Main plus point is the lower cost. And this is so important.However, there are two minor negative points: the plug pin is lower size than the standard socket and while charging, the laptop hangs often for microseconds (but noticeable).But it is more than okay for a budget purchase.

Got this battery at 579 bucks whereas the HP one will cost you not less than 1800/-. It also has a one year warranty. Till now its working fine. seems to be a good replacement for HP batteries. Highly recommended.
