These fans work great and push a ton of air. However, they are NOT quiet at all. Once you push them past 50%, you will hear them. I have these set up on my CPU radiator, and have fan profiles to properly cool my CPU past certain temperature thresholds. Once these fans go above 50%, they can be a little loud. If you stress test your CPU, as it rises in temperature, these fans are almost like a jet engine.I would recommend getting Noctua fans instead: they outperform these by 1-3 degrees (research to find the best ones), and are most definitely worth the price. And on top of that, they are relatively quiet in comparison.I got these for a push-pull configuration. My other three are the Pro LED version… Noctua does not offer LED fans. Otherwise, I would’ve gone with them instead.

I did a lot of research when picking case fans for my latest build. I was very interested in the Magnetic Levitation barring fans. These ML barrings have VERY little ware from what I have researched and so far that rains true. I would expect these fans to last at least 10 years without issue. Another benefit of these fans is that they are totally silent. I have had them full blast and I can barely hear them. My PSU FAN is much louder than these ML fans. The lighting node and RGB cables can be a bit of a bear but in my opinion it’s worth it. The only complaint I have is with the orientation of the RGB LEDs on the fan hub itself. There pointed outward from the hub not upward into the hub. The reason this is an issue is if you have bottom mounted fans the LED will shine into your eyes. Now you can get around this by adding a black transparent filter on the offending LEDs within iCue but… They are pricey but worth it especially as they will last for a very long time.

Got this to replace a fan on an EVGA power supply which was too good to throw away, had to make a hole in power supply so the fan wire could be plugged into pc motherboard but works a treat.

Great air movers! I was very worried that the screw holes were just like the SP120s where they are rubber. With the SP120s you could not use regular fan screws because the mounting was rubber. They had to be mounted to a rad or some cases with extended screws, or you would have to get the rubber screw replacements that stuck out and looked funny. Before I bought these new fans I ended up shredding a whole corner if an SP model. There is no hard plastic in SPs for the metal screws to hold onto and just twists the rubber into oblivion.Something about the mounting of the MLs is so easy while the plastic feels so strong. I would buy more of these if I had the space just to install them. The screws are standard mounting screws that come with all sorts of other fans. The inner plastic of the hole must be softer than the rest of the fan housing. It was too easy to start the threadd and not in a bad way.The fans alone are heavy and stiff. The white light emitting from the center looks much better than the old design and gives off plenty of light. See included picture.Last note on them is that they are louder than other fans that I have owned. They are plugged into the motherboard running stock speeds. They move a ton of air. They sound really cool at start up. My case sounds like a wind tunnel.I have 2 140mm lev fans and 3 120mmTwo of the 120s do not light up and are still held to the same build standard of the others.

I already had some high CFM cooling fans which I have been using for nearly 8 years. I thought it was time for a change but it is difficult trying to shop for high CFM fans (>70 CFM). These days many fans in the market are more lighting oriented with most only rated around 50 CFM. Lets face it, these fans are meant for cooling, the very least they ought to do is push enough air to cool the components. Fancy lightings do not contribute to any cooling abilities.Fortunately, has these 70+ CFM fans which I was looking to replace. I bought a 4 of these 120mm and 2 of the red LED fans. They are hooked up to the Commander Pro for all the fan curve settings. The products arrived in good order. The build of the fans are expected of ‘s quality. They are as powerful as those I replaced but way quieter. During gaming, I can just vaguely hear the fans working even at top speed. This same rig that I am running no longer feels as if I am sitting next to an oven which sounded like a jet plane ready to take off. These fans are like mere 20-30% of what my old ones sounded at top speed yet consumeing less power.Coming from a tropical environment with average indoor temperature of 30 deg C (CPU and GPU idle at 39C), the fans are left idling up to 40C, 60% by 45C, 80% by 50C and 100% by 55C.I am a happy customer and I would recommend these fans to those who are looking for something that actually works instead of merely fancy looks.

Throws heat out of the PC case
I tried two positions for this fan, first as a fan attached to heatsink, it dint do well. Then I attached it as Air intake for the case at the front and WOW the sheer amount of air getting out at the back of the case is incredible!Entire PC was very cool, dropped 10c off my gpu, cpu was little bit cool but nothing too drastic, it is very powerful. I keep it at 1000 to 2000 RPM till 80c and then gradually ramps upto 3890 RPM which is crazy loud, as I have a Sony noise cancellation headphones it’s OK for gaming.Even during gaming my pc never reached 80c where before it was reaching 85c, all thanks to this one fan in the front!

Authentic fans, arrived quickly, and just as i ordered. ml120 pwm fans (blue) and also have the white 140ml too. they’re pretty loud compared to ANYTHING else I’ve used (cooler master, fractal, notchua, thermaltake, and even newer icue fans) . at 1800rpm (i saw mine peak at 1950rpm but box says 2400@13v) but at around 1200 it’s a sightly annoying drone but controllable.IF YOU DON’T HAVE A GOOD FAN CONTROLLER OR EXPECT TO RUN THESE FULL SPEED, BE AWARE, IT’S TOO DAMN LOUD. my regular fan controller crapped out recently and can’t find a replacement but that’s on me…Best fans I’ve been able to find for the price, just a bit thick(25.6mm versus notchua $13 pwm fan at 24.5mm, but no rubber insulators on notchua)) so if you have a older case, or large motherboard, large heat sync, or not much over head be awarePackaged well inside it’s original box, folds still folded, sealed and unadulterated.. happy to see this since my last pair of fans i ordered from elsewhere got curb stomped sometime in transit, where as this fan , perfect. Beast of a fan!
Although noisy, it is really fast and pushes lot of air. I have old PC with limited ventilation but this fan helped reduce temps by 4°C. Although that does not seem too much but given my pc, I think that it is decent. Modern cabinets with more fans could really use this beast’s help to keep things cool.

To start off my review I will simply state that for several reasons the ML fans are currently my all-time favorite fan (I have reviewed Cooler Master and Noctua fans as well). When I consider the three variables of price, performance, and aesthetics, the ML’s are my favorite in all categories versus any other premium fan. They are extremely quiet, even more so than the Noctua NF-F12 in my opinion, they look great, additionally, the high performance and airflow / static pressure optimization is why these fans are my weapon of choice. But I am going to be honest, RGB was never exactly up my alley. My main PC is fully decked out with ML Pro Blue LED fans and I like it at static blue. However, when I recently learned of ’s iCue capabilities I became more intrigued. With the iCue software, you can program the LED’s to change colour based on variables like executable commands, temperatures, you can even have them flash colours while gaming if you get a ‘kill’ or ‘die’ in-game, etc. And this is where I saw the value of the ML120 Pro RGB fans.As one who is very particular about my system and CPU temps, I have now set up lighting to change based on what my CPU package temps are in specific programs. This way I am not monitoring temps through a 3rd party software on my second display, through the iCue software I have created a profile that between specific temperature ranges will then let me know how hot my CPU is based on the colors my products are displaying (see pictures). And this is where I found my value in the RGB products.NOTE, if you are confused on how to setup iCue profiles check out some tutorial YouTube videos, they are a great help. With the addition of the H100i Pro I received as a Christmas gift and learning of iCue abilities I was drawn to get these ML120 fans and I am happy I have done so. For $99.99 (at time of purchase) these are not only a fair value as you get 3 fans and all the lighting control hardware needed. But the setup was fairly easy in my already very full case. And I am happy with the results. I already knew how the fans would perform as I own ML’s, but the new RGB / iCue functions are attractive to someone who previously saw no appeal. If you like puking rainbow colours these will suffice as well, but if you are like me and like a static colour, or real functionality to an RGB product then you can find it in this product and the iCue software. To be fair I have not looked into or tried other RGB software, however, I have had no issues over the past month with iCue, and I personally see very good functionality and value in the ecosystem. Keep in mind while the LL and HD fans are more aesthetically pleasing, they will not perform as well or quietly as the ML fans.In the pictures attached the fan colours reflect the temps of my overclocked CPU.- Blue, 40 degrees C and lower- Turquoise, between 41-59 degrees C- Green, 60 degrees C- Yellow, between 61-76 degrees C- Red, 77 degrees C and higherIf you have any questions feel free to ask!

