This product is fantastic. My HP OMEN 15 2020 runs like ice with this (figuratively).
I ordered this after a service person used a generic thermal paste on my OMEN and it was running hot as hell. Just after it was delivered, I was easily able to repaste with the help of the included spreader and Now my OMEN doesn’t even cross 85 degree celsius. Turbo Boost power has increased to around 90Watts (Stock factory thermal paste allowed only around 82Watts). This is a must buy for any PC Enthusiast on a budget, in India especially. The Cinebench R23 score has increased dramatically (although an undervolt was needed of -75mVolts). The fans don’t even ramp up more often. PS – Those who want to repaste please follow the required instructions or you can damage your system. I watcheda lot LTT videos and carefully learned how to apply the paste.

Usata su 8700k deliddato, sono riuscito a tenere la cpu a 5200mhz ed 1.39v con temperature max di 70 gradi circa, rilevate in game e cinebench/XTU… Probabilmente la ricomprero, più avanti

Ho usato questa pasta per cambiare quella stock della mia RTX 2080 ed i risultati sono stati ottimi, oltre 10° in meno. Attenzione però, è molto liquida, dovete dosarla con attenzione.Se siete alla vostra prima installazione consiglio una pasta più viscosa tipo la NT-H1, che ha delle performance lievemente inferiori (2/3°) ma è più semplice da dosare.

Après avoir testé de nombreux modèles (Noctua NT- H1, Artic Silver 3 & 5, Cool Labs Liquid Metal Pro, OCZ Freeze…) je chercher un modèle plus durable, non conducteur électriquement, résistant aux vibrations (pour un portable) et simple d’utilisation.Cette pâte thermique rempli parfaitement son rôle ! Comparée à une NT-H1, le gain en température est de 5 à 7°C que ce soit sur le CPU (intel i7 2860QM) ou sur le GPU (nVidia GTX 680M).

Excelente producto, solo basta con que revises algunas reseñas en Internet y te darás cuenta que es ampliamente usado por profesionales.La aplicación sin problemas, sobre el aplicador que viene incluido o no lo supe usar o no le encuentro mucho sentido mas que desperdiciar producto, así que no creo que sea necesario usarlo.Lo aplique en un equipo que ya tenia la pasta seca y he notado que ya no se calienta tanto como antes así que supongo que logré el objetivo.

Una delle migliori paste termiche non elettroconduttive in commercio.Facile da applicare , buona viscosità ma tende ad addensarsi con il passare del tempo. Bisogna applicarla velocemente senza giocarci troppo. Non molto adatta a principiantiAttenzione la versione con contenuto netto di un grammo è sufficiente per circa due applicazioni.

Great paste for overheating laptop i used on my dell g5 se 5505 before i was getting to 104°c even in 15 mins gaming now temps are well below 80. Application was the hardest part it doen not spread easily. Else it’s great.

Bought this specifically for my laptop, as the previous paste I bought pumped out frequently.A bit harder to spread since it has the consistency of drying Elmer’s glue. But stays on the cpu/gpu and I haven’t had issues with pump out/repasting since it’s thicker.

Habe diese Wärmeleitpaste mittlerweile bei zwei meiner Macbook Pro’s und einer Playstation verwendet. Auf den Macbooks kann ich aufjedenfall sagen das die Temperatur unter Belastung sich um 10-14° unterscheidet. Wenn die Wärmeleitpaste schon alt ist!, ist dies ein guter Ersatz für die originale. Einfach aufzutragen und gut in der Leistung.Meine Geräte:Apple MBP Unibody 2010: 14° Temperaturunterschied bei normalem Betrieb. 68° vorher, 43° nach Tausch / 82° bei Leistung, nun 68-70°Apple MBP Retina 2013: 11° Temperaturunterschied bei normalem Betrieb. 52° vorher, 40,6° nach Tausch / 70° bei Leistung, nun 56-62°Fazit: einfach aufzutragen, gut verpackt und gerade für ältere Wärmeleitpasten ein guter Ersatz um frischen Speed in ein Notebook oder Computer zu bekommen. Beim Auftragen und dem zerlegen des Gerätes vorsichtig sein! Anleitungen gibt es im Internet jeh nach Hersteller.

