राऊटर का कवरेज काफी अच्छा है और बहोत सारे जरूरी फीचर्स इसमे दिए गए है जैसे कि bandwidth कंट्रोल, वायरलेस रिपीटर, पेरेंटल कंट्रोल वगैरा। वैसे 5ghz नेटवर्क का कवरेज कम है पर 2.4ghz नेटवर्क का कवरेज अच्छा आता है। सेटअप करना थोड़ा अलग है पर आप यूट्यूब पर AGTinfo2U चैनल पर जाकर सेटिंग्स के लिए विडीओ देख सकते है, आसानी होंगी। अच्छा राऊटर है इसकी स्पीड भी अच्छी है।

I am using this router with my BSNL FTTH 100Mbps plan. This is dual band router. 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz. 2.4 Ghz is suitable only for 50Mbps plans. However, for 100Mbps or higher plans, 5Ghz only works for transmitting to end used devices like TV, Mobile, Laptop. One must enable both bands while configuring. Newer mobiles and laptops display both wifi source as DLink and DLink-5Ghz. 5Ghz is highly capable frequency for 100Mbps plus plans. Overall a awesome buy with decent features. Four antennas aligned can be aligned in different direction to have optimum signals in all locations. I am using it in my 4BHK and seamless coverage available at every corner. 3 Years Warranty, DLink Brand Trust, and Wall mounted design are other attractions.

Satisfied with this product after using it for 2 months. I know about D-Link router problem after using 1year internet speed slows down. This is my 3rd D-Link router and all are having same issues after 12 months. So I am waiting for 1year completion to check the performance for this one. As per my WFH, I always power on my router and tried restart or reset options also for resolving the speed issue but nothing worked. For now, I have given 5 star rating as I can’t trust other brands like TP-Link or NetGear. These 2 brands have also been used earlier (10 years back) by me and my friends and seen the issues.

Good dual band Gigabit router + media server
This is an upgrade from Dlink N300 router, the old one was 6 years+ and good with no issues, so N300 might be used as an extender or repeater in near future.Pros.- 5GHz band is reaching my bedroom from hall, good for me.- Attached an USB drive as NAS, documents are shared within the network.- Downloaded movies / episodes are shared so anyone can watch in the same network. VLC player does the compliment.- Media Server feature is really good with my Google Chromecast.- Other than SMB, FTP can be configured.Con.- Booting time is high compared to my old Dlink, but still there are so many services need to start and run, so am okay with this.

Support both 2.4GHz and 5 GHz. Best product if you want to maximum signal strength via wifi. I am using 150 mbps plan and wifi giving 145 mbps althoughtv , 2 mobiles and laptop are connected with routers. Great product.

Your representative supposed to pick one modem which i had ordered for the replacement with D-Link DIR825 modem. But your person did not have the orders to collect the previously delivered modem. Request you to collect back this modem which is not compatible for my usage and transfer Rs. 1599/= to my account.

Very good product but I wish the range for wifi was a bit more
I love the UI for the admin panel and it’s relatively easy to set up and gives quiet a wide variety to config the router to your liking. Works perfectly fine for me. The Wifi on the other hand is *usable*, 5Ghz has a range of 10-15meters for a decent speed. 2Ghz has about 30meter for decent speed. I wish the speed was a bit higher but it gets the job done if you only watch videos and do the usual browsing or messaging.

Range is good. Speed is also good. Overall a good product in its budget. The best part is you can plug pendrive or hard drive in its usb and can access wirelessly. Only drawback is the cooling fans are at the bottom part, so need to keep some space below the router for cooling.

Super stong signal
I have a 3 bedroom 1600 square feet house. My ISP is airtel and it supplied D-Link 816 router which provides very weak signal. It didn’t reach all corners of the house. In two rooms I received 10 mbps speed on a 300 mbps line. I have used and checked many options. I finally thought of buying a new router with 802.11 a/c/n/b/g protocols. This product suited and worked beyond expectations. Rooms where I used to get 10 mbps wifi speed now getting 50-100 mbps speed It is definitely able to solve my problem of low speed.

