The printer is amazing. I originally bought a polono thermal printer after heating all this hype and after buying it realized it was the WORST printer I’ve ever used and it wouldn’t even connect to my main computer. After returning the $200+ Printer I found this one at a much cheaper price and with a discount that gave it to me for about $78. STEAL. Of course I was skeptical at first as to if it was a good printer or not. But after receiving it I set it up with ease and now print up to 30 labels in the span of under a minute. If you need a more affordable printer I suggest this one

I was thinking about getting a Rollo but this little guy was less than half the cost and had great reviews so I decided to try it. Only printed labels so far but it’s worth every penny I spent. I print 50 to 100 shipping labels per week and ink + labels was getting pretty costly. Setup was probably a 7/10 only because the instructions are written in fairly poor English and have at least one error. I’m fairly tech savy so it wasn’t all that difficult to get up in running. The manual says to invert the printed output deep in the advanced settings and that is totally wrong. I also didn’t look closely at the provided labels to be sure I was inserting them correct side up and initally had blank test pages. Once I realized they were upside down everything was great. That was 100% on me. This thing prints a label in less than a second and the print quality is great. The provided labels stick like a charm but to buy from the printer company is pretty pricey so im going to reload elsewhere first time to see how it goes. I can’t believe I’ve held off for so long. I feel like I now have a real business!

It works great, but it can be difficult to set up. Also, my computer won’t boot while this printer is plugged in, so I always unplug to restart.4×6 inch labels work great it in. I had to go into printing preferences and advanced settings to darken the labels on windows. For smaller 1×3 inch labels I had to create a custom size in the printer preferences and do some trial and error printing. For the price, it’s worth the extra setup effort

This thing works fantastically. I ship products using UPS, I pull this little bad boy out, hook it up to my Mac and it is ready to go in less than 10 seconds. Prints so fast, maybe a little less than perfect print quality but still acceptable. I combined it with a roll of like a thousand labels (cheapos) and away I go.

Very easy to set up. Just have to make sure when printing out your labels to choose the 4×6″ size to match the printer. Small nitpick but if the label isnt lined up in the center, the label can get printed off to the side and even cut off text a bit, but perhaps a label holder may help prevent the labels getting moved/unaligned.

The printing aspect is SO quick, I love how easy it is to use, hook up, and print. The labels are awesome, and I cannot believe I waited so long to order one of these! Will refer to friends!

Printer works very well IF and only IF you choose to send the right sized document. Example: On eBay, when printing your shipping label, on the right, close to where your item picture is, you will either see the document/label size, which defaults to 8×11 or you will see a “More” link that will then show you the size of the label you are printing. You should be able to click on Change to make the size 4×6. Once it is sent to the printer as a 4×6 you will be able to print just fine. Great tool for improving efficiency. Plug it in, run the disk that comes with it ( if you don’t have a disc drive you can download the driver and optional software from their website) and then you are ready to ship like a pro!

I had some issues with my original order. After about 2 weeks the customer support worked with me to ensure I was 100% satisfied with the product I purchased. I have used this to print labels for my business. After a few tweaks the machine works great and labels have greatly helped me improve my shipments.Highly recommend, if not just for the product but the customer service.

I absolutely love this thermal printer! It has definitely speed up the shipping process for me and saved me an hour each day! And the non-existent cost of printer ink is a huge bonus for me! Setting it up was a bit complicated, but that was the only “difficult” part of my whole experience!I’ve been using it for a couple of months now, and I don’t see any signs of problems or of it slowing down. If your a first time buyer of thermal printers, I would suggest getting this one when it’s on sale/coupon is available! Try it out, it’ll be hard to go back afterwards!

It took about 4 hours to figure this thing out. It took about 1.5 hours to figure out how to download the software 1.5 to get all the settings together on the settings on the printer, computer, godaddy, shippo, and usps for printing and the 1 hours to figure out why it wasn’t printing after doing all that and turned out all I had to do was turn it off then turn it back on I guess to reset it to the settings updates we made. I was so close to giving up and returning it but it works fine no complains so far.

I’m not sure if it’s the whole photo crop mechanism that messes up the print quality but it works great. The instruction handbooks are really helpful and overall, the printer saves money and time. Definitely worth buying if you don’t mind the 3-star print quality.

This is a total game changer for me.Last night I ordered this after years of printing my own labels on an ink jet printer with paper. My business has thrived and I am printing 20+ labels a day.I was BLOWING through inket INK! Not just that, PAPER and boxing TAPE! The costs were really adding up so I decided to look into other options.I had NO IDEA there was an INK-FREE thermal printer like this! Where has this been my whole life?!I started it up today and installation was simple for my MACBOOK AIR.I could not be happier! This will pay for itself in a month’s time for me.Shipping was always a chore, but not anymore, it’s legit fun now!