Ho acquistato questa pasta da applicare sul mio i5-8400 dissipato da un CM HYPER 212 EVO.Le temperature di questo processore, grazie anche al dissipatore Cooler Master, non sono molto alte ma questa parta mi ha permesso di scenderle nuovamente di quasi 10° in full load.Facilità di distribuzione e possibilità di utilizzarla più volte fanno di questa pasta una delle migliori in questa fascia di prezzo.

Ho fatto numerose ricerche prima di comprare una pasta termica e sono giunto alla conclusione che questa sia la migliore e sono un po’ dura da applicare ma sconsiglio tutti quegli idioti che utilizzano il pentolino con l’acqua per riscaldarla cadere qualche goccia d’acqua sulla scheda madre in alternativa io vi consiglio di usare un asciugacapelli che è molto più pratico ed intelligente

allora. prima usavo la kryonaut. ottima pasta forse la migliore in quanto a prestazioni , ma in quanto a stesura è quasi un incubo (sconsigliata ai neofiti). ho provato a prendere la gelid da 1 grammo. sufficiente per un soket 1151 per tre aplicazioni . il bello di questa gelid è che è piu morbido come inpasto , e quindi il classico chicco di riso diventa il solo ed unico modo per applicarla. dalla kryo alla gelid passano circa 2/3 ° max. sicuramente il rapporto prezzo modalità di impiego e prestazioni mi orienterebbe verso la gelid nonostante si perdano 3 gradi . la consiglio a tutti quelli che non vogliono spendere il patrimonio per le thermalgrizly.

La pasta è molto buona, forse la migliore del suo genere, ha un ottimo coefficiente di scambio termico e fa perdere diversi gradi alla cpu ma non è di facile applicazione.Nonostante io sia del mestiere ho dovuto applicarla due volte in quanto la prima volta non l’ho scaldata sufficientemente e stenderla era praticamente impossibile.Quindi mi raccomando, prendete un pentolino con un po d’acqua e scaldatela fino a 60 gradi (circa) poi immergete la siringa con la pasta per almeno 5/8 minuti sigillata in un piccolo sacchetto di plastica (io uso quelli per congelare gli alimenti) a questo punto vedrete che sarà semplice da stendere ma non perdete molto tempo e non stategliela a “menare” … pochi minuti e mano a mano che si raffredda invece di spalmarsi si ritira e … vi toccherà rifare tutto da capo!

La confezione è da 1 grammo e basta per 1-2 cpu al massimo. Rispetto alla pasta standard offre prestazioni molto superiori se si usano dissipatori di facia alta. Personalmente con un dissipatore Megahalems Prolimatech ho notato che le temperature massime e minime si sono abbassate di circa 10C.

Non so di quanto abbia abbassato le temperature poichè ho cambiato anche il dissipatore. Però l’ho trovata molto comoda da applicare e non dura come dicono. Ho usato il metodo del chicco di riso senza spalmare. Confermo che la quantità sia solo per un’applicazione, al massimo due se siete bravi a farvela bastare. Da cui le 4 stelle.

I ordered this as it’s popular among users of the Dell G5SE to use for repasting due to the laptop running super hot.I was initially sceptical of the benefits but can’t argue with the results. A laptop that would easily push 100c when gaming now sits around 80-90 under load. A 10-20c difference seems huge to me. Massive improvement.

I bought this for my Dell G5 5505 laptop and this laptop is notorious for running hot. The CPU and GPU both average around 89-91 C when gaming which isn’t ideal. Driver timeouts and crashes were very common.Upon opening the heatsink I found copious amount of thermal grease both on the CPU and GPU both which isn’t ideal. In fact, the heatsink too had excess grease sticking out. After cleaning it all and applying the adequate amount of Gelid GC Extreme I immediately noticed the difference.CPU no longer stays above 90 C for longer duration. It only reaches that high for a second when the game loads up and the laptop is stressed. Else, it stays comfortable below 85 C. The GPU never touches 80 C.At last I’ll say this Thermal Paste is perfect for this laptop. It does the job perfectly. That’s all I’ll say. Also kudos to Dell for making this laptop easy to open and service.