Amazing router to say the least but dubious company practices
The product is undoubtedly good.I bought this after a lot of research. This is a mid-range router with high-end features at an affordable price. No other router came close to the features of this product at this price.D-Link is a Taiwanese brand. The first item I bought was defective and had to be replaced. The replacement has so far met my expectations.1. First delivery:The first item was actually a router which must have been returned by someone using ACTFIBERNET. After receiving I ran the setup and set it up as an access point (to use it as secondary router). It was a D-Link router alright and it worked well but I was unable to see the transmission torrent client (tr-069), the DLNA server, or the UPNP server. So I reset the router but the wifi network names got automatically set to ACTFIBERNET. D-Link must have supplied the router to ACTFIBERNET for usage in their broadband connections, and for this must have overridden certain aspects of the firmware (firmware version 3.0.6) like disabling torrent etc. After resetting I could not login (as the password must have been set for ACT technicians) so I ordered a replacement.2. Second delivery (replacement router)The second time while setting up the router I mistakenly set it to router mode (not access point mode) and then chose to configured it manually (instead by the wizard). This time I was able to see the transmission torrent client, DLNA and UPNP servers. Everything works amazingly now and I am happy with the purchase. I even reset the product to check if it is not a repackaged product and it still worked with all features.Speed and coverage:I checked the speed of the router and it was well above my expectations. I have a 225 Mbps connection and the speed on 5 GHz network was above 220. On the 2.4 GHz network it was close to 70 Mbps. The 5 GHz band is supposed to be short range and is ideal for high bandwidth usage like TV. In my case the 2.4 GHz network was available with above 50% strength upto 30 feet radius including walls. The 5 GHz network was available with more than 50 % strength upto 15 feet radius. The network did not fluctuate and the router didn’t reset automatically.The reason for high speeds is that this router’s WAN and LAN ports are gigabit ports. In many other alternative products like Netgear and TP-link the WAN ports are high speed ports (not gigabit) which curtail bandwidth.The impressive thing about this product was that its DLNA/FTP/torrent clients work flawlessly. Using the DLNA server any DLNA compatible TV can run content from USB storage connected to the router. The mobile app (android) also works well.The setting up of this router can be a pain. But when you get it to work it is a great product. Also I find it truly insulting to the engineers who created this product that some ignorant salespeople of Dlink/seller had repackaged a returned product and sold it. It just damages the reputation and hard work of the product creators.I am still giving this router full marks because as a product it works well. The issues with shipping and repackaging should not really affect this product’s rating.

Network area coverage, durability, technology
The area coverage for 2.5 ghz it not good enough. If your house or office area is large or you want long network coverage than don’t buy it but its build quality is nice it won’t get scratch easily on top of router and is is Non Chinese brand. And it is Giga-bit router can used with fiber internet.

The router you need for over 100mbps speed
Several routers mention high speed but restrict lan speed. However, this one is spot on as it has lan of 10/100/1000. So if you have an internet with speed of over 100mbps, please go for this one. Range is decent and is easy to install.

It was slightly difficult to get this connected to my Airtel Modem, largely because of my lack of knowledge. But I googled the whole process and once it was done, I was surprised by how well this router works! This has an inbuilt USB port. I was able to connect a USB hub to that port and connected 2 HDD’s to this router. 1tb & 2tb. It reads both flawlessly. Only thing is, HDD’s have to be FAT32 formatted. Now I can watch all my media content on any device using the 5ghz network. This is a value for money product.

This router is very good. Saw a 60 percent increase in speed. But i need to switch off the wifi with a button. Came to know that this feature is only available on US models. Switch off router when not needed and also set Tx power to < 70 percent if feasible. This will lower the range but also RF radiation.

Great Product for the Price!
After using for 2 months, what I can say-It is probably the only dual band wifi router with gigabit support and MU-MIMO at 2k price range and it is totally worth it. The connections are pretty strong, never felt any drop. The setup was easy and the app is also good with few customization supports in it. It doesn’t even heat that much.The only downside I felt is the lack of led indicators for individual lan ports. Also everytime it takes near about 2 minute to get set once you switch it on from off, but you barely need to switch off your router.This aren’t a major issues. Other from that it is undoubtedly the best one you can get in this budget!

This device is a good mix of features needed specially for home lab where you don’t have a WAN connection,You can easily setup this device to switch between your mobile wifi and the USB data card or the use the USB as storage server, tested with 2TB hard drive.Wi-Fi 5.0Ghz is provided for faster speeds although 2.5Ghz wifi provides decent single range for 3 rooms (one after another).Overall good device for home lab as it comes with it’s own DHCP server so your devices can be reserved for static IP’s also it does support adding hosts entries (so you can map domains for your devices .eg. laptop.local can be used to access SMB server on laptop from your smartphone or desktop).