After a less than great experience with another brand of thermal shipping label printer, the Gobbler printer has been fantastic! Easy set up, easy to find and install printer driver for my Windows based laptop. Good quality thermal printing -much better quality print job than my first printer. It was well-packaged and came with a sample of 4×6″ labels as well as the necessary power and USB cords. It is not wireless capable, so you will need to plug it into your computer to print. Other than that, I have zero reservations about recommending this printer. It has made shipping out my Etsy orders significantly easier, faster and more professional looking.Highly recommend!

I purchased this printer specifically for printing shipping labels, and after using it for a few days, I am highly satisfied. Here’s my detailed review:1.User-friendly: I carefully read the user manual and successfully downloaded the driver from the Gobbler website. Although there may be firewall prompts during installation, I disabled the firewall and completed the process smoothly. However, on my other computer, there were no prompts, possibly due to different firewall settings. Once installed, I adjusted the printer settings on my computer to ensure the correct paper size (4″x6″). Here are a few suggestions: When using thermal paper, make sure the adhesive labels are facing upwards and inserted correctly to avoid any skewing.2.Compact and convenient: This printer boasts a remarkably small size, occupying minimal space on my desk. Compared to my previous printer, it is perfectly sized for my needs.3.Print quality: While I did encounter some issues with print quality when printing other content, the printing of shipping labels is excellent and easy to read. I am uncertain whether there is a problem with my specific unit or if it relates to incorrect settings when printing other content. Nonetheless, for my intended purpose, this printer fully satisfies my requirements, and I am thoroughly pleased with it.Overall, I am delighted with my decision to choose the Gobbler printer, and it has provided me with a delightful shopping experience. I highly recommend thoroughly reading the user manual before initial use, as it will greatly assist in saving time and ensuring optimal performance.

We bought this item to assist us with my wife’s online boutique. We were tired of all the printing, cutting and taping needed for conventional printing. We are using a Macbook Air for our business and we went to the website mentioned and downloaded the driver prior to item arriving. Upon the item’s arrival, we hooked it up and were able to immediately begin printing. You will have to crop each label (at least USPS labels) to be able to print on a 4×6 label, but that is no big deal. USPS needs to get it together on that…lol. We should have done this a long time ago! Fantastic printer, easy to use, solid purchase!

Love this thing. Makes my workload a lot easier compared to printing labels on a regular printer and then having to tape labels to packages. More cost-efficient in the long run. Durable! I dropped this mother twice and it still works. Very pleased.

Printer was easy to setup and use. Just connected the USB, inserted the paper and was ready to print. The printer came with more than enough paper to get initial testing done and also print some labels, but I would recommend purchasing additional paper if you have a lot of labels to print as I had. Would have liked for there to be a paper storage area, but not a big deal as most thermal printers do not have. So far no issues to report.

Overall, I’m happy with this printer. I mean, for $140, it does the job. My packages get where they need to go, so all is well. With that said, the print quality does leave some to be desired. Again, this is a $140 label printer. I’m not saying I’m surprised or disappointed. Of course it’s not going to print as well as one that costs $400+. But if you’re looking for extremely high quality prints, this printer isn’t going to give you that.I’ve messed with settings, used multiple brands of labels, etc. It’s just how it is. It’s random and the print quality varies from nearly perfect (relatively speaking) to straight up unusable and anywhere in between. It’s like the thermal head just randomly skips parts of the print and leaves just white. Print the same label again and it’s significantly better. Or worse. Like I said it’s random. If you want a cheap label printer that will do the job most of the time, this one might be for you. The driver is easy to install and it works reliably. But if you want high quality prints (especially with smaller text, which generally suffers and is often almost unreadable).

I recently bought this for my business and since the reviews( especially the most recent ones) were mixed I didn’t really know what to expect. I took my chances anyways. I purchased a few weeks back but today was the first day I actually took the time to set everything up and it was easier than I thought. If you just follow the instructions in the order they have it set you will find yourself setting up this printer in like 15 minutes. Alot of people are saying it’s printing too light, etc but to be honest it printed fine to me. I obviously want to make it darker but its not going to hurt my business what so ever. All it takes it just some key searches on our holy grail of a website…Youtube. Moral of the story ? Great label printer for your business. End of story .

I was able to install this thermal printer on my MAC and have it work within 15 mins. I spent days trying to get the last thermal printer I purchased to work on my MAC, but the drivers didn’t work. The instructions were verbalized electronically on their website with a pre-recorded YouTube video. Everything worked quickly and most of all it was easy!