These fans are not silent. Compared to the crosshair fans that shipped with my case, these are 10x louder at full speed. The ones that shipped with my case at full speed are almost silent at full speed.Updated, review changed. I bought some new fans and realised that the fans here were not the issue, instead, I had forgotten to change my bios settings for DC to PWM. So this meant the fans were not running correctly and even when on silent mode, they were still really loud. Still not 5 stars, because they are still louder than my CPU fan at full speed, but they are more than acceptable on silent mode.

High Quality fans runs upto ~2500 rpm
Led is not that bright. Also upto 1400 rpm fan runs silent, at full speed it sounds like plane engine. Only buy if you have 4pin pwm header /connector available, otherwise the fan will spin at full speed and it will be noisy.

Quick and easy installation especially since I already have the Elite Capellix AIO making the install into the Commander Pro Hub that came with it quick and simple. Setup was a breeze in iCue with two clicks of a button and the RGB where picked up and synced. The RGB is a little different then on the ML 120 RGB Pro fan’s that came with the Elite Capellix because they don’t have as many RGB’s which is a little bit of a bummer but overall I would absolutely recommend these as they where easy to set up and despite the difference in RBG compared to the Elite Capellix fan’s they still look beautiful, function perfectly, and where easy to setup.

I know what you might be thinking… Magnetic Levitation fans?! Has to be a load of marketing rubbish… right? You are probably also considering these because you want them to do two main things: 1) Shift a load of air 2) be pretty quiet about doing it.Well, it probably is a little marketing rubbish, but there’s no denying that whatever wizardry put in these fans, they are rather effective at doing what they do.Case fans now come in two flavours now-a-days… high air flow, meaning they are more efficient at shifting high volumes of air in open space and high static pressure, meaning they push air through things like radiators and filters better.I like my computer to be whisper quiet. It already was pretty quiet but the fans on my water cooler ( SP120s) although high static pressure fans were a little noisier than I liked, even at lower RPMs. My intake/exhaust fans weren’t really the right fans for the job either since they were high air flow Fractal R2s and I have filters on all the intakes and exhausts on the case (I don’t like dust!).I connected up all the fans like for like and set them to run at the same RPM as used with the old fans. Not only is it now quite noticeably quieter (at idle/in Windows, I can actually hear the hard drives over the fans) but average temperatures are a good 5c lower too (I suspect mainly due to better air flow through the case). In all, it seems they are just as good as the non-Magnetic Levitation high static pressure fans, but they are quieter in doing so. There isn’t a huge difference in price between the two either, if you aren’t bothered about fancy LEDs in everything!

These fans do provide pretty high air flow through a radiator, but only in a push configuration will you reduce noise.I originally purchased this set of 2 for a push-pull setup, but once both fans were assembled the noise level sounded like a mini chainsaw inside my PC. I eventually tracked the problem to the fan doing the pull, as soon as I removed it from the configuration the noise level dropped considerably. The fan doing the push still provides plenty of forceful air through the radiator. With the single fan, the noise only really gets bad at 100 rpm. Also pc reports 1900-2000 rpm as max, not 1600 as stated in product information. So 97 cfm at 2000 rpm. But the fan is much quieter around 50% – 65% rpm.Using a 140mm alphacool NexXxos, in a thermaltake core v1.Core v1 owners should take note, the air flow (though a radiator) is better if the fan is placed behind the mounting area, when placed in front of the mounting area, the small gap between the fan an radiator will reduce airflow considerably. These fans also work great with the commander if you want to control fan speed in windows rather than bios.

I upgraded to these ML bearing driven fans from a set of SP120Ls as I was tired of the noisy stock fans. I was somewhat put off by other people’s reviews that complain of whine or that they are louder than the old SP120 fans, but I decided to take the plunge anyway as I’ve never had a bad product from .What can I say? These fans performed exactly as I wanted & expected them to. At low speeds they are considerably quieter than my old set and they look so much better.Pros———————- – Good airflow, on par with, if not better than, the SP120L fan – Build quality, have never let me down in this regard, their gear is well made and these fans were no exception to that rule – Like the SP120L the ML120 is PWM controllable meaning you can have the fan at near silent at idle. However, even when these fans ramp up, they are still quieter than the SP120LCons———————– In order to maximize the light output of the white LEDs (having the ‘open’ side of the fan facing inwards), I had to change the orientation of my radiator from an intake to exhaust. This means my cooler is pulling warmer air from inside the case to cool the radiator. I can work around this by changing the orientation of my other fans to allow better airflow to the inside of the case. The functionality of the radiator is essentially unaffected and the temperature difference is a matter of a few degrees. The fans would have 5 star from me otherwise but this is by no means a complaint about the product.

Preamble: I have almost zero experience fiddling around in the guts of a computer. My dad built PCs as a hobby but I never really watched him and he never taught me anything. Keeping that in mind, here’s the review of the plain, not-light-up twinpack from the PoV of a novice.- Good, sturdy, heavy plastic. These things feel really sturdy right out of the box.- The box itself was really sturdy too, and they were packed real tightly and well.- 4-pin connectors. I’m putting this here because it does not say anywhere that they are 4-pin and that’s kind of important to know.- Put the ‘pretty’ side out–the side where the centre just has the logo is the side that goes ‘out’. I just looked at how my old fans were orientated in my tower and put these fans the same direction, but I know folks aren’t always *replacing* fans. The logo side sucks, the side with the words on it blows.- The bolts that come with are very short, and are meant to go in backwards, which is why they’re not very long. This can be a huge issue if you can’t get to the back of the fans, where they press against the frame of your tower. I happened to have the great good fortune of my old fans’ plastic pins fitting these new fans just fine, so I used those instead of the bolts that came with the new fans.- They are, indeed, silent. The only noise you hear is literally the air going through them.- They are grey-bladed. The single pack of not-light-up has the black blades. I happen to think the grey blades are better because they won’t look dirty as quickly and that’s a plus for my finicky a$$ lol.- They don’t light up!! Thank GODS, I *hated* the glaring LED lights of my factory fans, esp because they were Macho Gamer Red™ When I turn out the lights to watch a movie or play Dragon Age, I don’t want all these glaring red lights ruining the atmosphere and distracting my periphery!- AND FINALLY: Absolutely plug-and-play for those of us who have no idea what ‘overclocking’ is, and just want fans that do their job.The fans that came with my PoS tower crapped out on me after a couple years, and were sleeve-bearing fans. They lasted longer than they should have because I would oil them frequently, which is messy and awful, but they limped along until I could save up for these. These are magnet bearing, which are the highest quality of bearing (I did a lot of research and sifted through LOTS of technobabble to figure this out, which is why I want to share it here in plain words so people like me who aren’t gearheads can understand). Magnet bearings don’t need oiling, afaik, so I’m looking forward to that. I’ll update this review after a year or if something goes wrong.