Da ich keine Wärmeleitpaste mehr hatte, habe ich mir diese hier für meine Grafikkarte besorgt.Soweit mir bekannt ist, wird diese Paste hier unter den klassischen Wärmeleitpasten nur noch von einer Fremdmarke übertroffen, die erheblich teurer ist.Die geringe Menge von einem Gramm ist mehr als ausreichend für meine Grafikkarte, da sowohl Chip als auch Kühlkörper plan sind, braucht man nur eine hauchdünne Schicht um die Oberflächenrauheit des Kühlers auszugleichen. Weniger ist hier mehr (anders als bei z.B. aktuellen Intel Prozessoren, wo man berücksichtigen muss, dass deren Deckel i.d.R. eine ‘Delle’ (konkav) hat). Aufgrund der festen Konsistenz lässt sie sich jedoch nur sehr schwierig in einer ganz dünnen Schicht auftragen.Leistungsmäßig hat mir der Tausch des Paste ohne Last bei Mindesdrehzahl des Lüfters eine Temperaturbesserung von ca. 2-3 °C gebracht. Bei Last habe ich wegen des temperaturgeregelten Lüfters logischerweise keine Temperaturverbesserung ansich, dafür eine leicht geringere Lüfterdrehzahl/Lautstärke, was mein eigentliches Ziel war.Wenn also Unterschiede von ein paar wenigen Grad wichtig sind und man das Optimum rausholen will, klare Kaufempfehlung.Wenn minimale Unterschiede keine Rolle spielen, dann sollte man doch besser zu einer günstigen greifen.

La pasta termica in questo formato è sufficiente per max 2-3 applicazioni su cpu, abbastanza pochine. (consiglio la siringa da più grammi) la pasta termica non si discute, è eccellente. Più difficile da stendere rispetto le concorrenti tipo mx-4, ma a pieno carico va meglio di molte altre anche piu costose tipo la diamond. Consigliata.

Ho comprato questo compound da Ki@ Computer. La siringa dovrebbe essere venduta in blister insieme a una spatolina per stenderla. Tuttavia, a me è arrivata in una bustina di plastica e SPROVVISTA della spatolina. Inoltre, la quantità è veramente irrisoria: ho coperto una APU, due GPU e una CPU: l’equivalente di appena due CPU!Inutile dire che la qualità della pasta è ottima, ma EVITATE come la peste questo venditore

Well i repasted as soon as i got my thermal paste, both gpu and cpu and it was all done in 199rs this is a good go to paste.My temps dropped from 95-100° while gaming to 75-80° while gaming. This is a good to go paste at this priceBut the only problem is the fluctuations in the temps it never goes above 80 now but it fluctuates too much

I have used this paste in my hp pavilion 15 1024ax Ryzen 5 4600h ,GTX 1650 gddr6,8gb ram.I was using it from 10 month and it started thermal throttling during cinebench r20 and aida64 stress test.I scored 2700points in cinebench r20 test and temperature of cpu during reached upto 100degrees .But after applying this thermal paste my laptop temp decreased from 100 degrees to 83 degrees Celsius during stress test and it scored 3300 in cinebench r20.This is best paste under budget.You can use upto 2times on gaming laptops.Please don’t buy thermal grizzly kryonaut because it is not very thick ,and it is very costly.Now my laptop temps doesn’t increases above 80degrees in gta5, watchdog’s 2, rocket league.This is best thermal paste for Amd Ryzen processor.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,habe die Wärmeleitpaste vor kurzem das erste mal gebraucht. Eine Woche später wollte ich die Paste wieder verwenden,(zweiter Rechner) und ich konnte es kaum fassen die Spritze war leer. Sie und ich wissen das man nur sehr wenig davon braucht undjetzt Frage ich mich bei einer so langen Spritze wie diese nach der ersten Anwendung schon leer ist.Diese Spritze war nicht voll es war wahrscheinlich nur ein drittel darin enthalten und für 12 Euro ist das in meinen Augen Betrug des VerkäufersMit freundlichen GrüssenK.-Heinz Palmowski