This thermal printer is a nice addition to my small office, it doesn’t take up to much room and does a good job with the labels and the print quality. It was pretty easy to set up and use. It does however want to jam up a bit more than my dump when you do your first print job, but this might be fi to me still figuring out the settings. But makes the printing job easy once it is going.

Looked at several before deciding on this one due to the reviews. Good choice. Our office prints out 50 to 60 labels per day and this little guy spits out the labels PDQ. Not to noisy and simple to set up. Software that comes with is dated but can be updated online. Small foot print, 2/3 the size of a shoebox. Works well with both PC and Mac’s. Worthy investment for a small to medium size business.

I purchased this printer for my small business because I got tired of having to replace ink and paper for my regular printer and I must say that I have already gotten my monies worth. This was so easy to install and setup and it also prints out fast. I have not had any problems with it, I really love using it, it saves time and money. You can’t beat the price for the quality, it prints out perfectly.I would recommend this product great quality at a great price it’s a win win for me.

I love this gadget. I sell a few things on the auction site and so have to print mailing labels about 5 times a week on average. Not a lot but enough to make it tedious. For years I would print the labels on standard 8.5 x 11″ paper with my laser printer, cut out the 4×6″ label and tape it to the package with clear packing tape, making sure not to cover the bar code. Kind of a pain. So when I saw this on sale for about $100 I tried it. The printer is really compact–I have it on a bookshelf near my desk. I have a FedEx account so I could order a big roll of 4×6 thermal labels for free! I also bought an AOBIO Label Holder ($15). The label holder and roll of labels take up more space than the printer! If you buy fan-fold labels (some are included with the printer) you can just lay them on the surface behind the printer.Printing is fast and virtually free. There is no ink or toner and I’m not wasting full sheets of paper. The printer spits out the label instantly. Just tear it off, remove the backing paper and slap it on your box or package. Easy peasy. My sole complaint is the lack of instructions so it took a few tries to figure out how to print from the USPS or Ebay sites but once that was figured out, this is a great little convenience.I don’t know how well this would work or how long it would last under heavier usage. I’ve been using it maybe 5 times a week for about 4 months now.

Bought this almost two years ago (Sept 3, 2021) and has been working perfectly with almost daily light use (7 to 15 labels a day, 6 to 7 days a week). The printer started on a Linux Lubuntu computer with no issues (we did have to tweak the driver just a little) then moved to a Windows 10 computer with no issues and no driver tweaking needed.

My wife started selling clothes online and needed a printer for shipping labels…of course we use to print one and then tape it on but with the inconvenience of having problems with ink and printers it became a nuisance. I started to do my homework and came across this. We never had a problem with it in almost a year and she uses it a few times a day. We are happy with this. Make sure to get a few rolls of labels and a stand for the labels. It’s super convenient.

About one in every 40-50 labels comes out so blurry that UPS has trouble scanning it. It’ll eventually work after a few angles, but still a bit annoying. Otherwise it runs great, prints quickly.

I have several desktop thermal label printers in operation every day. For years I stuck with the “Z” brand because of their proven reliability. In fact some of my “Z” printers are so old they predate USB interface and they still work flawlessly! But as I expand and replace older models I needed a more economical option. After much research the SP410 seemed like the best choice. Took a gamble, bought 1, configured on my Win 10 machine, and it works great. Bought several more and they are all proving to be fast, reliable printers for UPS, USPS, and custom label printing. These are my first printers with external label feed and I love it. It makes loading and changing label stock so much easier. And the printers’ intelligent feed mechanism adapts to different label sizes with little to no waste. Time will tell if they hold up as well as my ageing “Z” printers but you know, at this price they don’t have to. Will update if my opinion changes but for now the SP410 paired with ASIN B08CR2SJF9 label holder is my go-to choice.

This was my first time getting a label printer, the fact that I do not have to buy a ribbon is going to be an amazing money saver as ink is so costly. It definitely has been a game changer as I have been using it much more on a regular basis now then I definitely would’ve gone to the post office, now I can skip that whole part! Not to mention the installation was very simple and basic. I loved that as well! Overall great product and highly recommend.