Very sturdy and quality product
Very good product for case fan or radiator fan on liquid cooling of cpu. I used it as case fan, working fine, it reach up to 4000 rpm but when I connected it to directly on motherboard header it reached only up to 3000 rpm. Although I set fan speed to 100%. Very sturdy and quality product

I got 3 of ” Pro LED, Blue, 140mm”I have only had them for about a month but they are nice & they can Move Air!The only sound I hear is air moving when they are at high speeds but because they are so big & move so much air I almost never hear them run up to higher speeds.Aside from the 👎Price👎 the only Con that I can see are the LEDs are not bright🙄 I feel for the price they should be as bright as my “BitFenix Magnetic LED-Strip”.So to recap I love the air Fans can move😎, The LEDs are Weak😒 but I Hate the Price!!!!!!😠It’s like hello people at this is a fan sold at $32.07 a pop!!!It’s a bit of plastic with a fan motor try coming down to reality😒& price it at $16.35 or $19It most likely cost them $4 or $6 to make them & they sell them at $32.07 a pop!I needed 5 fans but because of the Price! I only got 3.I may get the other 2 when the Price! comes down!

I got these to replace the eight LED fans that came with my 4000x case. A couple of the LEDs and those had gone off and replaced them no problem under warranty, but in the meantime I wanted fans in my case so I bought these. After installing them I found that they were quieter than the fans that came with a case and though they only have four LEDs each the light is wonderful, see video and image. Each individual LED is addressable through the iCue software provided by . The necessary lighting and control for the fans is provided with the pack. I have now received the replacements for the original fans and they now occupy other places in the case as well. Will definitely recommend, and likely going to purchase one or two more of these packages for my son’s build.

These two fans are very well made and can deliver more air into my computer than my other fans inside can exhaust! Each fan comes with its own set of 4 screws and some zip ties for simple cable management. I have these plugged into a fan hub along with my other fans and they are able to be controlled through PWM mode, which is a big plus so that they are not at max setting all the time. The noise is obviously noticeable at max setting but if your computer is controlling them, they will rarely need to get that high (I only heard them at max because at startup all my fans go max). The only annoying problem that I ran into it the holes for the screws are not pre-threaded so it was very difficult to screw in. Once I figured that out, I just used a drill to slowly turn the screw into the hole and create a thread. I imagine that this could be intentional to provide a strong grip as the material holding the screw is plastic.Otherwise, great product, easy installation and high airflow!

Purchased x2 duel packs of fans. One box was fine. Both fans in the 2nd box appear to have buckled centres. Initially I thought it was the “centre cap sticker” that was applied off centre. However after removing fans from case and refitting I can confirm the centres of the fans are the issue. Quality issues? Disappointed.

Good PWM fan.
Good PWM fan. At full speed there is noise but that is all right because it’s anyway not required. Control the fan speed with speed fan and run it at 50% and it’s really good. Do take care of the thickness. All in all a good purchase. Thanks to the seller.

fairly quiet with a pwm controller.
added to my server cabinet, along with a pwm controller. it keeps the temperatures down without too much noise. My previous fans were on a thermostat and made a lot of noise when they kicked on. These ones run all the time at low speed and only speed up under heat load (above 35C). Its a gentle increase, so not too noisy. Mostly my cabinet stays under 32C with 40% speed
Vishnu Pandey –
Is a beast of a fan , Really fast , Loud when above 2000 RPM , a little thicker that other fans
This PWM fan works like a charm. It has enough CFM and Speed that it could replace atleast 2 fans from my current build. At full speed, I can feel its wind over another exhaust fan that it diagonally above it on the opposite side of the case (Corsair SPEC-05).Pros:1. Amazing airflow of 170 CFM (i believe it, because it is like a desert cooler inside my case)2. High RPM3. Looks greats , matte black4. Cools super quickly if temperature outside of case is much lesser than inside the case. (That’s general physics, but i do see a drop of atleast 2-3 degrees in Idle running and under load conditions)Cons:1. No RGB , but it doesn’t bother me.2. A bit loud when running at full speed. Can be controlled via software/BIOS3. Heavy wattage for a fan , but it is expected with such power. Try not to put more than 2 fans like this with your motherboard.4. A bit thicker and heavier than normal fans, so has to be mounted properly.Overall, great buy. Will update if I face any issues with it.

Heavy air throw. Extremely Loud. Not for PC. PWM not good through PC pulsing below 1500 RPM
It has a heavy air throw. But it is very very loud like a rocket engine. I brought it for cooling PC, but had to remove it because I cannot work on PC in heavy noise. The PWM doesn’t work at PC’s power of fan below 1500 RPM. Below 1500 RPM the fan works in waves of speed changes every few seconds.I will still rate it 5 star because looks like it will be a good product for some industrial use or for a computer whose case is very far away from the user or even outside the room.

not a 4000rpm fab
I would have rated it 5 stars if the product description was right. this is definitely a high performance fan but not 4000rpm , max rpm it can reach is 3000rpm +or- 100rpm. I have bought 4 fans but none exceeded 3100rpm .good air flow .if you are planning to buy this fan ,keep in mind this fan is not a silent fan this is a performance fan . it will be noisy, if you don’t mind the noise go for it .Its definitely worth it…..

really need to do some consolidation of their hubs, these fans are obviously great quality and can be very quiet at low speeds, they look great too but i hope fix a few things such as the RGB, there’s only 4 LEDs per fan on the centre hub facing outwards, they put out a lot of light but the RGB they have now blows this out of the water. The previously mentioned hubs are a big issue too, i already had a commander pro with fans and RGB strips connected to it, but with just the addition of these two fans, i have to use the two extra hubs it comes with, a fan hub and another RGB hub, i don’t have a small case, but it’s now massive E-ATX size either and 3 hubs in the back of my NZXT H510 elite takes up so much space, cables everywhere. So tl;dr, great fans, messy installation.

Have 3 of these installed on radiators and they run so stinkin quiet. Out of all the top fan SKUs, these ones favored static pressure and quietness. They sacraficed the asthetics. Each on of the top SKUs makes some sort of sacrafice. I valued performance and silence the most over asthetics, so these seemed to be a no brainer on paper. Really happy I went with these.

Great airflow, but the magnetic bearing makings an electric clicking noise.
codehopper –
Similar to the two fans that came with the case except that these are controlled with 4 pin pulse width modulation. This is better control than varying the voltage which is how the two original case fans are controlled. The fan blade coloring is a grey, should be either white or black, the current color is bland. This only matters as the case’s from grill is see through. No fan is quiet at high rpms, so depending on your computer’s activity all 4 fans will be loud.Like the magnetic levitation feature of the fan motor. This construction technique should reduce wear giving it longer life.

Incredible fans! Easy to install, had no issues with the screws they came with as some had reported (used my drill at the lowest setting). They look fantastic and can’t be heard at all when running @ around 550 RPM. I haven’t had the need to run them any faster due to the temps I’m seeing even on full load. I am running a 4790k (currently not overclocked but typically @ 4.8 GHZ), GTX970, with a Kraken X61 AIO Cooler. These fans are set up with three as intake on front of my Fractal Design Define S case with two set up as exhaust pushing air through the top mounted radiator. Attached are pictures of the temps I’m running and I’m easily seeing about 15-20 degree difference from replacing the stock case fans. Would remove a star as I think these could be just a couple of bucks cheaper but still great value for the money! Not sure why I can’t upload pics from my phone but as soon as I figure out why, I’ll show the fans installed, the temps I’m seeing, and the NZXT software showing the fan RPM.
CREE –
These fans don’t mess around when it comes to air flow! I have 2 ML 140mm iintake in front, and 2 ML 120mm exhaust in top and back on a NZXT 510 case…and thermals are much better compared to just 120mm all around. The 140’s definitely can move some air, but can get quite loud when higher rpm. I suggest messing with your temp/fan settings to deal with the noise. Mine run at 30% pwm till 65c cpu temp, and then ramp up from there. One misconception that I had and I’m sure most will is that a mag lev bearing fan means “quiet” and that is not the case. Mag lev bearing is for longevity, so don’t get these thinking they will be like some noctua/be quiet! Style fans…they can get rather loud at higher rpms.ALSO, I had issues with one of the 120mm fans squeaking at lower rpms (600-800) on the rear of the case…which I thought was a defect so I exchanged it. But after about 2 hours the replacement started doing the same thing. After swapping fans around, making sure there mounted tight etc…I realized it must be my case or just the position of the fan it self that makes it squeak at low rpm. Simply raising the rpm to 900+ cured this issue.

