti. (riproduco watch dogs a 1080p con tutti i setting a alto con AA 2x)Il processore è dotato di grafica integrata intel HD4400 riesce a riprodurre giochi come skyrim (ovviamente con tutti i settaggi a medio-bassi) e riesce a svolgere egregiamente il multimonitor utilizzando hdmi e dvi integrati nella scheda madre.Grazie a questa esperienza ho potuto rivalutare positivamente i processori di fascia I3 – I5 di fascia economica a differenza dei vari intel Celeron e intel Pentium.

I used this processor in my “spare parts second computer” build a year or so ago, for a backup/spare to my main computer. It runs great for a web browsing/medium gaming/streaming PC. It is paired with an MSI GTX 750Ti , 8 GB DDR3, a Samsung 850 EVO 250 gb SSD, Seagate 3TB HDD, EVGA B500 PS. on an MSI Z97 PC Mate MB, and it all works together great.

Nonostante sia arrivato in ritardo x colpa delle feste, mi sono ricreduto sulla “fascia bassa degli i”…questo processore è ottimo….non scalda, è veloce e fa girare molto bene qualsiasi cs…..paragonato all’i5 4440 (che uso su un altro pc) come velocita siamo al 70% di quello che da un i5… Lo consiglio vivamente!!!

Despite being a single core processor, it easily runs titles such as Metro 2033, Skyrim, Dota 2, on very high settings at 50-60 FPS. For reference, this is running alongside a GTX 650, and a Kingston 120GB SSD.

Great, cheap processor. I picked mine up during the Black Friday sale for a bit cheaper but definitely a solid processor if you are looking to build a good little machine. Put it on the MSI H81M-E33 board with 8GB ram and it does great.This exceeded my expectations with the Quick Sync Video feature. Currently converting my movie collection to play through Plex and the QSV saves the day. Handbrake averages in the high 100’s for FPS and have seen it even touch 300’s when converting to MKV. Even with that stress the CPU remains under 50% utilization.

Posso ritenermi pienamente soddisfatto dell’aquisto di questo prodotto: è stato destinato ad un PC low budget per applicazioni dai requisiti non eccessivi (e-mail, navigazione internet, pacchetto Office), ed installato in un cube case con scheda mini ITX, e si comporta davvero bene!Il caricamento del sistema operativo e degli applicativi è veloce (coadiuvato da 4 GB di ram 1333MHz), e il dissipatore incluso nella confezione fa il suo dovere, essendo silenziosissimo e quindi ideale per un computer destinato ad essere tenuto sul tavolo.L’installazione della CPU e della ventola è estremamente semplice, grazie anche allo strato di pasta termica preapplicato sulla base del dissipatore, che aiuta anche gli utenti meno esperti.5 stelle anche per l’eccezionale rapporto qualità/prezzo!

Ho cercato di documentarmi il più possibile per la scelta della CPU e, non avendo velleità di overclook, ho deciso per questo processore che, oltre ai bassi consumi (riscalda davvero poco), ha un ottimo rapporto costo/prestazioni.Abbinato ad una ASUS H97M Plus e a delle memorie Corsair Vengeance 2 x 4 GB sono riuscito ad assemblare un ottimo (almeno per le mie esigenze) computer.

I bought this processor for a budget HTPC. For the time being I am using the onboard Intel HD graphics and its been able to play DVDs and stream at 1080p online without any hesitation. I haven’t tried playing blurays yet. I paired this with a Gigabyte motherboard and 4gb of ddr3 1600 ram and its running solid. Its a good CPU for the price.

Great chip for the price. I was a little concerned having used an i5 2500K for a fair few years that running at a reduced core count my new i3 based office PC would struggle, but it hardly breaks a sweat. The only downside is the stock fan is quite noisy if the CPU is stressed or maxes out for any length of time.

I was initially planning to get the AMD FX-6300. It’s the same clock speed but with 6 cores instead of 2+ hyperthreading. Seemed like it should be much better. But after a little investigating of tests and benchmarks, I discovered that things are not always as they seem. In single core performance the i3-4150 is ~50% faster than the FX-6300, and the 6300 only overtakes when you running applications that effectively use more than 4 cores. This is rarely the case, though. Plus the 4150 uses less power, which means it is easier to cool and has a smaller effect on the electric bill. I like that it has a graphic processor on board as well, so I can still run the computer if my video card dies.Currently the Intel chips are the way to go for most people. The AMDs look more impressive with extra cores, but their architecture is inferior and they don’t perform as well in most cases. If however you primarily concerned about running apps that can effectively use 6+ cores, then one of the AMD FX processors would make more sense.Another place where AMDs come out on top is if you want better on-board video/gaming performance. AMD’s integrated 3D graphics are significantly better than Intel’s.