After researching about the pump-out effect observed in Arctic MX-4 and Thermal Grizzly, I went ahead to buy GELID GC Extreme due to its high density and thick nature. I’d say this is the only paste you should buy for your gaming laptop.The temperatures on my Acer Nitro 5 (Ryzen 5 2500U/RX560X 4GB/16GB) were as follows:TemperaturesBefore: Hovers around 83-89 degree Celsius.After: Never goes above 74 degree Celsius no matter what.RDR2 (pictures attached)Before: 25-27 FPS game play with frame drops every 2 minutes to 12-15 FPS.After: Smooth gameplay with 30-40 FPS.CPUBefore: Used to stuck at 1.6Ghz and barely ever went beyond 2.0Ghz.After: Never goes below 2.0Ghz and goes till 3.2Ghz when under stress (turbo boost).Benchmark scores improved by a lot, Firemark was way smoother, Cinebench (pictures attached) was improved enormously and the laptop is all cool and good. I’d say going for the 3.5g tube would be a better investment if you plan to re-paste every year (that you should though). I’ve just applied the paste 7-8 hours ago and will update this review with time.Peace!

Già testata in passato su un portatile Dell Precision M6800. Utilizzata su cpu i7 4810 e Nvidia Quadro k3100 da 4gb. Ottimi risultati. Contrariamente alla pasta termica a base di metallo liquido, non corrode i materiali ed é più gestibile, mantenendo il guadagno in grandi centigradi, prossimo alla concorrente appena citata. La utilizzerò per la mia nuova cpu i7 8700k overcloccata a 5ghz e vi farò sapere…

Sieht man sich in der Übertakterszene um oder liest Rankings für WLPs, ist diese hier meist der Sieger.Es wird allerdings auch hin und wieder bemängelt, dass die Anwendung recht schwierig sei, was ich nicht bestätigen kann. Ich Hatte zuvor immer die MX2 und von der Konsistenz her konnte ich keinen Unterschied feststellen. Auch sind beide in einer Spritze und außer, dass die der GELID Paste sehr klein ist (weil halt nur ein Gramm), sind beide sehr einfach aufzutragen.Spachtel ist keiner dabei, dafür hab ich zum Verteilen einfach eine Scheckkarte genommen, klappt prima!

Ho acquistato questa pasta da applicare sul mio i5-8400 dissipato da un CM HYPER 212 EVO.Le temperature di questo processore, grazie anche al dissipatore Cooler Master, non sono molto alte ma questa parta mi ha permesso di scenderle nuovamente di quasi 10° in full load.Facilità di distribuzione e possibilità di utilizzarla più volte fanno di questa pasta una delle migliori in questa fascia di prezzo.

Thermal paste was used to repaste an overheating gaming laptop (ASUS GX531GM) back in April 2022. This lowered the temps of the CPU from 90-95 to 70-75 and the temps of the GPU from 75-80 to 55-60. Idle temps on the CPU are around 35-40. I was honestly surprised at the results, particularly on the GPU. The temperatures on the CPU could be even lower with undervolting but undervolting is locked for my laptop.1g of the thermal paste was more than enough for my laptop using the thin line method; however, the 1060 has a small die surface so for newer laptop GPUs a larger amount may be needed.As of writing this review, the temperatures of my laptop have stayed around the same, indicating that this thermal paste does not suffer from the pump-out effect.Highly recommended for laptop users.

La pasta termica in questo formato è sufficiente per max 2-3 applicazioni su cpu, abbastanza pochine. (consiglio la siringa da più grammi) la pasta termica non si discute, è eccellente. Più difficile da stendere rispetto le concorrenti tipo mx-4, ma a pieno carico va meglio di molte altre anche piu costose tipo la diamond. Consigliata.