Absolute Silent fans but low LED brightness
Pros:1. Fans are great, works well. Silent even on higher RPM (1000).Cons:1. Complicated assembly process. could have done a better job on this.2. Brightness of RGB LED fan is very low. i expected better brightness.3. PWM Y-splitter adapter NOT provided. A simple adapter could have been easily added at this price point so that it consumes only 1 fan header on motherboard.

Here are your choices when selecting fans:A) QuietB) FastB) Low pricedPick TWO!These are NOT low priced, but they are some of the best fans I have used hands down. I had two Antec Quiet 120mm fans on my video card’s attached radiator. I replaced them with two of these ML fans, and my video card (1080 ti FTW3 with hybrid cooling solution) temps dropped significantly.7c lower while idling. 12c lower at full load. My case has excellent airflow, and with stock settings during heavy benchmarking sessions the max temp the video card hits is 41c. With the stock fan EVGA included I could NEVER get my temps anywhere near that low. These fans are amazing. They are great for both static pressure and high flow, spinning up to 2000rpm. Best of both worlds. They are also quiet when not spinning at high speeds. If you are looking for truly amazing fans that can do it all, these are the fans you’re looking for if you don’t mind the price. They have a good warranty and a good company backing them, too.Note: I am utilizing the pwm capabilities of these fans for best performance. I have them hooked up to a 4 pin header on the motherboard with a 4 pin splitter. Speedfan controls the speed of them based on CPU temps. Your setup will vary, depending on motherboard and what type of cooling situation you put these in. I have them on a radiator in push/pull configuration, centrally located in my case.

almost double the size of a normal 120 mm fan , don’t expect low noise , air flow is more than enough so i better running it at 2500 rpm and it still moving air more than any 120mm fan

Good airflow, however, does not meet specified speeds
Fan does not go to 4000 RPM. I ordered two of them, one goes to 3050 RPM max, other only to 2800 RPM. Cable is also short, not 30 cm, more like 20 cm.Airflow is good even at 3000 RPM. I mounted one of the fans to rear exhaust on one PC, and on a different PC, mounted it as front intake to feed the GPU. Temps are certainly lower, a difference of approx 7-10 °C in both core and memory temps.Build quality is decent, plastic is rigid enough to go through a few screwing cycles. Ketchup and mustard cables look bad though, please consider full black cables or a shroud.A bit noisy at max speed (3k RPM), but that is expected. It’s almost as loud as any GPU fan at full speed, not more. Doesn’t affect you at all with headphones on.Noise at speeds lower than 2000 RPM is almost non-existent.Slowest speed is around 700 RPM, not 0 RPM, so keep in mind when mounting behind another fan, such as in the front side of case. This fan pulling air will make the fan in front spin as well, which might cause current to flow into motherboard from the fan in front, if that is not spinning. Keep fans in front spinning at atleast 30% to avoid backflow into motherboard.Update – Had a word with the manufacturer on WhatsApp (number can be found on their website). They asked to get both fans replaced. I asked them to inlcude longer wires with the new fans and they obliged. New fans go to 3800-3900 RPM. Updating rating to 5 stars.

I noticed the stock fans in an Alienware R11 I recently got were quite loud and saw many reviews on how these were a worthy upgrade. I bought 2 of these ML 120 Pros and replaced the 2 fans currently in the R11. It took removing pieces like the GPU, heatsink, RAM sticks, and a few other cables but the install was fairly easy and took a little over an hour for a novice like myself. After the install, the unit powered on just as it always does. They do seem to run the unit a bit cooler which is great. I can’t say I notice much of a noise difference, maybe slightly quieter but don’t expect a night and day difference.

ProsThe fans are simple to install and simple patterns or colors are very easy to figure out without guidance.ConsAs with a lot of RGB, at least one color doest not display well. With this set it is white, it has a blue tinge to it.Other thoughtsI wish the layout with icue was easier to figure out or get working with multiple rgb controllers.I am using the Lighting Node for one fan and the Commander CORE for the remaining 6 rgb fans I have and I still have not been able to figure out how to sync them for the beautiful patterns that are available.

Only 1 fan installed atm, on the CPU heatsink. Brought my average bench from 77C to 71C. Note, I was using a Coolermaster fan (that came with the heatsink) with a little more than half of the air flow capability. Yes, its noisy on full speed, just turn up the game volume would be my tip (or turn down your OC)!

The 140 is a very quiet fan. The fan looks great, the LED’s are not overpowering. Bit pricey but worth it IMHO, mine has been going steady for 4 years now, no issues at all.

Little to no noise from these fans, the RGB looks great, & they do their job in being a fan and getting air in and out of the case. However the one thing that detracts from it is the RGB control system. The fact that it takes 2 devices in the back of your case to control the RGB is irritating. I get that the node the main fan hub plugs into has a secondary slot in case you want to plug in RGB strips, but the fact you can’t just plug the fan RGB hub into the USB 2.0 header and instead need two devices instead of one that you now have to make room for along with all your cables is a major detraction in my book.

I bought these fans to occupy the empty front fan spaces of my new build. Originally wanting to get the same ones which came pre installed into my airflow 4000D but with no luck, I settled on these. They’re ok, keep the pc cool which is more important than noise level. Although I do wish they were as quiet as the two original fans I already have installed.

I picked up 4 of these premium 120mm fans to replace the 3 front RGB 3-pin fans that came stock in my black iCUE 220T RGB Airflow mid-tower ATX Case. I really liked the high-airflow ATX case, but didn’t want any obnoxious RGB in my build, & also wanted 4-pin BIOS/MB-controlled PWM fans instead of the basic 3-pin fans. You get what you pay for, and these fans do what a premium 120mm PWM fan should do. I’m using 3 of the fans up front for intake &1 in the rear of case for exhaust. My new AMD Ryzen 3700X build is running cool & quiet, so I’m happy with the result.

Unfortunately, my experience, the 2 CO-9050046-WW ML Series Pro LED White 140 both units i had gave a low to medium level High pitch increasing buzz/ whine from 600~1350rpm not loud, but you do or can hear it all the timeIf you’re in a moderately loud room or if your PC is on the floor under a Desk a meter or more, you will hear nothing, so all is good – but in a quiet room once you hear thar whine it’s there all the time you notice it all the timeBuild quality is good and the airflow is high and yes, it’s a high-pressure flow very easy to installat 1500rpm and above the high-pressure airflow can be heard across the room it does ger a bit noisy (but preferable to the high pitch whine and yes, the high air flow at 1500rpm+ does mask over the whine buzz completely

I bought a pair of these 120mm red LED fans along with another 4 of the non LED ones.

Quality cooling fans are a necessity for today’s PC’s and the -Pro checks that box… I purchased this unit (red) as a replacement fan for my 4yr old system and noticed right away how much quieter the -Pro was than the OEM.The 4-pin connector lead is a good length, the amount of air moved by this fan is excellent, the red LED’s color is true and bright, but not obnoxious.Shipping was fast and the packaging was sufficient.

@ 50 CAD /pair, not exactly worth it. Maybe 30…These were replacement fans because one of the fans on my rad started to rattle after 4 years of high use. They’re just as noisy as the default fans that came with the initial kit though, maybe a bit quieter…. I wouldn’t buy in to the hype that these fans are next to silent… A fan running at 1500 rpm still sounds like a fan running at 1500 rpm… I blame my chip though so that’s a me problem.Either way, if you’re used to really noisy fans, then these will be a god send… if your fan already runs at high speeds because you have garbage intel i7-chip then chances are, these aren’t going to make a lick of difference and you should probably just stick to the cheaper SP120mm model.