I used this processor along with a new motherboard to upgrade a previous Pentium Duo system I built a while ago (that’s now being used by my kids), and I’m actually very impressed with the performance. I have a custom i7 system for myself (I do a lot of gaming and video editing), and was going to go with the i5 processor for upgrading the kids’ PC, but the high price of the i5 put a stop to that. For the high price of the i5, I might as well go with an i7, but the i3 is ridiculously cheap and for the medium level gaming that they do on the PC, it does a great job. They mostly use consoles for gaming, so it really wasn’t necessary for them to have an i7 processor. I have this i3 processor on an Asus B85M-G R2.0 motherboard with an older Asus Radeon 7850 graphics card and 8GB of RAM with Windows 7 64-bit, and it’s now a very nice, extremely capable system.I have no regrets at all going with the cheaper i3 versus i5/i7 processors.

A lot of system requirement sites say that this processor isn’t good enough for certain games (some as old as GTA4) but that doesn’t seem to be the case. Ran Fallout 4 on high quality with only minor lag, and it handled ultra quality well until I went into large outdoor areas.

Montato su di una Asus H97I-Plus e sostituito il dissipatore stock con Noctua NH-L9i.Lo sto utilizzando su di un HTPC e backup server. Pensavo fosse un “processorino” appena sufficiente per il suo compito in realtà si è dimostrato addirittura sovradimensionato 🙂 Assolutamente nessun problema con filmati in 1080p e XBMC (ora Kodi).La temperatura in idle e il dissipatore Noctua resta intorno ai 32-34°C. In utilizzo normale tra i 36-39°C (25-26 ambientale). Il consumo è bassisimo. 20W con 1 SSD su slot M.2 e 2 HDD WD red da portatili. In long idle scende ancora di qualche watt.Sarà anche un i3 ma se siete indecisi e avete paura che non sia potente abbastanza, andate tranquilli. Per uso “standard” va benissimo.

Réactivité exemplaire. pour de la bureautique, de la navigation internet, de la retouche photo, etc…c ‘est largement suffisant. Pour du montage vidéo, là il faudra sortir le porte monnaie pour aller vers un i7.. !

Nice step up from the G3258 for any budget build. Packs plenty of punch. I upgraded my freenas server to one of these from a G3258 and to be honest, I didn’t need it. I only use it for Plex and very light file-sharing, and this thing easily handles all of my needs. Can easily transcode 4 clients at once…possibly more. I don’t have more than 4 to test it with, but I wouldn’t be surprised.

This product is as expected from the intel range of processors. Cool, efficient, and at a reasonable price the i3 4150 is a great little chip. This was utilised in a small home theatre PC build requiring power but cool running and this ticks all the boxes. Plenty of power from the 3.5ghz CPU which is more than enough for any streaming, video, bluray requirements you could throw at a HTPC.

Was very happy with this chip for gaming and programming. Once I started working and doing 3D modeling this guy was still chugging along but crapped out every time I hit the render button. Cpu jumped to %100 usage and entire pc lagged during rendering. I did not get this chip for modeling so I’ll still give it 5/5. I’m letting others know that they may want to jump up to an i5 or i7 if they also 3D model.

I tried playing FIFA14 and this setup had no problems handling that game which I expected. I will try Far Cry 3 after the SSD arrives tomorrow and see how it plays in full 1080P. I haven’t built/assembled a computer in years and after much thought I decided to build one with the newest and cheapest intel core i series and didn’t expect everything to fire up in one go but all went well. I didn’t go for water cooler based cooling solution this time and just used the intel stock cooler and the one fan that already came with the case. You wont really hear your computer running with this setup during the day only barely at night even when I played FIFA it didn’t blast the fans at full speed. I think this CPU is more than enough for many tasks including gaming, however if you are converting video on a regular basis the extra two cores on an i5 series will help reduce overall time to encode.Update 8/28/2014I have now installed a Samsung EVO 240GB SSD and this system is very responsive (swapped the crucial mx100 with my laptops samsung evo) . I have posted the windows 7 score screenshot for this setup. BTW both these SSD’s get 7.9 rating for Windows 7.