Works well, had no issues with setup or printing, the only minor thing i can say is that the i wish it would print a little darker, the bar code and the address to is dark and good quality but other parts of the label its not as dark, still very good shipping label printer

I bought this thermal printer for shipping my products out for my small business and I’m very happy with it! Heres why:1. Amazing price; When I purchased it was listed at $139.99 and I got a $30 off coupon bring my total down to $110.09 with tax included! I think thats the cheapest i’ve seen a thermal printer like this!2. Bang for your buck; Now it probably doesn’t work like a rollo, though I’ve never had one to compare to.. this works amazinggggg. 10/10. I believe this is just an issue with some but mine was an unlucky one and my printer does print out the labels the TINEST bit faded but personally I don’t mind its nothing too serious unless this is a major issue to you, just be aware its a 50/50 chance of you getting one like this or not. Thats my only “issue” with this printer if that’s even an issue. Everything else works perfect and fast. No issues and easy to install. It works with any labels, any sizes. Its perfect if your looking to step up your small business a bit and become a little more professional.3. Easy to install:Before you do anything you have to download the software to be able to connect your laptop to your thermal printer. Not gonna lie i was quite confused when I first got my printer. I decided when I ordered it to download the software before it got here because if you have a newer MacBook you’ll need to download it via their website not through the cd. After that you just connect everything up and it’ll work!Overall im so glad i spent the money on this. This was one of the best investments in my business so far! The reviewers are what drew me to purchase this. They made it sound amazing and IT IS! Usually you get bad feelings about stuff like this but I couldn’t pass up the chance. Ive been using it for almost a month now and I made sure to wait before just leaving an off the bat review. With all that being said I hope this helped you decide whether this works for you or not! If you have any questions you can ask me ! (Ig:Editingby47)Update: Over a year later and still works amazing!!!! Shipped over 500+ orders with it!

I sell items on eBay regularly (a few times a week) and should have purchased a thermal printer years ago.I initially looked at Brother and Zebra options, but since I am only selling to fund hobbies and not as a business, could not justify the price. The Gobbler fit the bill perfectly as it was on sale for under half the cost of the other options (under $100 before tax with coupon).Setup is simple, and once I got the labels to feed straight, I have had no issues whatsoever. I purchased the Gobbler Label Holder as well since it helps the fan-fold labels feed straight and saves space. Keep an eye out for bundle discounts on the holder and labels when purchasing.

I sell on Ebay and I was using an inkjet printing on half letterLabels. It worked ok but I had to replace the ink cartridges often and that was expensive. I did some research and decided on this thermal printer. I like that I don’t have to replace ink cartridges. Another perk is that the labels don’t have to be trimmed down to fit smaller packages. This printer prints labels very quickly. The one problem I ran into was setting up the labels in Windows 10 to print correctly. Luckily I found the correct procedures to fit the printout to the labels. All in all I am happy with this printer. This is a great machine! One item to note, you don’t need the app. that is included with this. Use a word document to re-size page to the dimensions of your labels. Save as a template. The print as usual. You can add black images to your labels. If you have a 1″ wide and 2″ long label, just use the landscape feature to print it otherwise use portrait setting. I am a sole proprietor and don’t have the time to design fancy labels or use complicated programs. Between YouTube and the internet examples my stress levels are gone. Easy as pie printing now! Second note: buy the label holder accessory for the smaller labels that come on rolls.

Nice product, a must have to upgrade your e-commerce business!
The media could not be loaded.
-Easy configuration, just search on google for Gobbler driver SP410 you’ll get manufacturer’s page to download the driver.-Printing speed is awesome, they send you some quality 6×4” labels along with the printer which are far better than my existing label roll.- 5/5 for delivering it on time. Thanks!

Sometime the small print doesn’t come out very clear. To set up I had to watch a YouTube video. What I found out of using for eBay is that you must change your setting on eBay to print not the printer itself.Sure does beat cutting paper and taping. No more paper, ink, or tape to constantly buy.

This thermal printer was extremely easy to set up, had it printing labels within minutes of taking it out of the box. The labels print very clearly. This thing is going to pay for itself in no time, was previously printing orders on my inkjet printer and and taping them to the packages. I’m printing my labels through pirateship.com, very easy to set the correct printing size. Highly recommend if you’re selling things on Etsy.

I purchased this in a pinch after my regular printer died and I wanted to get some of my stuff shipped out. As someone who often sells used gear online, this was the main use of my printer to begin with, so I looked into getting a thermal printer instead. The existing reviews for this device already seemed relatively positive, so I purchased with relative confidence. After about 20 minutes of installing the drivers and figuring out how to size labels properly for 4×6 size labels, my shipping labels came out perfectly! They fit onto the flat rate USPS boxes perfectly and I hope to continue using this printer for years to come.

No ink!! That’s the most important thing when it comes to this thermal printer. Very simple to use, once you have everything set all you need to do is to make sure you have enough shipping labels.Great if you have an online shop, or just sell things every so often on Ebay and has saved me a lot of space since I don’t use my large printer anymore.