Very Good Looking Case fans. I had 2 case fans and 1 CPU cooler before purchasing these Fans. i have purchased 1 Red and 1 Blue ML120 Fans.Im seeing 2-7C of temp reduction (at idle ) and 5-15 temp reduction (on medium load ) after using these fans.Pros:1. Excellent built quality2. High range of management for Fan RPM ( Apprx 0 RPM to 2500 RPM). Im using ASUS AI suite for controlling Fan speed. You will need to do Fan-tuning via AI suite before you can control the fan speed3. Very low noise for lower RPMs <1000 RPM. Almost inaudible4. Good LookingCons:1. High Pricing: should have provided RGB lights when they are charging such huge price instead of single colors

The difference between the ML120 regular and pro versions are night and day. The Hydro Series H150i PRO 360mm AIO Comes with the regular version. Which I’ve been cooling a 9700k at 5.1 Ghz with Icue fan profiles set to full blast. Which is only 1450 RPM. Using Thermal Grizzly’s Conductonaut AKA Liquid metal, i was getting around 84 degrees celsius on Intels XTU software after 10 minutes of AVX2 stress test. The pro fans running same test at 21 C ambient, only running at 50% gave me about 6 to 7 C reduction in temps. Pump velocity being the bottleneck. I cant imaging these with a custom loop. As for the sound, at 50% there around 40 dB. If there is no other sound, it sounds like an ocean off in the distance. 100% is around 52 dB. That might seem loud on paper, until you actually hear them. its the sound of the air moving through your radiator. Comparable to a decent summer storm. Very non invasive audibility. Final Thoughts……. don’t think twice, your PC will thank you.

Bought a couple of these to upgrade my son’s PC case, as it was struggling with heat following an upgrade from a 1660 GTX to a 1080 Ti.Easy enough to fit and set profiles via the motherboard’s software, and just recently added some Phanteks Halos frames for some RGB functionality.Noise levels are good when you set the profiles sensibly, and they feel pretty solid.Would definitely get these again.

Great Air Flow, but with a high noise when at max rpm (No Warranty as of now)
I generally keep the fan at 50% as it’s thicker than other fans even at 50% rpm it’s great. But above 50% (2000) rpm the noise tends to become an issue. The pwm certainly is very handy while controlling the fan. But there’s not warranty, so can’t say about long term, it’s been good since the last month, can’t say for the future though. Except for those things, the fan is great, and has a long wire.

Make no mistake, these fans move air. Whether you’re trying to intake or exhaust air, these do not disappoint. But the only complaint I have is that they get very loud when at 100%. 2400rpm is insanely fast and just like a four banger bouncing off the redline, it will sing too.So to combat noise, I’ve set the fan profiles so that it only peaks at around 1700rpm and reserve 2400rpm for when things start cookin’! I guess I could have settled for something less noisy at the cost of speed, but it’s nice to know that I have the power there when I need it.These do not have RGB, which I was perfectly fine with.

Usually I just use random cheap fans, but I had a gift card from xmas and I thought why not improve my PC’s temps? And boy did just this one fan help alot! My cpu use to get up to 82c during some gaming sessions, but with this new Fan at the back of my pc sucking air out? My CPU temps now are 62c at the highest.I thought I would get a little improvement in my temps but this this is a beast and helped way more than I ever expected. All these years of being into computers and never though of getting a most expensive/high end fan but this is WELL worth the money.

Moves air like no one’s business
It makes a lot of noise at the highest rpm setting but is also very capable at moving air.At the highest setting it moves more air than 3 of my rgb fans combined.I was annoyed by the noise so i set the pwm to 1500 rpm. The noise got reduced significantly and airflow was also reasonable. However even at the 1500 rpm it made a low rumble bassy sound which was not at all loud and annoying. It looked like it was moving 50-80 cfm at 1500 rpm.

Originally when purchasing this item I did not care about the dB of a fan I figured that I would be playing a game and too focused to notice or just not mind it as long as the pc was running well. I was wrong. These fans sounds like a plane taking off when PC is under load and I now realize this since I have upgraded to the Lian LI sl120 fans. The fans do get the job done and they do have a very high CFM so if that is your priority buy these. My priority has changed since then. The last thing about these fans is that when mounted in an intake position directly against a case the fan blades may hit the case. nothing washers between the fan and case cant fix.

Very quiet fans at low RPMs. Had two that came with AIO. Thought they might be defective so I bought a 3 pack as an experiment. Fans are dead silent at low RPM. Anything above 600 or so and they make a chirping noise. Case sounds like it’s full of crickets. Not overly loud crickets but crickets nevertheless.Same sound with two different sets of fans in two different cases. I’ve loosened the mount screws, tried them in different orientations. On rad, off rad. Chirp no matter what. Very expensive fans, too expensive for them all sound like this. I’d prefer to only hear air whooshing.

The lighting on these are solid but don’t expect them to light up the case. Airflow is as expected but the noise these things put out is nuts. Even utilizing the PMW interface and enabling PMW mode in the BIOS, their mid-speed (50% fan speed) is definitely audible if your tower is on your desk (full speed is audible from three rooms away). Now, this may be an issue with my MOBO manufacturer’s software (MSI Dragon Center), so take that with a grain of salt. I ended up just setting them to “silent” in the BIOS and they really are silent (though lack great airflow now). Overall they look great and, once I configured them, they ran quietly. At around $30 per fan, I just expected a little more from a brand I trust with all my components.

Using 2 of these on a 280mm radiator on a friends’ system. Completely inaudible under load, at about 40-50% fan speed- I’m impressed. However, we were both surprised at how dim the LEDs on the fans are. I tried to get a picture of them, but the camera on my phone seemed to make them look much brighter than they really are. This comes down to personal preference anyway, so if you prefer more subtle lighting, you might like these.

Good PWM fan.
Good PWM fan. At full speed there is noise but that is all right because it’s anyway not required. Control the fan speed with speed fan and run it at 50% and it’s really good. Do take care of the thickness. All in all a good purchase. Thanks to the seller.

Powerfull fan but with noise.

I ordered these a i wanted a high speed rpm and airflow fan for exhaust of my system with r5 2600 and 1660 super and yes it did decrease the temps by 4-5c on average depending on the situation temps go down more.Yes it has a quite high noise but considering that its 4000rpm fan and quite thick too (38cm one) it does its job pretty good and also seller mentioned it that this fan is designed for performance and not noise reduction.Uploaded a video where i kept my phone recording near cabinet’s front side and u could hear noise or sound of fan.If u are ok with noise or have decent headphones u might not have issues with the noise mostly and u can purchase it no problem at all.I got the 4pin pwm fan and from bios set it to normal where it runs around 2500rpm and kicks upto 3000rpm instantly and with more tweaking in bios or your specific motherboard’s fan software u will be able to adjust the noise to some extent.

Overall, I was really excited to splurge on these fans for my first PC build. These are a great set of fans that have a great range of speeds – they keep my case cool and as soon as I set the fan curves I had no problem with how loud they were in practice. However, I’m a bit disappointed that it sounds like they are hitting the fan casing – I ordered another set to see if it was just the one I ordered at first, but it seems like they just make that noise. Honestly though if you’re wearing headphones while gaming or working then you won’t hear them unless they spin up – which, like I said, can be avoided by setting the fan curves appropriately for your PC.