Intel, rien a redire ventilo+pate thermique fournis, montage rapide, très bien.Bon, n’ayant eu que du Intel jusqu’à présent, je ne ferai pas de comparatif avec AMD. C’est dernières années je suis quand même de plus en plus tenté de changer de fournisseur de processeur, mon prochain PC sera AMD car j’aime de moins en moins la politique d’Intel, et certes il y a toujours eu la qualité mais je trouve que c’est cher pour ce que c’est

Intel i3 4150 – value for money
Intel i3 4150 is the Haswell refresh line up of fourth generation intel processors. Unlike its predecessor 4130, I went for this product because it is slightly better than 4130 although costing 200 bucks more. Windows experience rating index puts the processor calculations at a respectable 7.2 out of 7.9 The package comes along with the stock fan cooler and a limited three year warranty. Intel i3 series are known for its balance between performance and power dissipation. Having TDP of merely 75 W and peak load of 90-100 W without an onboard graphic card it easily shells out 40-50 fps (with gtx 750ti) on most games on medium settings which is good enough for beginner gamers. I dont see any reason not ti recommend this processor for anyone building his first budget gaming rig. 5 stars for 4150..

This is an extremely nice processor. It never lags in programs, handles multi-tasking perfectly, and has a very nice price! Often the CPU runs at 100 F doing nothing, 125 F when having background things open and doing basic tasks, and the peeks are often in the 170s F when running intense games (I live in Arizona, it gets pretty hot). While the integrated graphics wont be maxing out everything, they can handle minimal-moderate gaming. I used this processor in my “spare parts second computer” build a year or so ago, for a backup/spare to my main computer. It runs great for a web browsing/medium gaming/streaming PC. It is paired with an MSI GTX 750Ti , 8 GB DDR3, a Samsung 850 EVO 250 gb SSD, Seagate 3TB HDD, EVGA B500 PS. on an MSI Z97 PC Mate MB, and it all works together great.

Bought this for a budget ITX gaming system and so far it has done everything as I wanted.Coupled with 8gb of RAM and an r7 260x, the system has been able to play everything I’ve thrown at it.Not noisy and easy to install.Was also considering the G3258, but the 4 cores (2 physical, 2 virtual) seemed better. Might have to upgrade in 2 years, but that’s okay as it’ll be easy to upgrade to an i7.

This is one bad-a$$ little processor. Whenever this is on sale and you want a mid level gaming PC this WILL do it. I can nearly max out Crysis 3 at 1080p with this thing. While still keeping great temps and even greater FPS.

Great low end CPU. I Bought this when I was first putting my gaming build together, as this is pretty cheap as helped keep my overall build costs down. It can handles most games perfectly well, but will just suffer with huge AAA games.I have since upgraded to an i7, and if you are looking to game and you have the cash to spend I would go with either an i5 or i7.But the i3 is is perfect if you are trying to put together a budget pc with room for future upgrades.

No issues. Installed this i3-4150, a Crucial 4GB kit (CT2CP25664BF160B), and a 250GB laptop hard drive in a Shuttle DS81. Boots and runs quickly. Video with HDMI on a 46″ Vizio TV is fine.

This little bugger works so well, bought it for my partner to use in her computer, my i5 2500k is barely better than it. Intel are too good at making CPUs I want AMD to finally make a product worth buying but they’re lagging behind in gaming performance too much to be worth saving a few quid.

I bought this processer 1.5year ago and it doesn’t disappoint me paired with 12gb hyper x memory and 2gb amd radeon hd series graphic card it give seemless performance i am happy with this processer

Got for budget mini itx build to run Skyrim with mods + witcher and uni programming/work. Does the job very well and more importantly, ITS AFFORDABLE!. It that affordable im building an exact replica this summer for the misus to LAN her. Glad i went with this instead of an i5……Overpriced i5 can kiss my a**, I got two of your little cousins for one of you! happy guy I am :]

Ohh my God!!! Got this processor at just rs 6400!!! It came with very good packaging. Now the price is above 8k. Very happy to purchase it!Core i3 4150 is an awesome processor which i bought for gaming. Pair it with a good gpu like r9 380 or gtx 960 and you can play games at high or ultra setting at 1080p60fps. This is recommended for mid range gaming builds.

Excelente procesador de bajo costo. Si quieres una computadora gamer de bajo costo los i3 cuarta generación te permiten esto. Pueden con cualquier tarjeta de video y solo perderás 2 o 5 fps en comparación con los hermanos mayores i5 e i7.

It’s an i3. Good for 1080p gaming and 2d graphic design at least that’s what I use it for. I paired it worth a 750ti. Work well enough