Good Product.D Link is a trusted brand.I was staying in a 3 storey building and network range was so poor.Company promised 60mbps, but it was like 10mbps or less.So thought to invest more and purchase a better router.Yeah, now its stable between 50-60mbps on all the floors, I am talking about wifi.A good 60mbps is better then unstable 100mbps.There are cheaper models of Dlink too. purchase as per your need.All products from Dlink are good to go.Hence, purchase once in a lifetime and forget. The router is smooth as anything, it does irritate with a long boot time, but not a big issues in households with 24*7 access.Speed and range is fantabulous, my 600 sqmt house is covered with just one device (I will recommend repeaters to Me, although)The USB port provided is almost useless as the data sharing protocol is so so complicated that non tech savvy generation of my parents have issues using it.And the biggest CON is no print server (I actually bought this device to use my printer via local network. Disappointed there.

Great range extender
I am using this router in range extender mode in 5GHz band and it works great.I have placed this router at around 25M distance from main router, where the single strength from main router is 120Mbps and this router does really great work of repeating the signal at same speed. No drop at all, also no observable latency. Ping latency on main router is 8ms and on this is 8 or 9ms. which is greatUsing it since 2 months and no issues. Setup was also very easy.Previously I tried few other routers as range extenders viz. edimx, archer C5 and those were headache. Setup was far difficult, too much speed drop and high latencies.

Gets better with update but it’s tricky.
Wi-Fi reception is pretty good I’m using it in a hall and I’m getting ok ok reception at 50 feet away. LAN connection is gigabit Ethernet. You can connect your USB portable make the connection settings at we’ll work fine as another wan connection. Connect your external hard disk as local WiFi cloud. The updation process of this router is little bit messed up. There is a version file and a settings file and a language pack. Some from 2020 some from 2017 I don’t know but after doing all these things my router is now having blue themed D-Link homepage. And is up to date. And it has all the features of normal router, you can have only one name for both radio called smart Wi-Fi. Capable device will pick up what radio band it wants.I have found this one small problem if your internet disconnect from the model will have to restart the router to enable the internet to your devices.

My review after using 3 months.I have a 2.5 bhk house with a carpet area of around 950 sqft.Before buying this router I had a belkin single antenna router where i had very poor coverage.My ISP is ACT and speed till the router entry point is 40MBPS.Following are my observation:Case 1:Distance 1 feet from router With no wall between end device and router —-> Speed 39 MBPSCase 2:Distance 6 feet from router With no wall between end device and router —-> Speed 38Case 3:Distance 12 feet from router With 0 wall between end device and router —-> Speed 32 MBPSCase 4:Distance 12 feet from router With 1 wall (8 inch thick) between end device and router —-> Speed 26 MBPSCase 5:Distance 12 feet from router With 2 wall (8 inch thick each) between end device and router —-> Speed 20 MBPSCase 6:Distance 18 feet from router With 2 wall (8 inch thick) between end device and router —-> Speed 5 MBPSCase 6:Distance 18 feet from router With 3 wall (8 inch thick) between end device and router —-> no connectionI live in top floor .I got connection in roof also speed not more than 5 MBPS when standing right on top of the router position. Signal degraded fast if moved far away from router position.Overall i am satisfied and serves my purpose of stable and reliable internet.If you have any question do drop in.

Great Speed but Limited WiFi Range!
I am using the Dlink DIR-825 router as an Access Point. The router was a little tricky to setup at first mostly because the default login Password given on the Box doesn’t work. You have to try out logging into the Router Setup page by using WPS mode and then do the setting up. All of it takes time.Moving on, the positive points here are the 5G and 2.4GHz modes which allow you to get maximum speed from your high speed internet connection. Also, there are 4 Lan Ports which are all GIgabit Ports allowing your connected devices to run at maximum speed. This means that you can get speeds up to 867 mbps if you have a Gigabit internet Connection. Also, there is a USB 2.0 port which allows you to share your files over the network easily.The negative aspect is clearly the range of the WiFi signal. The 5Ghz signal barely makes it to about 10-15 feet from the router. And 2.4ghz connection also faces a similar condition. It can reach a better distance but speed gets really compromised.So, to sum up the Gigabit Lan Ports and the USB port are the best aspects of this router. The WiFi range on the other hand and the complexity to setup the Router are the biggest negatives. It could have been a great device but eventually it is only slightly above average.