I was looking for another printer that wasn’t available anymore so I had to research and found this one. Have had it a couple of months and LOVE it. I have been running to ship from the Post Office for YEARS and finally made the jump and got this. I now ship via PirateShip with this printer and a little mail scale, So Much Better. It’s very easy to install (I’m not tech savvy), and it’s even easier to use. Love not having to use my big laser printer that runs out of ink after two uses. To load more labels all you do is feed the labels in the back, the printer grabs them and you’re good to go. I had it turned off (didn’t realize) and sent labels to print, mistakenly sent it twice not realizing it was off, and when I had turned it on the printer popped out two labels. They were in the printer cue and as soon as it was on it printed them out.

I wish I had purchased this sooner. I would have saved money and avoided headaches from the way I was printing labels. No more buying ink or expensive ink jet labels. Best part, I am not dealing with paper jams using an inkjet printer and labels. Plus, I have more room on the desk now.Set up, was easier than I thought. Downloaded the drivers from the companies website and followed instructions. Very fast process.I did see people having an issue with it printing labels sideways. I experienced this myself and went though all the settings, label size, etc and it was still doing it. I contact support via email and they got back to me extremely fast to help. The issue though was not the settings. I was printing a label through ebay as test labels and the print options on ebay were over riding any changes I tried making. For those that might use ebay, there is a small drop down menu on the lower right that opens up print options. Default is set to 8×11 but there is a 4×6 size and others. Once I changed that, bingo, perfectly printed label. This had nothing to do with the product. Some reviews say it prints blurry. I didnt have that issue. There is an option for Density under advanced options. I adjusted mine one a little bit and my labels print Crystal Clear!.Overall, this is one purchase I am fully pleased with. It prints super fast. I have maybe only 100ish labels through it so far. Love it. Saves me money and time.

Read into so many different types of thermal printers and was really scared to purchase one but knew I needed one. This one seemed like it had the least amount of negative reviews and worked with a mac. It was pretty easy to setup. I just plugged it in, went to the url they gave me to download the software, and updated the platform I use to create labels and updated the print format to “thermal print” and done. Took me about an hour to read everything and get it all setup. Prints good enough, could be better sometimes. There are some white spots but you can still read the information well enough.

What the what???? This is incredible, worth every penny. Prints 10 labels in literally 3 seconds, just spits them out. I had the Zebra LP2488 for years, the thing printed like a sloth, this is like a whole new world, and its half the price. Look no further, this is the printer you want for your business.By the way, download the Seagull Scientific driver, just google “Gobbler sp410 driver” and it should be the first link. Downloaded in 2 minutes and I was printing.I am sooooo happy with this purchase. Game changer!!!!

After using either labels from Office Depot/Walmart or just cutting out labels I print and taping them to my packages for Etsy, I got one of these. I was hesitant to spend the money, but I thought I would try it and if after a few days I didn’t think it was worth it I would just return it. I LOVE this! I wish I would have gotten one years ago! It’s nice to not be running out of supplies, I can just leave it hooked up to my iMac all the time and not worry about running out or printer/ink issues or anything at all. I would definitely suggest one to anyone who does a small business with shipping. Very time saving and super worth the purchase.

(UPDATE) the pixelated quality is only when I used Etsy, it’s fine for Shopify! It must be an issue through the Etsy label, but the labels scan fine and have no issues. I updated to 5 stars since the quality is great and easy to use!(ORIGINAL REVIEW) This is my first thermal printer and it is almost perfect! The print quality is pixelated (I would show a picture but it includes my customer’s address and mine too). It’s still legible but it doesn’t look the best and I hope it’s scannable. It’s is easy to install the software and I used Etsy to print the label. Feeding the paper is simple and the manual is super helpful. So much more convenient than my previous method of printing on regular paper and taping it onto the packaging. I’m going to play around with the settings and if I can get rid of the pixelation, then I will update to 5 stars. (Side note: if you are using Etsy be sure to change the printer type to label printer so that it’s properly formatted and you don’t waste time in confusion like I did lol)

This label printer is Linux compatible. There is a CUPS driver that can be downloaded from the company’s website.Works perfectly with gLabels. Works with LibreOffice, but you must manually specify the orientation (portrait or landscape) in the print dialog. Alas it does not work at all with Scribus, producing a “page margins overlap” error in the logs.

I finally decided enough was enough. Printing shipping labels from my printer wasn’t cost effective so I looked for a thermal printer. I found this on and bit the bullet. I came earlier than expected which was a plus. I unpacked and followed the instructions, but had to make some tweaks to printing preferences on the platforms I ship from, it doesn’t mention that – but not sure that it should. All in all, glad I got it and I can’t believe I waited so long to make this purchase, it’s been a great timesaver and beats cutting out shipping labels from my printer.

This machine is GREAT! I read the reviews and was a little leary only because some said it was hard to set up and usually anything that can go wrong does with me! I took a chance though. I read the instructions to download the driver on to my PC and had this up and running in less than 10 minutes. So far it’s worked great for our small business. As for the quality it seems totally fine to me. I mean it’s printing mailing labels not photos so as long as they’re visible and look good, that works for our needs. Everything looks clear it prints very fast. Glad I took a chance on this.