I ordered this as it’s popular among users of the Dell G5SE to use for repasting due to the laptop running super hot.I was initially sceptical of the benefits but can’t argue with the results. A laptop that would easily push 100c when gaming now sits around 80-90 under load. A 10-20c difference seems huge to me. Massive improvement.

This product is fantastic. My HP OMEN 15 2020 runs like ice with this (figuratively).
I ordered this after a service person used a generic thermal paste on my OMEN and it was running hot as hell. Just after it was delivered, I was easily able to repaste with the help of the included spreader and Now my OMEN doesn’t even cross 85 degree celsius. Turbo Boost power has increased to around 90Watts (Stock factory thermal paste allowed only around 82Watts). This is a must buy for any PC Enthusiast on a budget, in India especially. The Cinebench R23 score has increased dramatically (although an undervolt was needed of -75mVolts). The fans don’t even ramp up more often. PS – Those who want to repaste please follow the required instructions or you can damage your system. I watcheda lot LTT videos and carefully learned how to apply the paste.

I tried lot of pastes on my older laptop .7700HQ is one of the hottest chip and other pastes like MX4 did poorly and I was still getting 80-90 temps.After GELID With the with CPU Turbo on it rarely went above 85 C.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED GO FOR IT !

Pasta termica davvero efficace: nel mio caso dopo averla applicata la temperatura del chip è scesa un po’ ma si è alzata di qualche grado quella della scheda madre, dei componenti che gli stanno vicino e dell’interno del PC in generale.Questo perché il dissipatore non riusciva a trasferire all’esterno il maggior calore “trasportato” dalla CPU al metallo. Dopo aver migliorato la ventilazione interna però la temperatura della CPU (rilevata con Speccy) è scesa di ben 13 gradi in totale ed anche quella di tutti gli altri componenti è scesa parecchio!Per chi come me non aveva un sistema di raffreddamento/areazione adeguato la consiglio quindi in abbinamento ad un buon dissipatore e/o ventole interne ed esterne, ed ovviamente una bella pulizia approfondita sia del chip su cui andrete ad applicare la pasta, sia delle varie ventole, radiatori e prese d’aria.Per ora l’ho usata su due CPU e una GPU e mi pare ce ne sia ancora (la siringa è coperta da un adesivo perciò non si vede quanta ne rimane). Aggiornerò la recensione dopo averla terminata.Per l’applicazione, nella maggior parte dei chip basta metterne una goccia (più o meno abbondante, dipende dalla superficie) al centro e riavvitare il dissipatore o ventola con cautela, così che sia la pressione ad espanderla su tutta l’area.

The paste got me a 5-10°C drop in temp while I was using it on my Asus Tuf fx-505dt. Before changing the paste my idle temp was around 55-60°C and after changing the paste the idle temps were 40-45°C and the temps were also pretty stable than before.Must recommended for gaming laptops.

Produkt entspricht vollkommen meinen Erwartungen, 1 Gramm ist auch mehr als dachte und gehofft habe. Reichte für meine Desktop CPU und 2! mal für meinen Laptop welcher 2 Chips hat. Zudem hab ich damit noch meine Grafikkarte erneuert, ist also genug.Sonderlich fest ist es gar nicht.. sobald man etwas drückt, kommt auch schon ein kleines bisschen raus, je nach druck auch genug.Leider hab ich keine Test’s laufen lassen, und in meinem falle sind die Temperaturen auch nicht aussage kräftig, da meine Geräte entweder neu sind oder billige Paste hatten, Temps sanken aber um die 5-8°C

Presa per il mio portatile messa sia su gpu che CPU, ho avuto una buona diminuzione di temperatura rispetto alla pasta originale ma sottolineo 2 cose: la pasta non è moltissima quindi non dovete fare errori, secondo consiglio la versione con paletta perché è spalmabile appena messa ma si addensa rapidamente e se non siete veloci bisogna toglierla e rifare tutto. Nel complesso ho ridotto la temperatura di 6 gradi come minimo.

