The mouse comes with a nano receiver which doesn’t stick too far out from the side of your laptop, which is great. The device itself pairs very quickly and using it is seamless. It runs on two AA batteries which last for quite a while, especially if you are careful enough to switch it off when its not in use for extended periods. The mouse is light and has a great feel while using it.The pads on the under-surface of the mouse can get coated with dust/dirt/surface grime, but this takes a little time to build up. Once it does, movement across surfaces becomes a little difficult because of a wobble. Just scrape off the dirt and you’re good to go again.I don’t game at all and so can’t comment on its performance for these activities, sorry.

Overall good product but not long lasting
The mouse worked great for quite some time although the battery did not last for 1 year. Exactly after using it for a year, the scroller stopped working. Since it has 1 year warranty, I am unable to visit Authorised Service Center to have this repaired. Honestly, it makes sense to purchase the HP wireless mouse which provides 3 years warranty

I have used other wireless mouses as well to have to say, this is the till now the best product I have used in this price range. I regularly use the laptop for 8 hours for 5 days in a week. This mouse has very long battery life, it’s been more than a year and even with my extensive usage, the AAA battery never ran out of it in here. Also the design is very convenient and ergonomic.

Pros:(a) Build quality is great(b) Dell brand(c) Receiver can be stored inside battery compartment when not in use/moving(d) Came shipped with Duracell 1.5v battery. It’s not a big deal but things like these add value as I don’t need to go looking for a spare battery at home(e) Has an on-off button at the back of the mouse(f) All the packing was original, everything sealed and not tampered with. But this could differ based on who the seller isCons:(a) Small in size. This could be due my hands being large but I do not prefer smaller models. Probably it was designed keeping laptop in mind and not desktop. It works with both nonetheless.(b) Pricey. But quality always comes at a priceWill update the review after 6 months’ usage time. For now, works flawlessly.

Edited on 16 nov 2021It has been more than one year and the mouse is working as fine as day one. Although I am a light user but still the clicks feel good. The scroll wheel has no problem. The default duracell batteries are still working and now after one year has storded showing low battery orange light. Just go for it as the price has also reduced. Note: the mouse is heavier on the lower side. From day 1 I felt a slight input lag of a few miliseconds while starting scrolling from rest. Otherwise for a light user 4.5/5Got it delivered on 24th Oct 2020, packaging was nothing special, just package inside package, no cushion or bubble wrap whatsoever. The product is genuine as it was a sealed pack with a bar code and QR code. The mouse itself has Dell logo imprinted, came with a pair of Duracell batteries, hope the batteries last at least a year since I’m a light user.Overall the mouse feels good in the hand. It’s medium-sized, not too tiny like commonly sold wireless mice for laptop, nor too big like gaming mice.One thing that I have noticed is due to its weight it is a bit annoying to hold and move the mouse properly with a firm grip. It’s quite heavy. Now after two months of usage the weight balance feels normal.The plastic quality feels good in the hand. The scroll wheel makes little noise but clicks feel satisfying. The scroll wheel does not have any pattern and has a smooth rubber coating.At first, my Lenovo Ideapad 510 laptop couldn’t recognise the USB dongle, but restarting the laptop solved the problem, now it’s working fine.You can fine-tune the scroll and sensitivity settings manually in the control panel mouse settings.Edit 13 March 2022Just replaced the default battery. Everything running smothly. No problems in scroll wheel or buttons.

Mouse is working fine but Battery life is very low
After using 5+ month, I changed 2nd battery. Included Duracell battery in box which was down after 4th month. So keep in mind it, regarding battery. Don’t go with 12 month battery life tag line. Else it have no issue till now.

The wireless mouse is working well. There is one problem. Those who start using the mouse have to switch on and they should switch off when their work over. If they forget to switch off( which can happen to many users) the battery may get drained. The manufacturer should find another method in the place of the on/off switch.

Very long battery life and easy to use
I have used other wireless mouses as well to have to say, this is the till now the best product I have used in this price range. I regularly use the laptop for 8 hours for 5 days in a week. This mouse has very long battery life, it’s been more than a year and even with my extensive usage, the AAA battery never ran out of it in here. Also the design is very convenient and ergonomic.

The mouse comes with a nano receiver which doesn’t stick too far out from the side of your laptop, which is great. The device itself pairs very quickly and using it is seamless. It runs on two AA batteries which last for quite a while, especially if you are careful enough to switch it off when its not in use for extended periods. The mouse is light and has a great feel while using it.The pads on the under-surface of the mouse can get coated with dust/dirt/surface grime, but this takes a little time to build up. Once it does, movement across surfaces becomes a little difficult because of a wobble. Just scrape off the dirt and you’re good to go again.I don’t game at all and so can’t comment on its performance for these activities, sorry.

Will the sensor blink ?
I bought a unit of this mouse and the sensor in the bottom didn’t blink. so I replaced the mouse with the same product and the second unit received had the same problem.Question is does this mouse has a sensor light at the bottom or it is just a dummy???