I have 8 of these fans in my current build:AMD Ryzen 2700x in Lian Li PC011 Dynamic. If you are comfortable with iCUE from then these are some of the best looking RGB fans in my opinion. The pack comes with a node pro but likely you may need a commander pro which does add cost to the setup. The iCUE control software is second to none for customizability and features, however is proprietary which is kinds a downer. However I have such a large investment in it made sense (ST100, STtrafe RGB, Void Pro, MM800, Ironclaw).MY new build is using much of what items I have above with new additons:Ryzen 3900x in Lian Li PC011 Dynamnic XL pump/res combo, 32 GB Dominator RGB, and 2 extra ML120 RGB fans.Note the fans are not the best radiator fans with a 400-1600rpm range. They have decent airflow but not high pressure, so they were a noticeable downgrade over my Noctua Chromax. However, with my new build and 3×360 radiators they will be sufficient I am sure. They are on par with Noctua for sound, its a low hum when at full but with almost no air sound (due to rpm range I am sure Noctua hit 2200rpm).Also the fans have two wires, once for PWM one for RGB, and they are seemingly flimsy, not the nice braided cables found on my Noctua’s. This was rather disappointing at the price point and for . Geez guys.

The ML (Mag lev) fans are by far the quietest I’ve used. I previously had Noctua and beQuiet fans but these are in another league. They pull a lot of air as well. I use these both as case fans and on my AIO cooler’s rad. They are really good at getting air flowing through the case and pull air through the rad nicely too. I can actually run these on lower settings (making them even quieter) and get similar levels of cooling to the Noctuas. But there are two caveats. Firstly iCUE is terrible, buggy, rarely updated and has issues remembering the settings on the AIO cooler.Secondly is the price. They are good but prices them outrageously. Plus to control the RGB you need various commander pro and RGB hub add-ons that add even more to the overall cost. Would be a slightly less bitter pill to swallow if they could sort iCUE out.

I got 4 of these in my system. Computer stays cool and the fans are nice and quiet. Only thing I see are the lights installed inside of them. Highly recommend these for anyone who needs their case to say cool and with iCue you can control the fans to your desire of either coolness or noise level.

I’ve been using mag-lev fans for years now. Red, blue, white, 120mm and 140mm. In my main system I have 3x blue 120mm front fans on radiator, 2x blue 140mm at top and 1x 140mm at rear. See video and listen – 6 fans running and ypu can hear my breathing more than any noise from the fans. My system at idle is silent. When gaming the only fans I hear are my graphics card fans. These fans are a quality product and this is reflected in the price.People who say they are noisy have not set up the fan profile correctly either in BIOS or the software they use to control the fans. The only way they can be noisy is if they are on full power all the time, if they are on full power, as I said you’ve set them up or installed them incorrectly or you’ve connected them to a 3 pin motherboard connecter which will always be on full power = max. noise. I’ve never had this make of fan ever exceed 40% unless I intentionally set them to max. which I occasionally do along with the GPU fans at 100% to blow dust away.NOTE. The person who wrote the review “OMG what a noise” added a video which shows the fan on 100%. If you set up these fans correctly they NEVER reach 100%.

I bought 2 of these fans for my CPU heatsink. I like having the higher RPMs (2400-2500 vs. most 1600 case fans). These things push a lot of air. Just standing upright at full speed they’ll start to push themselves over. The issue I had with them (and not really an issue overall) was that if you decide to mount them horizontally (that is “upside down”) they’ll start to have a sort of… cricket-like sound or a chirp to them and you might be able to hear the fan rubbing. At first I thought it was just a bad fan, but the other did it as well, albeit a bit quieter than the other one.Turning both fans vertical or “upright” fixed this problem entirely and they do a run bit quieter as well I’ve noticed. So yes just as precaution, if you do have these mounted horizontally, like for a cooler that goes up and down, or using them at top case exhaust fans, they may have some noise to them. Just keep them vertical and you’ll be fine.My old fans were similar and I could start to hear them around 30%-33% and pushed around 950 RPM or so. These fans at 50% barely make any noise at around 1300 RPM and I can only real begin to hear them at around the 60% or higher mark, well above 1500 RPM. So yes, great purchase and I’ve noticed some better temps overall as well. Also the LEDs are insanely bright. Like even more so than the rest of my system. I got the white ones and it lights up the entire case almost.

Good fan for the price
Bought 2 of these fans to fit in my laptop cooling pad as it was a much cheaper option as compared to buying a new cooling pad. Yes now it has to run on 12 volt adapter now as to usb previously but that’s a compromise I was willing to make. The fan at the claimed 2000 RPM is a bit overkill for a cooling pad but temperature drop by 10°C when testing was pleasing.

I purchased two of these to replace the stock 140mm fans on my H115i water cooler. The stock fans made a horrible clicking noise at certain RPM and at high RPM screamed like a banshee. I couldn’t stand them. I’ve purchased ‘s previous AF140 fans for the rest of my case and currently have three of them installed as intakes and exhausts. I’ve had no issues with the AF140 fans, but they just aren’t built for high static pressure jobs (such as on a radiator).First impressions of were very good. They are extremely well built fans and are surprisingly heavy. Much heavier than the previous AF140 fans. has changed how the rubber isolation corners work on the Pro’s. Previously you had a rubber insert that the screw clamped down on. Now there is a rubber isolator between the hard plastic corners and fan frame. With the old system you couldn’t tighten the screws down very tight without crushing the rubber piece. Now you clamp down on the hard plastic and the fan stays suspended in the mounts thanks to the rubber. A much better system! These fans have a CRAZY amount of adjustment. They go from 400 RPM all the way up to 2,000 RPM. However, you have to be sure you are using a PWM fan controller (4-pin) to take full advantage of these fans. Throughout the entire 1,600 RPM range the fans are very quiet, and have a nice solid hum sound. They sound different to any other fans I’ve heard in the past. There is no clicking, whining, or wind turbine sound, just a nice low hum.My H115i controlled through Link has no problem controlling these fans smoothly. Increases and decreases in speed doesn’t result in any bearing noise like the stock fans that came with the cooler. These are the best fans I have ever had from . They are extremely well made, are nice and quiet and actually sound good. I can’t recommend them enough. I have a feeling I might be replacing the AF140 fans in the rest of the case with these new pros, or possibly give the LED variant a try.

Well-built, quality PWM fans. I bought a pair of 140mm for the intake on my Fractal Focus G case. They move a lot of air (and are loud) at full speed, but are decently quiet at lower speeds. The motherboard’s “Silent Mode” is almost imperceptible. However, the LED effect is disappointing and isn’t at all what is pictured in their ads. Just a dim glow around the fan hub. (yes, I have them plugged into a 4-pin PWM header) I would not buy these again simply due to that issue alone.
Christopher Lue-Shing –
I have had the fan installed for about a month, so far it is not noticeable in terms of noise. I am running a custom loop in my setup, and the fan is powered by the a Fan HUB in my NZXT Noctis 450. Luckily, there is one PWM connection on the hub and this fan occupies it. This fan replaced the stock 140mm fan that came with the case. That fan simply stopped spinning, and would not start without a push. All my other fans in the HUB are working so I essentially assumed the fan was faulty.I chose the ML series due to the magnetic technology. I figured since the fan is not rubbing on any bearings, it is less likely to get jammed up. Also I wanted to try out the technology. I do like that since it is a true PWN fan, it also provides speed information to the motherboard.Unless you boost the fan speed up to past 3/4 it’s virtually quiet, with a custom loop I hear nothing. The quality of the fan is good, and I do like the fact that if I do need the extra speed, it is capable of it.The only con I would give this fan is the inconsistent grey supports that the replaceable corners are mounted on. It messes up the color scheme of the fan, and is inconsistent with the Black and red theme of my case. I hadn’t really noticed it when purchasing but, I’m not sure why they didn’t keep it all back.Overall a good fan provided you’re not going to ramp them up to max speeds.