Review after 10 days:You can always support D-Link.This router does its job pretty decently.It is a gigabit router.My 70 mbps connection is getting 70 mbps accurately while connecting to it via both 2.4 G and 5G.Probably you know now , 2.4 G is for better range and less speed whole 5G is the opposite.Both the bands operate perfectly.I am getting signal in the whole floor without any significant drop in speed in farthest corner on same floor where it is installed.The floor beneath is getting 40 mbps speed approximately whereas internet connection is of 70 mbps, pretty good huh?I recommend it without any hesitation for normal day to day browsing and movie watching use, best for work from home also.

Password is WPS PIN mentioned at router backside
Instalation took much time bcz the default password mentioned there is not working. I called to the customer care and they said to enter WPS PIN as default password. I entered the same then it worked. But many people might not know this and they feel to return the router back.Remaining all is good, signal and speed for both 2.4G and 5G is quite good.Note: Enter WPS Pin mentioned router backside as password at first time setup to make it work.

But the only extra option it has as compared to it’s competitors, which is the usb port option, which can be used as cloud storage via intranet, doesn’t work or works very slowly that means it takes lot of time to upload a file wirelessly when ssd is connected to the router.

I’ve been using this router for almost 6 months now. The installation was easy, when you connect for the first time it shows a configuration which seems pretty straight-forward.I’ve connected around 12 devices (including 6 mobile, 1 tv, 1 fire-sticks and 4 laptops). I don’t see any issue with network drop.I’ve it installed in the living area and it only shows around -70dbm RSSI on my Macbook. Though there is no fluctuation, I’m connected to VPN for office work, which I’ve hardly seen to be breaking.On thing to mention, it’s not much resilient to electricity tripping. I’ve a UPS-cum-invertor setup; the router always trips/reboots when main line gets back on after a power cut. I’m planning to add additional dedicated UPS to solve for this.This was not the case with my earlier router.

Dir-825 is a good to have router for homely use. This provides you two networks, one for normal use (2.4Ghz, supports up to 60MBPS speed) and another network for high speed stuff like Online Gaming and stuff like that (5Ghz, definetly supports 100MBPS. Havent tried with speed more than 100Mbps).Pros:1. Stylish2. Durable3. Easy to setup4. Very light5. Doesn’t occupy much spaceCons:1. Malfunctions when choosen any option on DLink admin portal.2. Packet losses are high (received 86Mbps speed of 100Mbps on 5Ghz band)Over all experience with this router is good and I am gonna keep this. DLink is a trusted brand and I have been using Dir-600 for 6years now and haven’t faced any problem. Going for Dir-825 as to upgrade my browsing experience.

The router you need for over 100mbps speed
Several routers mention high speed but restrict lan speed. However, this one is spot on as it has lan of 10/100/1000. So if you have an internet with speed of over 100mbps, please go for this one. Range is decent and is easy to install.

The features you get in this price is astonishing. You get the same features in TP-Link Archer A6 which costs 500 Rupees more. Also there’s an additional feature of USB support. Not just the connoisseurs of networking but a newbie can do ample things with that feature and will definitely like it. Although the UI of D-link login and setup page is not that user friendly. Some might find it a bit difficult to quickly setup the router without any help but, it’s not rocket science. Very durable too. Good product overall….

Dlink 825 mu mimo router is good for some tech person who want to add USB device or hardidsk as a storage TP your network. I attached my 4tB Seagate hard disk and can access all its video on my phone having VlC player , you have to just enable the samba server on dlink router configuration page that is 192.168.1.1 in my case as my first router which is main at 192.168.0.1 is Tenda 300. It has capacity of 5Gh and 2.5 ghz which means you have two bandwidth and can use these two acc to your requirements as access point or Hotspot or repater.these all features in this 1990 router which is at good price. Delivery is also good. This is very good for local network database.

This device is a good mix of features needed specially for home lab where you don’t have a WAN connection,You can easily setup this device to switch between your mobile wifi and the USB data card or the use the USB as storage server, tested with 2TB hard drive.Wi-Fi 5.0Ghz is provided for faster speeds although 2.5Ghz wifi provides decent single range for 3 rooms (one after another).Overall good device for home lab as it comes with it’s own DHCP server so your devices can be reserved for static IP’s also it does support adding hosts entries (so you can map domains for your devices .eg. laptop.local can be used to access SMB server on laptop from your smartphone or desktop).

It has been 8 months since purchase and the product technically works fine but the LED indicators stopped glowing one by one. Usually 4 LED lights have to glow indicating Power, Internet, 2.4ghz and 5ghz bandwidths.

Has a wide enough range (2.5 band covers 2 floors and 5 ghz band covers 1 floor across walls). The gigabit ports works well with100mbps connection and is capable of providing full bandwidth over LAN as well. I use it extensively for streaming and gaming.