I saw praises all over the net on this little paste for doing wonders on laptops due to high viscosity. Value wise it really is on the low side as you pay the about the same for 1g of this vs. 4g from other brands. The stock spreader you slot on top of the syringe isn’t exactly stellar since it is small and rigit, paste has more tendency to stick to spreader than the die. I applied a dollop of this on the CPU and GPU, used the stock spreader and it was just usuable enough to get an even layer. It takes a bit longer than a normal spreader.Once installed the thermals immediately improved by a huge margin. The fake MX-4 paste was making my pc thermal throlle at 20W CPU power… Idle and peak at low 90s. After repasting with GC Extreme idle only hit a idle peak of 70C. After 1 week, under load with turbo boost off I get CPU 73C/80C, GPU 69C/71C (avg/max). With turbo boost on and fully loaded I get CPU 78C/86C, GPU 66C/70C. Temp was lower just after application by 6C for CPU. It has been stable so far after 2 weeks. Tested with 24C ambience. I will try to update this review after 6 months and 1 year use. So far very impressed!

Pasta termica davvero efficace: nel mio caso dopo averla applicata la temperatura del chip è scesa un po’ ma si è alzata di qualche grado quella della scheda madre, dei componenti che gli stanno vicino e dell’interno del PC in generale.Questo perché il dissipatore non riusciva a trasferire all’esterno il maggior calore “trasportato” dalla CPU al metallo. Dopo aver migliorato la ventilazione interna però la temperatura della CPU (rilevata con Speccy) è scesa di ben 13 gradi in totale ed anche quella di tutti gli altri componenti è scesa parecchio!Per chi come me non aveva un sistema di raffreddamento/areazione adeguato la consiglio quindi in abbinamento ad un buon dissipatore e/o ventole interne ed esterne, ed ovviamente una bella pulizia approfondita sia del chip su cui andrete ad applicare la pasta, sia delle varie ventole, radiatori e prese d’aria.Per ora l’ho usata su due CPU e una GPU e mi pare ce ne sia ancora (la siringa è coperta da un adesivo perciò non si vede quanta ne rimane). Aggiornerò la recensione dopo averla terminata.Per l’applicazione, nella maggior parte dei chip basta metterne una goccia (più o meno abbondante, dipende dalla superficie) al centro e riavvitare il dissipatore o ventola con cautela, così che sia la pressione ad espanderla su tutta l’area.

Produkt entspricht vollkommen meinen Erwartungen, 1 Gramm ist auch mehr als dachte und gehofft habe. Reichte für meine Desktop CPU und 2! mal für meinen Laptop welcher 2 Chips hat. Zudem hab ich damit noch meine Grafikkarte erneuert, ist also genug.Sonderlich fest ist es gar nicht.. sobald man etwas drückt, kommt auch schon ein kleines bisschen raus, je nach druck auch genug.Leider hab ich keine Test’s laufen lassen, und in meinem falle sind die Temperaturen auch nicht aussage kräftig, da meine Geräte entweder neu sind oder billige Paste hatten, Temps sanken aber um die 5-8°C

Ho usato questa pasta per cambiare quella stock della mia RTX 2080 ed i risultati sono stati ottimi, oltre 10° in meno. Attenzione però, è molto liquida, dovete dosarla con attenzione.Se siete alla vostra prima installazione consiglio una pasta più viscosa tipo la NT-H1, che ha delle performance lievemente inferiori (2/3°) ma è più semplice da dosare.

Ela relamente faz o que promete, segura muito bem o processador, isso que tenho uma 1070TI triple fan junto de um i7 7700K que acabam aquecendo muito o setup. Mas o que me deixou meio confuso foi quando eu fui aplicar o produto, tive que aplicar uma segunda vez devido um erro ao tentar encaixar o cooler de volta no processador. Acreditei que ela seria suficiente para 2 usos devido o tamanho da seringa e o quanto tinha sobrado do empurrador dela. Porém saiu apenas um restinho que estava dentro assim tendo que utilizar com menos de uma gota. Mas mesmo assim até o momento não tive nenhum problema de aquecimento na setup! Ótimo produto, porém podiam colocar pelo um pouco mais dentro da seringa para ser possível 2 aplicações.