I bought this one after returning another brand that didn’t work. It was easy to set up, and I am technology challenged. Also easy to use, but that should go without saying. All you do is turn it on and load your blank labels. I only print one label at a time so cannot comment on how fast it would be for bulk printing jobs, but it prints my individual labels in about 2 seconds.

Writing this review the day of receiving and printing my first labels. Will update if I encounter issues. Apologies for long review… I try to include as much detail as it is a large purchase relative to other things!Ignore all reviews saying setup is hard/bad. Took me 15 minutes – and that’s only because I was on a work call while doing it. Very simple setup. Plug in usb and power, download driver from their website (small file, maybe 1 min tops to download and install – literally just click it and keep hitting “next”), then configure using their guide (maybe 10 min if you REALLY take your time). After that, I printed a label perfectly.I am a vintage/antique dealer on Etsy. Prior to this thermal printer, I would use inkjet label sheets with 2 labels per sheet. Cost was relatively low… until my ink ran out. Was faced with $50 (offbrand) to $80 (HP brand) in ink replacement expenses. Decided to spend $80 (used like new) on a thermal printer instead and am very pleased. One major thing I didn’t realize was I could now print 1 label at a time with no guilt – no wasted half sheets that I could forget to feed back into my printer and use in the future. Also allows me to stay better on top of orders by printing one at a time and not waiting for 2 labels for 1 sheet to optimize use.One other thing I see mentioned in some reviews is print quality. It’s not art. You aren’t printing the Mona Lisa. But it’s still great. From what I see, it prints shipping labels very cleanly and legibly. It is at the same quality as my inkjet labels (if not higher being that it avoids “low ink” fading). If you’re where I am – wanting to offset cost in ink especially – I highly recommend. I am hoping the printhead lasts for 160k prints as it claims. That’s MUCH better than the 600 sheets (1200 labels) I would get for $50+ on an XL black ink cartridge.

This little printer has saved my life! I started a small business that exploded when I made a viral Tiktok. I was having to print, cut, and tape shipping labels by the dozen. I knew there had to be a better way. After a little research I decided on the Gobbler SP410. It was very easy to set up. Computer installation was a breeze, although I did have to find a tutorial on YouTube to fix a small problem (it was with my browser settings, not the printer). The quality is very good – only a little grainy but easily read and I’ve had no problems with postal carriers not being able to scan. When compared to other thermal label printers, the value was incredibly. I am so happy I decided on this machine, and will buy another when I expand business.

This printer has worked great so far. I will say that the installation process was a little difficult for me, and I consider myself to be tech savvy to an extent. I had to purchase a WinZip program in order to download the installation, and after that it was pretty self explanatory. The most challenging part is knowing how to choose the correct settings in the programs you are using in order to print out on the printer perfectly (such as document size and orientation). The printer itself works great, its pretty loud but I don’t mind that. Will continue to use it and will probably recommend it to anyone in the market for a thermal label printer.

I use this printer to print labels for my Etsy shop. It came with instructions on how to set up and having never used a shipping label printer before, it took me about 20-30 min to set it up and get a basic understanding of it.I love that it doesn’t need ink and came with a few shipping labels to get started. I store it in a big plastic bin with my shipping supplies (I run my Etsy shop out of a tiny apartment and also can’t keep things out where my cats will get them) and it takes me less than 30 seconds to get it out and plug it in to print my shipping labels. It does the job!

I had the hardest time to find the software that would operate on a common operating system(Win10).The cd didn’t have it. The website says to download the software on their website.I finally figured it out after several pages of labels were ruined trying to print out my shipping labels. Also if you plan to use the printer for “Fb Marketplace” make sure you have selected “4×6” labels to print. Otherwise you’ll be wasting your time & money trying to get a proper job done. Now that I have figured out what I needed to do I love it!I’ve recommended it to my friends for shipping. The company that owns the printer is very slow to answer your questions and I even used their chat feature to get help. But was useless to me.The free software is only for “30 days” & I got it downloaded over a month ago and just got an email from them about using it. So any hints or uses are bill at this point.

***KEEP THE PRINTED LABEL THAT COMES STICKING OUT OF THE PRINTER** you will need it. There was nothing in the packaging or online that says to keep it for anything, but you do need it. After 2 days of not being able to use mine and digging out the box to send it back- a friend asked if I had this and got it to work immediately. For the most part I am happy with my purchase unfortunately setting this up was not as easy as it should have been there was no type of directions with it or on the website. I wasted a lot of labels and time but once I got it working it was great.