I bought these router in 1600 INR. Easy to setup and working fine WIFI signals are good. I have tested it on 100Mbps plan gave 90 to 98 Mbps on 5Ghz Wi-Fi but in 2.5Ghz it gave 30 to 40 Mbps whereas my old router which have 2.5Ghz gives speed between 80 to 90 Mbps.

I have not used any router before but I am sure this is the best dual band router out there in this price range. it is easy to install and is provided with four antennas which gives you good range. The dual band is another good thing about this router which is up to your choice depending on condition and traffic. For best usage place it in wide open area. Let it breathe and you will know. Comes with warranty of one year and latest gigabit technology. So it’s a great purchase. 🙂

The breeziest & easiest setup of a router till date for me. From opening of the package to receiving internet connectivity, I was done in less than 5mins. No fiddling and no troubleshooting. Great Product for the Price!
After using for 2 months, what I can say-It is probably the only dual band wifi router with gigabit support and MU-MIMO at 2k price range and it is totally worth it. The connections are pretty strong, never felt any drop. The setup was easy and the app is also good with few customization supports in it. It doesn’t even heat that much.The only downside I felt is the lack of led indicators for individual lan ports. Also everytime it takes near about 2 minute to get set once you switch it on from off, but you barely need to switch off your router.This aren’t a major issues. Other from that it is undoubtedly the best one you can get in this budget!

Good but not convenient
Most of the features are good.Only problem is that 1 device gets disconnected when fourth device is connected.Setting the maximum number of wifi connections or acceptable devices is not convenient at all.Also, connections on its 2.4gbps channel seem to disconnected unpredictably.

Decent Budget Dual Band Wifi Router
Great product, Nothing exceptional about the range. But for the cost, does its job well. I still used my old wifi router as an extender after buying this product.Their is a lack of installation guide available with this product and not much help online. The initial setup is a tad bit confusing, I have a cable broadband connection and setup wizard did do the the job of installing it well, however the mac address needed to be reset by the cable provider for it to function. So you do need to take help of the internet provider for installation.

Sonoff wifi automated switches not pairing this router under 2.4GHz. And Hikvision cctv cameras not taken recording.While I pairing Sonoff switches pairing to this router, showed this matter ‘ WPA/WPA2 ( TkP) is not considered secure.And configure the router WPA2( AES) WPA3 for secure.I asked Sonoff switches company of China. They advised me to contact the D-Link 825 seller to resolve it. I don’t understand what is this. No one cannot respond from support Centre number. Is there guaranteed period to this router D-Link 825. Please suggest me to resolve this.

An underrated AC1200 router, only popular amongst techies!
Better than what AC1200 models TP-link & Tenda has to offer. Dlink is a very reliable brand. You won’t get many fancy stuff with it but what you get is very useful. There are gigabit Ethernet ports, meaning you can technical get 800-900 mbps of speeds if you have that kind of setup. But the most important thing with Dlink is, you don’t have to restart the router every 12hrs or so due to connection drop or some network error. It’s not about extra 1-2 metres of wifi coverage but the reliability & speeds of that coverage!

Very Good Product at its price
I am writing this after more than a month of usage. The installation steps was very easy to follow. The wifi signal is good.Remember 5G cannot cover as much distance as 2.4G. Hence you may not get a good 5G connection in another room. It will become worse if you close the door of the room.

A good router – Easy to setup with loads of features!
Have been using it since a week and till now it’s worth it. The firmware is up to date and it is easy to setup. The web interface for setting up the router is user friendly and quite modern. You get all the control in your hands and can setup multiple wifi networks… As much as you want. You can have family members connected to one wifi network and guests connected to other. Overall I like it and the features it comes with. Whether you need a standalone router or a repeater, go for it. One more thing, I bought this because D-LINK is Taiwanese brand and not Chinese while accepting the fact that it’s made in China. Could have gone for CISCO or NetGear but they are quite expensive so I found this router a good alternative.

Don’t recommend after 6 months of use
Build quickly is not good. LAN and WAN port gone faulty after 6 months of use. Also the service support is not good if you are too away from its authorized service centre. They don’t give any courier service to repair in warranty period. You can purchase a new router in cost of visiting authorized service centre for giving to repair and receiving.