allora. prima usavo la kryonaut. ottima pasta forse la migliore in quanto a prestazioni , ma in quanto a stesura è quasi un incubo (sconsigliata ai neofiti). ho provato a prendere la gelid da 1 grammo. sufficiente per un soket 1151 per tre aplicazioni . il bello di questa gelid è che è piu morbido come inpasto , e quindi il classico chicco di riso diventa il solo ed unico modo per applicarla. dalla kryo alla gelid passano circa 2/3 ° max. sicuramente il rapporto prezzo modalità di impiego e prestazioni mi orienterebbe verso la gelid nonostante si perdano 3 gradi . la consiglio a tutti quelli che non vogliono spendere il patrimonio per le thermalgrizly.

I’ve used this to repaste a Dell G5 SE (AMD), it takes a quick google to see that this gaming laptop runs *hot* and this helps a lot with that, around 5-10 degrees difference in heat and although this isn’t much the performance overhead is much improved. The clocks hit their maximums on turbo boost within the previous thermals where it would normally have throttled (before repasting it would barely get above 2.8GHZ and now hits 3.9-4.1GHZ when under load.AC Odyssey has a 5FPS average improvement on the benchmark from just repasting.The 1g should be enough to repaste a CPU and GPU (on a laptop) 3 times before you run out. I have plenty left and will use it again in 6 months to a year when it dries out (80+ Temps are not your friend). I did not use the supplied spreader tool and used a line method of applying the paste as laptop heatsinks don’t apply as much pressure as desktops. I haven’t removed it again yet to see how well the die was covered but will report back if I remember.

After researching about the pump-out effect observed in Arctic MX-4 and Thermal Grizzly, I went ahead to buy GELID GC Extreme due to its high density and thick nature. I’d say this is the only paste you should buy for your gaming laptop.The temperatures on my Acer Nitro 5 (Ryzen 5 2500U/RX560X 4GB/16GB) were as follows:TemperaturesBefore: Hovers around 83-89 degree Celsius.After: Never goes above 74 degree Celsius no matter what.RDR2 (pictures attached)Before: 25-27 FPS game play with frame drops every 2 minutes to 12-15 FPS.After: Smooth gameplay with 30-40 FPS.CPUBefore: Used to stuck at 1.6Ghz and barely ever went beyond 2.0Ghz.After: Never goes below 2.0Ghz and goes till 3.2Ghz when under stress (turbo boost).Benchmark scores improved by a lot, Firemark was way smoother, Cinebench (pictures attached) was improved enormously and the laptop is all cool and good. I’d say going for the 3.5g tube would be a better investment if you plan to re-paste every year (that you should though). I’ve just applied the paste 7-8 hours ago and will update this review with time.Peace!

Mir wurde die WLP spiezell fürs oc empfohlen sie ist 3-4 grad kühler als die MX2 .jedoch ist sie sehr zähflüssig aber dafür gibts einen guten tipp: einfach die WLP 10min in heißes wasser legen dadurch wirds sie etwas flüssiger bin sehr zufrieden

Una delle migliori paste termiche sul mercato, se avete problemi di temperature troppo elevate o volete semplicemente cambiare la pasta termica pre-applicata questa è un’ottima scelta!La siringa è da un grammo quindi basta per una/due applicazioni di CPU e GPU.

Usata su 8700k deliddato, sono riuscito a tenere la cpu a 5200mhz ed 1.39v con temperature max di 70 gradi circa, rilevate in game e cinebench/XTU… Probabilmente la ricomprero, più avanti

ha un aspetto un po’ solido, gommoso rispetto alle paste che ho visto finora, ma detto questo dettaglio estetico, irrilevante per il tipo di prodotto, tiene un i5 3,3ghz non ovecloccato a max 45 gradi, con dissipatore stock intel.