PeterStein –
These fans turned out to be good. Set fan speed to 40% and they are just about silent. At full power they are very noisy but they also move a lot of air.
Pablo G –

ML120 PRO and PROVery high quality fans. I have bought about 15 of these now. Their main strength is the exceptional range of speeds they will run at. The 120mm runs 400-2400 RPM. The 140mm runs 400-2000 RPM. They generate very high pressure levels so are perfect for coolers and radiators but can also be used as case fans. The fans are solid and heavy. They inspire confidence with the obvious quality of build. They are supplied with four black screws. These are very quiet fans. However, they can turn at very high RPM so the “woosh of air” can be significant. They are pretty much silent up to about 1100-1200 RPM, but beyond that you can hear the air moving. At 2000-2400 RPM the amount of air moving is loud. Most people will not want that level of RPM. What I do is control them up to around 1000/1200 RPM for normal cooling then ramp them up to higher levels for emergency cooling only. There is no bearing noise at all. No clicking. Nothing. Just air!At 50% these are developing twice the pressure that a Scythe Mugen cooler fan does at full speed. Comparing to Noctua, they have a very similar performance in both noise and pressure, but offer higher RPM so more flexibility. Don’t listen to the nay-sayers who are just running them flat out and expecting them to be silent. Having said that, you do need to take control of the fans to ensure you get the right cooling to noise balance. Most BIOS’ these days allow you to control the speed or applications like iCEU.Because of the high RPM and high pressure these are better suited to use as a replacement fan on a heatsink or AIO. In fact these are the fans provided as standard on top of the range water coolers. I use them for everything, including case fans ( These are four pin fans not three pin so you need to check your headers. ).Please note that the Dual Pack of fans are the standard ML fans not the ML PRO.They are a bit expensive, yes, but they are very good.

I bought this case fan to remove more heat from the PC than a standard 1200rpm fan – and it does! Sturdy and no vibration at all on full power. At 2400rpm its quite loud but what do you expect at that speed. My case temps are cooler than before and I run the fan via a Bitfenix Recon at 1600-2000rpm. Nice crisp white LEDs too!

Habe insgesamt 7 ML120 Red in meinem Tower.

Summary: Both of these are great fans that I highly recommend. The Noctua NF-P12 redux is cheaper and quieter then the ML120, so it is best for most situations. The ML120 is great when you need a fan that can run both quiet or loud and powerful. It can run 700 rpm faster than the Noctua so it is a good value for a such a powerful fan, but it is slightly louder at the same rpm and a couple of dollars more expensive then the Noctua.Noise: The both fans are silent up to 1300 rpm. The ML120 is slightly louder than the Noctua NF-P12 redux at speeds above 1300 rpm. I was really surprised that the Noctua NF-P12 redux beat the ML120 on noise, as the ML120 uses a magnetic levitation barring, but I guess that Noctua’s fluid barring is just that good.AirFlow: The ML120 can run up to 2400 rpm while the Noctua NF-P12 redux can only reach 1700rpm, so the ML120 is capable of more air flow and higher pressure then the NF-P12 redux, although ML120 is quite loud at max speed.Static pressure from spec sheets: ML120 up to 4.2 mm-H2O, Noctua NF-P12 redux up to 2,83 mm-H2O.RPM range: ML120 = 400-2400, NF-P12 redux = 450-1700. The main advantage that the ML120 has over the Noctua is that it can run 700 rpm faster. This is great for a situation where you might need some extra cooling power at the top of a pmw fan curve.Warranty: ML120 = 5 years, NF-P12 redux = 6 years. Both of these fans have top quality bearings, so they should both last for many years unless you get a defective one.Accessories: As these are both basic models they do not come with anti-vibration pads or any other accessories other then mounting screws.Price: At the time of this review a 2 pack of ML120 was 31.41, so a ML120 was $15.71 while a NF-P12 redux was $13.90, so the Noctua is a couple of dollars cheaper, but the ML120 is still a great value for a good quality 2400 rpm fan.Note on product models: The performance of the ML120 is the same as the ML120 PRO, the PRO model is just a more premium variant that has anti vibration pads, looks better.

Upgraded the stock fans to these and it is sooooo quiet!!! Amazing. R12 has liquid cooling and a somewhat modest GPU. My primary goal is to have something I could do content creation on, so I wanted it quiet. I liked that it looked like Darth Vader, but I didn’t want it to sound like him….These are dead quiet. I bought the 120’s by mistake. Put those in. Made the MB sensors mad, for one, and were meh quiet. So ponied up the extra for these. Perfect. No sensor issues. No noise.I launched Furmark CPU, told it max threads, stayed at 56C for 30m. Made less noise than my old MBP did using Chrome.

fairly quiet with a pwm controller.
added to my server cabinet, along with a pwm controller. it keeps the temperatures down without too much noise. My previous fans were on a thermostat and made a lot of noise when they kicked on. These ones run all the time at low speed and only speed up under heat load (above 35C). Its a gentle increase, so not too noisy. Mostly my cabinet stays under 32C with 40% speed

The fans have lasted me a long time now with no visible degradation to the fan or its maintained speed along side the low noise level. The software is easy to use and its LEDs are nicely defined and cleanThe only problem I came across was that the fans need separate controllers to address the LEDs if you use more than one type of fan in your system eg these ML (Magnetic Levitation) fans compared to some SL fans from the same companyAnd obviously if the fans cant be mixed within the same brand, other brands cant be properly be controlled by the softwareThere’s no fancy mounting system its just screws but the inclusion of factory in-set anti vibration pieces are a nice touchThese fans in general are sturdy built and powered by a high quality motor so quality is not a problem with me ( all s products I’ve purchased have had high quality throughout)

So, I read the reviews before I got this ( ML120 Pro LED, White, 120mm Premium Magnetic Levitation Cooling Fan (CO-9050041-WW)). I just built a pc and my stock case fans are atrocious and it’s making everything in my case moody. I’m a huge fan (despite my problems with the quality of some of their headsets) and I’m not super into RGB. It seemed like fate that I would find an LED only maglev fan. AND BOY IT WORKS.This fan is rated for something like 2400rpm, right? I easily get 2600+. I’ve been keeping it on full speed since I installed it and the only drawback for that is that at full speed, there is a whirring/whining noise. If you like having a room fan, it’s not so bad. If you’ve ever had a PS4 pull a jet engine on you, it’s pretty similar. With a headset on it really isn’t noticeable and I think it honestly moves more air than my room fan does… But I think at around 80% is where the noise kicks in. And for as much work as this fan does, I’m honestly not going to be picky. It might even actually choke the airflow in your case if you put it at the back without having strong enough front/top fans or a case with good enough airflow. Which is why I’m now buying another 6 of these. That being said, I had read a review that said something about the screws and installing this fan was going to be a pain. So I was prepared for that. And he was absolutely correct. The holes for the screws aren’t threaded. So you WILL get some resistance and you WILL get some plastic shavings. I’m a little concerned that at some point, if you adjust it a lot, it will eventually become stripped on the actual fan casing. And as a side note, installing it DID chip the paint on my case. I have a Cooler Master Masterbox TD500 Mesh White and as it was pretty cheap, I wasn’t expecting the greatest quality (it came to me with a bad front panel), but with the fan installed securely and not forcing the screws, it still chipped it. So there’s that. Also, the cord to connect the fan to your controller or motherboard isn’t the longest. It was a bit difficult for me to connect mine and not have a giant cord running right across my GPU and CPU fan. However, you will most likely fall in love with this fan and proceed to replace all of your fans with it. It is beautiful and a workhorse. You will be disappointed in every other fan you come across because they don’t have the same air movement or style. 9/10, would attempt to build an airplane with a couple thousand of these.