A good deal under 2000.
Has lots of additional features but the basic features need more polishing. Any change needs manual reboot. Worth under 2000.Range :It’s okayish. Nothing fancy and you should not even look for something like that because that won’t perform good (either due to overload or due to interference).Antennae :1. Isn’t detachable.2. Has very less angle of rotation. Couldn’t set it in proper position.Software :1. Few points said in first paragraph.2.Hardware :1. Reset button doesn’t work properly.2. Has separate Wi-Fi in/off button.3. Gigabit LAN Ports.Additional features :1. Create multiple APs and even guest network.2. WPS gets enabled only when the physical button is pressed. Saves you from attacks.Will update after a month or two of usage.

I already have one which is connected to the input cable. It works fine. It has dual frequency 2.5ghz and 5ghz.Bought another one to extend the wireless to all rooms. Value for money product. I bought it under 2000 INR.
I bought these router in 1600 INR. Easy to setup and working fine WIFI signals are good. I have tested it on 100Mbps plan gave 90 to 98 Mbps on 5Ghz Wi-Fi but in 2.5Ghz it gave 30 to 40 Mbps whereas my old router which have 2.5Ghz gives speed between 80 to 90 Mbps.

Perfect router to use access an access point or a repeater
I bought this router to extend the WiFi network in my house to the first floor. I have a BSNL ADSL connection, connected to DLink 2750U modem.I can connect this router (DIR 825) to my modem using a wired connect (RJ-45 ethernet cable) to serve as an access point or connect wireless to my modem’s WiFi network and work as a repeater.Most reviews mention that this model comes with old firmware (orange color), but the one I got had the newer one (blue color) Russian firmware installed. Seller was Appario Retail.Setting it up in the above mentioned modes in the new firmware is extremely easy – just point and click.WiFi coverage is also pretty good, 2.4GHz covers almost every corner of the floor, and I get some network on the lower floor as well. 5GHz works well in the same room or rooms adjacent to the one in which the modem is placed.So far, so good – Would definitely recommend.

The product is fairly easy to self install if you can follow the procedures, and very easy for a technical person.No complaints at all.However, i feel the wifi range is low if there are walls in between. Wifi does not catch with a couple walls in between. I get a speed of 100 kbps just 15 meters away if i close the door of my room.Apart from that, I will easily get good speeds even 30 meters away in the open. So make sure you install it at a place which is sort of in the center of your home having maximum straight wave access everywhere.

It’s easy to install and restart, no issues till now and WiFi has great signal strength without any lagging even though connected with 7-9 devices for high data consumption. App is very useful to sign-in, change password and manage devices. D-Link is a trustworthy brand.

Bought this product a month back and so far it has worked well. I have 125 Mbps connection from Act ISP and average speed it generated is around 120 Mbps on LAN(RJ45) and 5G Wifi. 2G wifi generates around 60 Mbps signals. Range is also very nice as I noticed full wifi signals around 20-30 meter radius.

Bought 2 of these and have not given any issue for 1 year. The signal is good for large house but the 5G signal is best only when close to router. The upload/ download speed was found to be close to what was advertised by the service provider when using the router.

Support both 2.4GHz and 5 GHz. Best product if you want to maximum signal strength via wifi. I am using 150 mbps plan and wifi giving 145 mbps althoughtv , 2 mobiles and laptop are connected with routers. Great product.

If you are planning to buy this to make a cloud using your HDD please stay away. It does not support any external HDD due to power mapping issue. Its not able to power HDD and I got it confirmed from service center. Max you can plug in pendrive.Secondly 5GHz signal is good. 2.4 GHz default configurations does not work with old wifi dongles. You need to tweak it.Overall happy with the purchase

USB router which can be used as a print server
This is a perfect dual band router I am using it as a print server also and have connected three other Wi-Fi routers with Ethernet connection in different rooms and I can print from my HP LaserJet printer connected to this main router in a USB port provided and I can print from any of my my room from my PC which is connected via patch cable connected to the secondary routers

Having faced internet connectivity and signal strength fluctuations for a pretty long time, I finally purchased this unit. Have used it for 3 days at a stretch and the signal strength does not go below 92 Mbps (@ 100 Mbps connectivity). The dual mode is an added advantage. While the 5 GHz supports our laptops and desktop, the 2.4 GHz serves all phone simultaneously even 2 floors below my apartment.

This is physically pretty big, especially with the antenna. That seems pretty standard for these wifi speeds, but be aware if you are upgrading from an older generation. The power cord it comes with is quite short, maybe 0.75m or so.The D-Link web UI is nice and responsive, which is a change for me after decades of Netgear router usage. It’s slightly confusing, but that’s probably only the change from one company to another.