I cannot explain how much I love this printer! I purchased it to print labels for my small business, and It works like a charm. It is a thermal printer, so you do not have to worry about purchasing expensive ink. I made a makeshift printer paper holder to feed the paper into it. Update: I was finally able to find assistance to why the print was hardly visible. It was a very easy fix, finding how to do it was another story. But for anyone who purchases this printer and has the same problem. You will find the “FAQ” instructions and “video guides”. If you are printing your labels from an online platform, go to “FAQ”, then “SP410/SP420 Platform Setup” and select the platform you are using or select the “other platforms” if you do not find your specific platform. For setting the Halftone and Density, go to the “video guides” and select the SP410 model. This is the 2nd one I purchased. I returned the first one because it is not printing where it can be read (first time printing). This is a printer that does not need refillable ink. I bought a 2nd one and when I printed my first label, same thing happened. So now I’m going to return this one and go with another brand.

I don’t own a regular printer & was getting tired of having to walk to my local library to print shipping labels every time I make a Poshmark sale. I ultimately decided on this thermal printer because of the compact size & the fact that it doesn’t require ink/toner. After screwing up my first 2 or 3 printing attempts, I found another review with instructions for how to change the printer settings on my computer. After adjusting the settings, this printer is a breeze to use. Easy to store and prints labels in just a couple seconds.

Started shipping home made products sold on ebay and got tired of having to print on paper then cut to tape to shipping box. This saves a lot of time and is very quick to print 4×6 labels. When printing make sure your dimensions are set in the printer device properties. If printing labels off ebay or esty, make sure you’ve set the dimension of the label to 4×6 and not the default sideways on an 8 x 11 paper. The only issues I had were blue screen of Death caused by a windows update and I had to adjust the horizontal offset of the printer so it would align with my labels.Highly recommend

We have used this a few times and it has done its job really quite well.At first it had printed blank sheets when I had hit print and it had turned out that I just had the paper upside down. As embarrassing as it is to admit, hopefully it helps someone else if they have the same issue. Just turn the paper over. The software seemed easy to locate and install. There were more options that I would have preferred when selecting the printer and the size options but after a bit of looking I was able to find the correct settings and it worked quite well. We use it with Pirateship. It does print labels for shipping packages quite well. It is accurate and simple. It should be noted that it doesn’t come with a lot of paper for printing the labels. I would recommend getting more 4×7 paper.

I needed a printer to print shipping labels from Pirate Ship. I looked at a few printer before deciding on this one. The video reviews and out of the box set up were real good. At the time there was also a coupon to take additional price off. The printer was easy to set up right out of the box. Once the drivers were installed I was printing labels within a few minutes. I send lots of etsy packages out and this printer works well. It’s not perfect but I’m just starting to use it so maybe it will get easier.

Great purchase and makes life a whole lot easier. One issue I ran into was syncing eBays labels with this printer. It was so complicated! First I attempted syncing my macbook to the printer labels for 4×6 but failed after several youtube videos. Finally found a video that had me edit eBays label size in settings to 4×6 so it sends it to my macbook at that size already. Crisis solved.

I’m not computer savvy but this was easy to connect and print labels.

Very simple to setup and prints quickly.

The best printer

I assumed this would be wireless and the usb cord was only for setup, but its ok. Just a little less convenient, still prints great. Also, labels do not come with the printer and you have to buy something to hold the roll of labels seperately. Just stuff I didn’t see mentioned in the product description 🙂

We are using it to print shipping labels and for labels to cover barcodes on books. This has worked perfectly so far after a few days of use.

My girlfriend just started up a business at home and we needed something better than our regular printer. Turns out, this is it. It’s super easy to use. The quality is top notch. She’s printed about 400 labels so far and haven’t had a single problem. I’ve already recommended this to a coworker starting up his own business. You can’t go wrong with this purchase.

This little printer is fantastic! Before I bought it, I was hand writing all my shipping labels until I got tired and starting looking for printers. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. I followed all the instructions for set up and didn’t have any issues. I started printing labels immediately. It is super fast. It’s the best purchase I’ve made for my small business.

Sometimes the labels come out blurry but overall great product

After the provided sheets were done and I replaced it with another roll the ink on the sheet began to be more blurry. Could be the type of paper. Easy to install following the instructions

I purchased this printer to print my shipping labels from my Etsy store. I was tired of using the 2/page sticky label that always overhung my standard 6x4x4 shipping box. What I really appreciate about it is that it’s streamlined the shipping process and lets me more easily handle the order just once. Set up was relatively easy–printer page changes were needed in a couple of locations one of which I initially missed. However, doing a little searching and testing fixed that problem for me. Fast thermal printing! Also, when I switched from Windows to Linux, there were printer drivers that enabled me to use my thermal printer. Thanks to the developers for creating those printer drivers!