Gotrice123 –
It does the cooling really well, the temp was pretty good on this. However, the noise is something different on this fan. I have 4 of these, and they are SOOO LOUD.I can hear the fan running even with headphones on. If you want to use this fan, put your computer far away because its going to get really loud. The temp is hands down amazing on this, cools like monster because of the noise output im guessing. It can hit up to 2400rpm so yeah… my only frustration is the noise because I have my computer right next to me because I have a water cooled, tempered glass pc and because of the look i left it right besides me.Other then that, I would highly recommend this fan as far as performance wise.
Allen –
is a reputable brand, though I have always found prices to be a bit obnoxious and these are no different! I love the compatibility of the hubs, however I would say most proper setups would require more than a single HUB if rocking more than 6-7 fans and oftentimes leaving more slots to be desired. They also don’t make splitter cables for specifically their hubs fan connections, therefore forcing a a secondary HUB for the leftover fans to be plugged in for RBG.

Also die Lüfter sind echt top verarbeitet, leisten gute Kühlung aber sind unter Last etwas laut..

I’ve bought plain ML120 fans before and they’ve always been top notch. They are easy to install, easy to control, and they perform as advertised. This is the first time I’ve used the Pro LED version, but the performance is identical to the other versions without lights in them. The colored rubber anti-vibration pads and the LEDs bring the looks of the ML120 Pro LED series up to nearly the same level as the cooling performance. At lower rpms these ML120 Pro LED fans are silent. At 50% they’re turning roughly 1,400 rpm and you can just begin to hear a little bit of air stirring. They remain very quiet up to somewhere between 75-80%, when they’re spinning at around 2,100 rpm. At full 2,400 rpm there is still no perceptible noise from the fan motor, but you will definitely hear the mass of air being moved at high velocity. These fans are so quiet you’ll check to make sure they’re even running a few times after you first install them. Yet when you need to move a LOT of air into or out of your case, they’re also up to the task.Highly recommended!

My old fans started to fail after about six years of use. I figured they were going to be needing replaced soon. I decided on these because of the they were four pin and had no rgb lighting on them. Made then perfect candidates for my build. The airflow of these fans are magnificent even after a few months of running them now. I will have to clean them soon in about a month or two now but they have been running like a champ ever since they were installed. The noise is a bit much but expected since I have one plugged into my water pump and is full throttle when being ran. Though the noise is bearable and not even noticeable on a microphone or when wearing headphones, so works nicely for my use. If you are looking for build quality I give it a hard five stars because the plastic they use isnt cheap feeling or soft plastic. The plastic is hard and doesn’t bend very well making them durable for any build. I would recommend these fans to any of friends that are in need of a cheap but very nice build quality, with amazing are flow fans for there builds.

As I built a custom VGA cooling loop, I decided I wanted to put some good PWM fans on the radiator to do a push-pull. They were more expensive than most fans but I’m satisfied with the setup (NOTE: I did introduce a Commander Pro into the equation to handle additional case components).I see reviews where people say these are noisier or slower but I haven’t run into that problem–I’ve used the iCue software to control the spin and it’s been very adaptable, letting me set various ways to run high or low. So far I have these fans and their lighting node connected to a Commander Pro that also runs other PWM case fans, a string of lighting strips, and some temperature sensors. The software has been fantastic, and the number of lighting profiles and the options for how to make them behave gets downright ridiculous – you’ll likely enjoy playing with various setups. In case you don’t know, PWM fans are designed to be a lot smarter about cooling. They can be controlled to run slower or even stop when not needed and by extension they should last longer. “Magnetic Levitation” also means that these fans aren’t sitting on bearings when they run, so they last longer (no bearings to wear out and start to whine) and supposedly quieter–though keep in mind it’s the sound of the air being moved that makes up most of the noise. If you’re using these in conjunction with a Commander Pro and/or Lighting strips, it can get complicated to set up and figure out how to plug everything together. I had to get on the phone with and they had me connect the Lighting Node Pro to the Commander Pro and go from there. Website documentation is very limited and requires multiple searches to find everything you need–there’s no one PDF to go through everything in detail. That said, the software was downright easy.If you want color and have a little money to spend, this is a pretty purchase. The software is definitely a nice plus too.

EditedI discovered the noise was a resonance from my carbide case. I have placed a spacer between the fan and the grill and it’s now a lot better with only the sound of air being pushed at 2000 rpm and under.+++++++++++++++++++Wow,I admit it, I was excited at the prospect of this fan and promise of silence it brought with it’s MagLev no bearing contact. This was replacing a rather noisy AF Series 120. I hooked it up to my case expecting to hear the lovely whooshing of air hitting the side of my MOBO and GPU, what I was not expecting was the loud whining that’s no different to a standard bearing fan with the adage that in my opinion it was louder than your average fan at half the price.Words are surely inadequate to convey to you how mediocre (being generous at that) this fan is.For £20 this is simply unacceptable.I fully intend to return this product and have made a promise to myself to be very, very wary of future products as this is not the first time their quality has been questionable at best.In my opinion you should avoid this fan, it’s no quieter than most.

Was looking for a 140mm exhaust fan for my PC but didn’t want another RGB fan like the ones on the AIO and intakes. Finally found new old stock of one of these. Price paid was a steal considering it’s over 50% off its MSRP when they were released several years back (before RGB was even a thing).Runs well though it’s quite noisy at full speed due to the wind noise, probably owing to the design of the blades as both my QL140 intake fans don’t make that kind of noise even at full speed.

When I first read reviews about the GE Force RTX 3080ti, which, in my case, came packed with 84 degrees Celsius at stock, I was considering building a custom loop to cool down the GPU. I instead resorted to these fans (4) plus the ‘s Capellix AIO (in addition to some tweaks to the GPU itself, which lowered the GPU temps by 30 degrees Celsius). I tested these fans at OC temps (CPU @ 5.2Ghz and GPU @ 2100+ Mhz) to see if the fans would help and they do provide the required cooling within the case, as long as you have very (!!) good air flow. Remember that fans, or an AIO – alone – won’t cool down a system which is unreasonably high, however. . . >> you’ll need to manage those components with careful testing to get the max out of the CPU / GPU with minimum voltage and wattage, first. There are good testing tools out there to help you calculate the flow of electricity and watts’ usage at any given second and modify the CPU / GPU behavior w/out losing stability and actually even increasing efficiency and output. But when you have those occasional spikes in temperature within your case, these fans will kick in and provide the relief needed to avoid an unwanted system crashes. These fans are silent, have a really easy-to-use software (use it!) and the light show is amazing. I play on demanding simulators pushed to their limits and need all the quick cooling-down capabilities that I can possibly get. I have purchased more of these fans for a second PC with an RTX 3090. I am not considering fans from any other company.

I’ve been looking to bling out my PC, and the color theme is black-white. I decided to pick one of these guys up as an exhaust fan, before I splurge on any more for my radiators. I will say that it looks pretty, and it does the job of cooling the computer admirably well. However, what I dislike is just how the light gradient is dependent on the speed of the fans. For me personally, I enjoy a low-noise PC. I run fans at around 20-25% at idle because of this. Why hear something like a plane engine when you’d be perfectly fine with almost-complete-silence and great temperatures (For me, anyway). However, when you run the fans at 10-30%, the white LED is barely visible. Of course I am not an engineer, and I am in no position to criticize and offer any alternatives. However, I think I should let future customers know that if you really want to see the white LED from this fan, expect to run it at 50%+, and hear a lot of noise. If you’re like me and run your fans at low% at idle, you will barely see the LED.

Great cheap fan with no RGB fuss
This is the fan to go for if you don’t wanna overpay for RGB fuss. Usually the RGB fans run at 800-1600RPM and have less airflow. This one is rated for 2000RPM, can’t know for sure if it’s exactly that but I can say I have few RGB fans it’s definitely faster than those and moves a lot of air. The speed cannot be controlled since it’s non-PWM.My CPU/GPU temps are dropped by an average of 3°C which is very decent improvement if considering I already had 3 intake fans and 1 exhaust. This fan is added as an additional exhaust fan.Con: The fan does not have a proper sticker/label on it with technical specifications like Current rating etc.
