Product is quite good overall but as far as its cabling concern has NO mesh protection for cables and it has flat cable buildup instead of spiral thats too without mesh ever it, so cause damage concern while installing and over the period of time..

Exactly what I needed
This was a perfect upgrade from my old SMPS. It can handle all my HDDs and SDDs along with a graphics card and case fans. The connectors are all black and are clearly marked. Installing this was very simple. Doesn’t get very hot even during summer time. Highly recommended.

True 80+ smps – worked silently even with 2 hdds (3.5 sata) plus 1 SSD, 1 DVD rw, 1 graphics, usb keyboard, 2x 16 gb DDR4 RAMs installed : my prior Corsair vs450 ( not the 80 plus version) was very noisy and probably did not provide sufficient power for the ASUS A320M EX mainboard with all these components fitted. I would advise most home PC users to go for 550 watts, 80+ bronze as the minimum for hassle free usage.

Well built and a heavy power supply from a reputed brand that runs very silent. I was not happy noticing that Coolermaster is using Capxon capicitors that does not have a good reputation. Some other brands use Japnese capicitors that would last longer for sure.

I was experiencing frequent power loss while gaming. Sometime it was turning off during normal usage too. I narrowed it down to faulty motherboard or smps.I then borrowed the smps from a friend and tested for 2 days. His was also cooler master, I replaced the faulty corsair unit with cooler master and it’s working nicely. Recommended for heavy system with lots of gaming.

I strongly believe this power supply was one of the best option to go for since many builds does not require a power supply over 450 watts. People end up buying a different power supply when it’s really not required, you can install 2060 card but not anything above that. Works perfectly fine. The cable colour are totally balck and looks great!

One of the best psus, its non modular and pcie and cpu power cables have splitters in them, purchased for 4799, was also available for 4749, packaging was not bubble wrapped, don’t know the last time amaz0n used any bubble or foam wrap. Product was good, no physical damage.ConsCables are not braided and lot of splitters make cable management difficult

My first time building a pc, just bought a case and this psu because really cheap right now, it arrived today and saw it had a uk plug, not really a problem as you will probably be using a surge protector which has universal sockets so not really a problem, it has an amazing smell i love it, it has black cables so it doesnt look ugly like corsair 550W highly recommended close ur eyes and just buy it

Due to which this power supply is getting damaged easily while shipping. If I tell you honestly then cooler master has dropped quality of out packing as well. It can not hold a simple press of hand. I have 4 power supplies from cooler master and I found that quality is drastically down in past 11 years.I would suggest you to check build quality in hand first and then go for specific brand.Price is very good for the supplies wattage.

Best 450 watt PSU with 80+ bronze cirtification
This is the best option available out there with the tag of a budget PSU, I am not going to write extra long reviews but for those who have researched for buying a budget PSU, this is the best option out there, even from corsair CV 450, my friend told me that when he did a teardown of CV 450, most of the components were same as its most budget series- VS, so there’s no mean of spending more, and this one is a little better than corsair CV.But the only flaw is that they delivered the PSU with UK plug.The thing which ruined my experience was the delivery took ages (almost a week), what I mean to say is that even I saw 6 or even 8 days expected for delivery, many of the orders delivered to me took only 2-3 days, everything else was great!

Best power supply!
I strongly believe this power supply was one of the best option to go for since many builds does not require a power supply over 450 watts. People end up buying a different power supply when it’s really not required, you can install 2060 card but not anything above that. Works perfectly fine. The cable colour are totally balck and looks great!

True 80+ smps – worked silently even with 2 hdds (3.5 sata) plus 1 SSD, 1 DVD rw, 1 graphics, usb keyboard, 2x 16 gb DDR4 RAMs installed : my prior Corsair vs450 ( not the 80 plus version) was very noisy and probably did not provide sufficient power for the ASUS A320M EX mainboard with all these components fitted. I would advise most home PC users to go for 550 watts, 80+ bronze as the minimum for hassle free usage.

Exactly what I needed
This was a perfect upgrade from my old SMPS. It can handle all my HDDs and SDDs along with a graphics card and case fans. The connectors are all black and are clearly marked. Installing this was very simple. Doesn’t get very hot even during summer time. Highly recommended.

For a budget build this is great with all black cables and its 80+ bronze, the only downside is that coolermaster ships with a US plug, but most spike guards supports both US and EU plugs, so no big deal.

Value for money
The very first question you come across while building a pc is if 650w SMPS enough?- Its enough with all RGB fans, AIO, you etcCooler master is expert in knowing what is needed and in what qty. The cables are perfec5 flats and you never fell short of any connector. Go for it! Happy PC building.

Without a doubt one of the top models in the 80+ bronze 550w category of PSUs, well reliable in terms of both efficiency and not exploding. For a moderately powered gaming rig this hits the sweet spot, running whinge-free in my PC from the day it came out of the box.

Best in price range
I was experiencing frequent power loss while gaming. Sometime it was turning off during normal usage too. I narrowed it down to faulty motherboard or smps.I then borrowed the smps from a friend and tested for 2 days. His was also cooler master, I replaced the faulty corsair unit with cooler master and it’s working nicely. Recommended for heavy system with lots of gaming.

PSU outer layer was a little out of place, more like the metal cover got damaged while manufacturing.Overall a good product, low noise and no issues like too much power draw while idle or flickering lights like certain CN manufacturer.(this one is CN made as well.)Decent Quality.