Im going to save your life.First you need to download the softwareAfter that go and change printing preferences and make sure page setup it’s 4×6 after that go to graphics and make sure it’s on “None” then go to Options and unclick the “use current printer settings” and put the darkest as you can. Then, before doing anything, if you are selling through Poshmark, eBay, etc, go to the app setting and change the paper to 4×6. Usually these apps have for default 8×11 for regular printers!Honest review: it was not easy to figure how this label printer works, had to watch so many YouTube videos, but after you set it up, works amazing and it has a good quality

Three months old. already stopped working. However, the great customer service redeemed them selves. I was promptly assisted in getting a new one. They were very apologetic. I will give 5 star if the new one makes it a full year.

I am not sure why people are having trouble with Mac OS. I am using a Mac book pro and a $5 USB C dongle to connect the cable. It worked plug and play for me. I use it everyday at home. I love it!

For the price it’s a great printer. The print quality is not always the best, but it still comes out clear and legible. It is super easy to use and pretty straight forward.

Good quality prints however not very intuitive to set up the programs with the computer for proper print size and format

loveeeeeeerrrrrrrr
Concerned –
not quite plug and play, does require some setting of margins on your computer so prints aren’t too much on one side of the lable. Just take your time to make test prints in your computer settings to dial in the perfect print margins. then they’re set. good printing once set.

This printer does work with ShipStation Connect. I’ve been using it for several months with no issues. Setup was fairly easy. I’ve had no issues whatsoever. Great printer. One of the best purchases I’ve made for my small business. Prints very fast. It’s cheaper than a Dymo and, unlike the Dymo, you can use aftermarket labels. That was the reason why I chose this printer over the Dymo and I’m glad I did.

We have owned many label printers for our business and this one is by far the best and the fastest. It literally saves us many hours a month which increases our bottom line.

Customer –
My wife started selling clothes online and needed a printer for shipping labels…of course we use to print one and then tape it on but with the inconvenience of having problems with ink and printers it became a nuisance. I started to do my homework and came across this. We never had a problem with it in almost a year and she uses it a few times a day. We are happy with this. Make sure to get a few rolls of labels and a stand for the labels. It’s super convenient.

After installing drivers, went to print a test page and nothing, paper was in the right orientation, tried it various ways following instructions from manufacture’s web support still no print. Was beginning to think the print element was faulty. Before sending it back I tried paper which I had purchased with the printer and it worked perfectly, double checked the included labels still did not print. After using the new labels, I just had to do a slight adjustment on the print darkness, but all in all it at this time is a satisfactory thermal printer.

THE ORIGINAL BED TUCKER –
It prints very lightly (apparently something about dithering?) and it takes some manipulation to get labels to print correctly. Also it’s a USB connection. Ok for my purposes but buyers should be aware. Haven’t had time to reach out to supprt hoping they will help with making it dark. But it’s super super fast!!

Shlomi Ben-Naim –
Works well, had no issues with setup or printing, the only minor thing i can say is that the i wish it would print a little darker, the bar code and the address to is dark and good quality but other parts of the label its not as dark, still very good shipping label printer
Beth –
I use this to print shipping labels for my small home-based business. It prints perfect text every time. Unfortunately, even the slightest touches (including tearing off a printed label) will get it off center for the next print. So you end up spending as much, or more, time getting it re-centered as you do printing actual labels.

-Easy configuration, just search on google for Gobbler driver SP410 you’ll get manufacturer’s page to download the driver.-Printing speed is awesome, they send you some quality 6×4” labels along with the printer which are far better than my existing label roll.- 5/5 for delivering it on time. Thanks!

Once I went into the printer and selected NONE instead of dithering the print was great. Kind of a pain to download and set up but once set up correctly it works perfect!! Only downfall, I wish there was a Bluetooth setting so I can print off my phone.

Easy setup and great quality print. Highly recommend! Gets the job done for a great price.

So I like this little printer and it is awesome not having to buy ink. I see others have complained about it printing too light. I finally figured out what the problem was. It is “dithering”. If you open up your printer and go to “printing preferences” and click on the GRAPHICS tab on top, there is a setting that was checked on mine that said “Dithering”. I unchecked this and reprinted my label, and it FINALLY printed dark enough and not spotty like before. This made me extremely happy. I hope that I may have helped others because I have wasted so many labels trying to figure this out. Otherwise, great investment for around $100.00.

Easy to connect and the only thing I can pick on is the quality of print once in a while it’ll print a label as if it were running out of ink but this is thermal should be more accurate. I still like it I will still use it and it was a good price