I saw praises all over the net on this little paste for doing wonders on laptops due to high viscosity. Value wise it really is on the low side as you pay the about the same for 1g of this vs. 4g from other brands. The stock spreader you slot on top of the syringe isn’t exactly stellar since it is small and rigit, paste has more tendency to stick to spreader than the die. I applied a dollop of this on the CPU and GPU, used the stock spreader and it was just usuable enough to get an even layer. It takes a bit longer than a normal spreader.Once installed the thermals immediately improved by a huge margin. The fake MX-4 paste was making my pc thermal throlle at 20W CPU power… Idle and peak at low 90s. After repasting with GC Extreme idle only hit a idle peak of 70C. After 1 week, under load with turbo boost off I get CPU 73C/80C, GPU 69C/71C (avg/max). With turbo boost on and fully loaded I get CPU 78C/86C, GPU 66C/70C. Temp was lower just after application by 6C for CPU. It has been stable so far after 2 weeks. Tested with 24C ambience. I will try to update this review after 6 months and 1 year use. So far very impressed!

After using some pastes I found pump out effect soon after a week, but gelid is thick enough to last long and thermal conductivity is perfect.

Davvero ottima pasta, ovviamente per utenti “enthusiast”.Sicuramente la piu’ performante a prezzi ancora umani.Essendo 1 grammo soltanto, è sufficiente per un paio di applicazioni.Rispetto a paste come la mx4 e la arctic silver “secca” un po prima.

20-25° drop in temps
Best paste used it for dell g5 se, this laptop has really bad heating issues the processor temps would reach 110°C and the gpu junction temps would reach 115°C after applying this, the processor temps would never go above 90°C and the gpu junction temps never go above 95°C. And even got it delivered by the best seller

Habe diese Wärmeleitpaste mittlerweile bei zwei meiner Macbook Pro’s und einer Playstation verwendet. Auf den Macbooks kann ich aufjedenfall sagen das die Temperatur unter Belastung sich um 10-14° unterscheidet. Wenn die Wärmeleitpaste schon alt ist!, ist dies ein guter Ersatz für die originale. Einfach aufzutragen und gut in der Leistung.Meine Geräte:Apple MBP Unibody 2010: 14° Temperaturunterschied bei normalem Betrieb. 68° vorher, 43° nach Tausch / 82° bei Leistung, nun 68-70°Apple MBP Retina 2013: 11° Temperaturunterschied bei normalem Betrieb. 52° vorher, 40,6° nach Tausch / 70° bei Leistung, nun 56-62°Fazit: einfach aufzutragen, gut verpackt und gerade für ältere Wärmeleitpasten ein guter Ersatz um frischen Speed in ein Notebook oder Computer zu bekommen. Beim Auftragen und dem zerlegen des Gerätes vorsichtig sein! Anleitungen gibt es im Internet jeh nach Hersteller.

Da ich keine Wärmeleitpaste mehr hatte, habe ich mir diese hier für meine Grafikkarte besorgt.Soweit mir bekannt ist, wird diese Paste hier unter den klassischen Wärmeleitpasten nur noch von einer Fremdmarke übertroffen, die erheblich teurer ist.Die geringe Menge von einem Gramm ist mehr als ausreichend für meine Grafikkarte, da sowohl Chip als auch Kühlkörper plan sind, braucht man nur eine hauchdünne Schicht um die Oberflächenrauheit des Kühlers auszugleichen. Weniger ist hier mehr (anders als bei z.B. aktuellen Intel Prozessoren, wo man berücksichtigen muss, dass deren Deckel i.d.R. eine ‘Delle’ (konkav) hat). Aufgrund der festen Konsistenz lässt sie sich jedoch nur sehr schwierig in einer ganz dünnen Schicht auftragen.Leistungsmäßig hat mir der Tausch des Paste ohne Last bei Mindesdrehzahl des Lüfters eine Temperaturbesserung von ca. 2-3 °C gebracht. Bei Last habe ich wegen des temperaturgeregelten Lüfters logischerweise keine Temperaturverbesserung ansich, dafür eine leicht geringere Lüfterdrehzahl/Lautstärke, was mein eigentliches Ziel war.Wenn also Unterschiede von ein paar wenigen Grad wichtig sind und man das Optimum rausholen will, klare Kaufempfehlung.Wenn minimale Unterschiede keine Rolle spielen, dann sollte man doch besser zu einer günstigen greifen.
